Poor Print Quality White part of the canvas without ink in the image area.
The following is based on my personal experience.
One of the two prints I ordered had a clogged print nozzle or something on the canvas, because the print has a 1 inch, in length white unprinted canvas mark in an area that cannot be cover with a frame. As an instructor of a graphic design career class (which produces industry standard prints), I would have explained to my students... When a customer purchases custom prints for framing... The print needs to be perfect. Because some customers do not voice their concerns about a poorly produced product... Some customers just never come back.

It's like playing Russian roulette with this company's...
It's like playing Russian roulette with this company's printing process. I ordered two canvas prints, the first one a sepia-colored image which was reproduced correctly. The second one unfortunately was delivered with an orange tint throughout the image. When I opened the box, the first thing I saw was orange. Even the bright white pants from my original submission were tinted pink. After sending photos of the orange-tinted canvas, Allen from the "Customer Love Team" at Easy Canvas Prints agreed that "the lighting in the pictures is very orangy/hazy."

He blamed it on the original image. However, I have had the image reproduced in large scale before and never had this problem. I use photoshop at home where I can blow up the image to detect for these flaws.

He said the retouching fee would be around $20 to have their "art team edit photo to counter act the orangy nature." He later wrote, "To have us correct this photo and reprint the canvas you would be looking at a total charge of $29.30 which would include a retouch fee for our art team to edit your photo, as well as a shipping fee to send the canvas back out."

Despite repeated attempts to also draw attention to the fact that my signature at the bottom of the right hand of the image had been cut off, Allen never addressed it.

Allen said the second option, reprint with a new image, would be at no cost except for a shipping fee of $14.30.

However, after about five emails, and no attempt to even address the other issue of my signature cut off at the lower right hand corner, I hesitated to risk another Russian roulette, a hit and miss of getting a quality print, so I chose to forego having to deal with their unreliable printing process. If EasyCanvasPrints couldn't get a simple color image done correctly or deal with a signature placement, I hesitated to even pay 14 bucks in shipping and risk another similar situation.

Not only did they ruin the canvas print, but a special gift I was to give someone. I will never use this company again and I suggest you don't either..

Thanks for cutting off my kids hands on the picture!
One the screen, saved the picture as I assumed it would come to me - making sure... because my kid is a swimmer and was doing the butterfly stroke in the picture... the entire picture was centered. Paid, received confirmation, received 16 x 20 canvas with his hand cut off on one side and almost on the other. Told them I would even send back the incorrect one if EasyCanvasPrints would send me the correct one. No... their solution was to reimb. Me a portion. Are you kidding me? Your companies mistake and that's what I get? I have 35 pictures I'm about to send off to another company with better ratings so I hope it was worth it and I hope your CEO sees this and all the other one-star ratings you all continuously receive. SMH.

Wow!
I thought it would be cool looking, turned out I was right! I'm going to do this format with the pics that I believe need to be shown off, you never know when you're going to snap the perfect picture worth hanging on my living room walls. I am going to keep my house full of art, (capturing one of a kind shots need to be seen), I'll keep buying this canvas format, as long as you keep making them. See the transformation from a cool pic on your phone, to a beautiful piece of art hanging in your house……. Just try it you'll be AMAZED at what you have done. I'm Very very impressed

Very disappointed in this canvas
I ordered 3 different canvases from you within days of each other. I was not impressed with this one. Unfortunately, it was the first to be ordered and therefore was the first to be seen. I was so disappointed and I was already regretting ordering the other 2 canvases after seeing this one. Although the photo on the canvas is just as I ordered it the back looks like it will come apart. It appears to have been done by someone who has either never done it before or EasyCanvasPrints just were in such a hurry that they didn't care how it looked or whether it would come away from the wooden frame it was attached to. The packing was thrown together very badly, with wide packing tape holding the canvas to the cardboard backing and send without the hanging kit. I was surprised when the other two came and were very professionally done. Also, the packing of those two canvases was very well done and the hanging kits were included in both. Sorry, I am very disappointed with how this canvas was attached and packed so I am only giving you 1 star. However, if I were rating the other 2 canvases I would give them both 5 stars.

Charged over $20 extra after final submit order button.
I just tried to order from EasyCanvasPrints. My total including the shipping cost was $49.79, I hit the submit order button and the total rose to $70.92. When I tried to call, EasyCanvasPrints would answer & put the phone down until I hung up after 45 minutes. The only way I got a chance to speak to a person was when I hit the button for needing help in making an order. The young man was polite, but he kept saying he was on my side and he was sorry. He kept putting me on hold, trying to find some way to make this right. He offered to make it $61 but that is not what I the total was suppose to be. I see now they are not an honest company and will put a great price on their website, but won't honor it. You can't leave a review on their website either. THat is why all of them were positive.

All around disappointment with product and customer service
This was horrible service-not just with the product but also with the customer service. We ordered a canvas for our boss and it was supposed to be 2 day shipping. I understand things happen and that this takes time, but not a week! We opened the canvas up and it was so distorted that you cant make out anything but shapes. So I call them and am willing to hear their side of story but then the rep tells me "yeah we need a new photo"! EasyCanvasPrints have my information and they never called me to tell me anything, they just shipped it! He was not going to do anything but maybe try to make the picture work... so send yet another canvas with the picture he just said would never work? I am livid and would never recommend this company.

24x36 Canvas- Flaking/rubbing
I ordered a 24x36 canvas print- Ordered the print 10/28 and received on 11/11/15.

I immediately noticed the corners had worn during transit- a bit surprising as this was a completely new print. The promotion I ordered through made the total order cost $53 which wasn't bad in my opinion for a print this large- but I did expect some kind of protection for the ink rubbing off during transit. I just hung the print and there is one white scrape on the right side and 2 corners with missing ink revealing the corners.

Overall, the print is what I expected for image quality- only surprised by how quickly the ink rubbed off- It would be nice if the company offered a lacquer to prevent this as standard.

They have many bad reviews but I love my prints!
I love them! I ordered a huge 30"x40" family portrait, three 20"x16" photos of my kids, and two 12"x12" photos of my husband and I. I could not be more impressed. I was going to order the exact same package somewhere else but it was over $1000, so I went searching for better prizes and found Easy Canvas Prints. I am so glad I did! I saw there were mixed reviews but I took a chance and placed my order anyway. My entire order was less than $200, with shipping! It arrived early, too. The canvases are beautiful and look just like the pictures I chose, despite being blown up in size so much, and the colors are vibrant. I'm so excited to hang them and I will update about how well EasyCanvasPrints do over time.

Great quality, secure packaging, fast shipping
So I was a bit wary given that EasyCanvasPrints are MUCH cheaper than many other options. I was/am pretty impressed - very good packaging, shipping was even faster than I expected, I ordered everything via my phone, and the quality is excellent (especially considering the price). Many other sites are pricier and surely there are additional bells and whistles you can invest in (though they did have many as add-ons on their site), I'd be quite skeptical that many others can match overall value of this site though. Highly recommended!

Pricing seems good until issues arise. Unbalanced pricing. Site template issues.
Unlike some of the reviews I have to say that I have not had an issue with print quality. EasyCanvasPrints seem to come out with acceptable quality, detail, color and clarity. My issue is with inconsistency with their site templates and with production, in particular the stretching process. This has been an ongoing issue with this company that I have pointed out many times.

Some templates on the site are not accurate. For example you may choose a 2:3 ratio template and it will still want to crop the ends off a 2:3 ratio image you upload. Pricing is not balanced. An image at 24x36 is $53. Go up one size on same image, same ratio, and its $225!

I have placed several orders with them and each order typically will have 4 or more 24x36 prints. Practically all of my images have a built in, thin black border around the image. This black border is part of the visible image. On practically all of my orders, at least one of the prints will have that black border stretched unevenly or even stretched so that it is not visible. I have emailed them multiple times immediately after placing an order explaining this to them and asking them to pay close attention to the black border and the stretch. Each time they act like they do not know what I'm talking about, even though I have told them multiple times and have had to have multiple reprints done. To their credit, they have reprinted all of these at no additional cost to me, however cost comes in different forms. In this case the cost is to my reputation of being able to deliver what my clients ask for in a timely manner. These reprints cause a huge delay and my clients have started mentioning it to me and to other clients.

I have five 24x36 images that are arriving this week at the location that distributes to my clients. Typically there is at least one image in my orders that is stretched improperly and has to be reprinted. If this turns out to be the case then I will have to try other services. There are other services that have slightly higher prices but offer free shipping if the order is over $150. My orders are all typically over this amount so it may balance out. Even if it cost a little more it will be worth it if they get the prints right on the first shot.

It would appear that they are trying to improve. They need to change their site so you can join as a client. This way they can track individual orders and needs better. I attached some samples. The first one shows template issue. You can read caption on image for explantion.

Not The Bargain We Expected
We sent a picture of our granddaughter at the beach for her father's wedding to Easycanvas. When we received it, it was much darker than the original. We called and talked to a very nice man who agreed with our conclusion. He said to go into the camera and brighten the picture and send two or three in that were actually brighter than we wanted They'd put them on canvas and send them back. We pick the one we like and return the rest for credit. So we did all that We were charged $118 for the three new pics, but I figured we'd be credited that same amount after we returned the three we didn't want. So I sent back the three and waited for the credit. Finally, I called and talked with an arrogant young man who made it clear in his five months with the company, it was never done this way and that I had obviously misunderstood instructions. We argued for a bit until I finally asked what EasyCanvasPrints were going tp do for me. He then talked with a supervisor and gave me $75 credit. In the end, after a lot of hassle, we got a nice picture costing us $100 instead of the $37 we anticipated.

ECP doesn't deserve even 1 star- complete incompetence
I write this approximately ONE MONTH (Dec 20) after starting and today abandoning a print project at ECP. I initially wanted the thanksgiving holiday discount, and I launched the failed printing process there shortly before the last week in November.
In short: EasyCanvasPrints simply don't give a damn. The "art team" ignored my file, for 3+ weeks. They don't bother to tell you either that they have an "ftp" site - only a small number of reps know that - but - it doesn't matter because the art department can't deal with jpegs, psds, or pdf formats... I don't know what options that leaves...
Thoroughly disgusted...

Better than I could have imagined!
This is the best purchase I've ever made! I printed a 30x40 canvas, and I was really worried about how the quality of the picture would turn out being blown up so large because the photo was taken with a regular camera. When I got it, I was shocked by how beautiful it is! It is amazing clarity and color. Simple to hang. The website was a breeze to use. I called to talk to customer service to update my address and it was easy to get through and EasyCanvasPrints were very nice and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. It looks like a professional print that would cost hundreds. I can't there are any negative reviews of this company! I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.

This is NOT the Place You're Looking For if You Want Quality
Poor customer service, poor communication. No attempt to rectify problem without significant additional costs, which could have been easily avoided with better communication. Took a great shot that when transferred to canvas was too dark. Offered to "fix it" and reprint for costly shipping charge, or refund money minus "waste" cost - significant charge for material used for first ( too dark) print. Said it would be "awesome" after fix. So why not email me and suggest fix prior to first print and save a lot of money and aggravation? Attempting to communicate with customer service like riding a merry go round with no gold ring. Found their service to be unprofessional and very inferior to other print to canvas services available that provide communication with customer if EasyCanvasPrints believe print can be improved with adjustment. Skip this service and seek out company with better professional photographic services. Save time, money and grief.

5 pieces of spam a day
I'm really surprised that EasyCanvasPrints have a B rating with the BBB that's basically because they reply to complaints, but if you go read some of the complaints it's overwhelming because of spam. This company allows their affiliates to spam people like crazy and go unchecked. They claim they want to remove your email address from the affiliates however what they should be doing is terminating the account of any Affiliates that break the law. They need to be held accountable! They also need to put a valid email address on their website. I think the solution to the problem is the government needs to ban affiliate programs... and guess what? We would have no more spam because the spammers wouldn't get paid to send out junk!

Fairly pleased
As someone who's worked in professional photography for 20+ years and digital printing for almost 5, I was very pleased with the image quality of their product. A few of my images were from 30 year old, 35mm films and I had some sizeable enlargements made. I was pleased with how well EasyCanvasPrints turned out! Their packing & shipping were sufficient for protection (even from UPS). The only issue I have, is that out of the 12 pieces I ordered, 3 of them have begun to develop ripples. I'm thinking that either they weren't stretched tightly enough on the frames or more than likely, they weren't given the proper drying or curing time before being attached. Sometimes being fast, isn't always best. But, I would use them again, as overall I feel they are a high quality printer.

*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***
Online order totaled $41.71 (original price was $385.95), when I received my receipt the total charged was $67.88. Shipping was supposed to be $7.99 (advertised price) but my receipt showed I was charged $9.99. The remaining difference must be tax added (no where did it state tax would be added) but the receipt didn't break it down to tell me it was tax. Based on the amount, it looks like the tax was added to the original price not the discounted price. When I called to cancel the order EasyCanvasPrints state I should receive my refund by the middle of next week. Their excuse for the overcharge is an "online glitch". What they are doing is unethical and illegal (based on the research I did regarding taxation laws in Texas).

My canvas just arrived!
My canvas just arrived! I opened it with great excitement and I'm still sort of excited about it. I am disappointed in the quality of the canvas and to find out the frame is actually a compressed board, not wood. There is also a noticeable blemish (a "holiday") in the photograph. The packing was not to protect the canvas's edges either. It was in a shrink wrap and then placed in a box. No extra padding or cushions for the edges. There are scuffs on all four of them, one being more defined than the other three. There's also a scuff on the bottom edge of the photograph. This one isn't that big of a deal, but the edges look poor and definitely make me question the quality of the canvas and question how long this canvas will last. My husband and I move every few years and I fear this canvas won't even hold up through one move without additional scuffs do to the low quality of the canvas. I have been over the moon waiting for this canvas with this photograph and now I just fear it won't even last 5 years.

Horrible
I ordered a print of my daughter and was sent someone else's picture! I contacted the company and EasyCanvasPrints told me to destroy that one and they'd reprint mine and send it out to me. When I questioned where my picture was they only stated that they told the customer to destroy it! Umm what?! So now some random stranger has a picture of my kid! Absolutely horrible way to handle it! They could have cared less that someone else had my print. As far as I know, at least 3 orders were screwed up during my experience with them. I will NEVER order anything from them ever again! They didn't even had the decency to expedite my order even after they learned it was a Father's Day gift and my husband had nothing because of their incompetence!

You get what you pay for, but not here, you get less!
I ordered a 24 x 36 Canvas print of a beautiful Asian Picture to be the center piece of a corner and small wall I was putting together. Wish I had read, and listened to comments here before I ordered. Price was cheap, that should have driven me away right there. I have found that you really do generally get what you pay for, but not here, you get less!. I got my canvas, opened it, and immediately noticed a white line about 1/16 to 1/8 inch running all the way along the bottom of the picture. I intended to hang this canvas without a frame, but that is now impossible. I went to a local canvas printer, paid about 18 % more and got what I wanted in the beginning. Color was better and new printer told me it was probably done on cheap Chinese canvas. EasyCanvasPrints apparently need to do that in order to work so cheaply. I hate CHEAP.

Note that I have now spent a little less than double my original thinking and got the print within an hour. Price was fair for a quality print stretched properly on quality frame. The white line on the bottom of the print is apparently used to help some less than talented apprentice place the print straight and square on the frame. Mine was straight, but should have been positioned an a manner to make it presentable when hung.

I sent e-mail to EasyCanvasPrints as soon as I received my canvas but have yet to get a response.

I read a few good reviews on here and wonder who wrote them, as most are very bad. Please do yourself a favor and purchase what you want locally if possible, or at least from someone reputable. Stay away from these people

Should I happen to be favored with a positive response from this establishment, I will re-post.
