I found the process of applying to be straightforward. I wish there was a simple way to apply for insurance for an event that repeats on multiple dates.

Duuo made obtaining insurance for our festival so quick and uncomplicated. The questions asked on the application as well as the explanation of the policy were straightforward. The fee for the insurance is also very reasonable. We will definitely use them again for our future events.

The signing-in and the application were done very efficiently. We received a reminder the morning of our event and after. The service is excellent and we will recommend it. Thank you!

I was pleased with the process of buying insurance for my organization for the international plowing match. Let's hope we don't need to use it.

We are running our annual dog festival and it was agreed that we would make sure that 100% of our sponsors, exhibitors, animal rescues (etc.) have vendor insurance. With a little research ahead of time, we found DUUO, checked out the online quote and were surprised at how easy it was (you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to!) and how reasonably priced the insurance is. Our fear was it would be too hard to get/too expensive but it all turned out great! We recommended DUUO to our potential exhibitors on our website and showed them how easy it was to sign up. DUUO even set our event up in their system to make it even easier to sign up, and by partnering up with them, the insurance cost to our vendors is even lower. Did we end up using DUUO for our event insurance? YOU BET!

Duuo makes getting tenant insurance super simple and easy to do. Their website is l easy to navigate and within a few minutes I was all covered for my insurance!

The help center is useless. And your system keep changing The address that I am listing without reason. Already cancelled 2 policies cause your website readjust my address for no apparent reason

Your pricing is wonderful. When you have to pay for the farmers market, the association fee and then when you get to Duuo you can pick the number of days you want insurance for I cannot tell you what a pleasant experience that is. I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Generally, I prefer a company I have done business with before. The process of signing up and understanding the details of the policy was quick and easy with Duo.

Very Quick and easy to get Single event coverage.
Only suggestion would be that It would be nice if you could get coverage for re-occurring weekly events in the same transaction rather than having to purchase each one separately.

I have been trying to contact Duuo to get more information on short term rental insurance since I could not find the information I am looking for on their website. I have phoned but there is an answering machine that is full so it is not taking new messages; the chat feature on the website is disabled; lastly, I have sent two emails and no answer.
