Excellent customer service. It’s well worth paying a little more for your retro gaming handheld, I had a slight issue which was very quickly resolved with minimum hassle. If I had bought it from eBay, then I would have been in a much worse place, trying to return it half way across the world!!! Many thanks to Stuart in customer service for sorting me out!

I’d been looking for a small emulator to keep in my pocket, a switch is too large for day to day so a small offering was the option for me. I settled on the Miyoo Mini or a PSPgo, after more research decided to buy a Mini over the jubilee weekend from droix - who were highly recommended on several emulator reddits.
The following Monday in the morning I got an email confirming my order again and advising it was being shipped out. Later I got another email telling me a courier was collecting and it would be with me the next day. Honestly with the Jubilee I expected they’d be a delay of a day or so, but no, droix went above and beyond! All in all I think I got four emails giving me progress on the order, dispatch, delivery and then it had been dropped at a collection point.
Service is impeccable!
As for their website, it’s very good, not going to bow you away over being ‘flashy’ but it is logical, organised, clear to use and was a breeze to set up an order.
The best really, have confidence in using them!

I don't think I have dealt with DroiX before. The service has been good enough that I will return. The mini pc I purchased has surpassed my expectations and will consider them in the future. Purchased a MinisForum HN80 from Droix UK. I contacted them by phone to check that it would arrive with Windows 10 Pro and this was confirmed by email. It arrived quickly and setup was quite straightforward. It runs quickly and almost silently (I am not a gamer or video editor). Overall I am very pleased with the PC and service from Droix UK.

Delivery good and item (mini PC) works great. Can't make any comments on after sales service etc as I have had no need to contact Droix.
Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased an EliteMini H90 from Droix, easy to configure what I want on the Droix site, it arrived super fast and it is an excellent mini computer. Great service, great results.
