Unfortunately I didn't know all of the books I would need at the same time so I have been ordering them one by one. I have received emails for discounts, but never ones that work for what I need to purchase that day. It would be nice if you would make your coupons available for more than just one day

My college bookstore has been out of the materials I need for my Material Fabrication Engineering Technology courses, especially my reading and symbiology class. I was very grateful to find the book I need on this site, and I will come back to this site in the future whenever I need another book. Thank you for your help. This was literally one of the fastest ways I found my books for my class. I will use this place and maybe still another one but I do appreciate this one to have the books I needed. I also like that eCampus.com give different options for the books prices. It was made really easy haha.

Puppy pee on the book I requested a refund got. Approval to send the book back. Waited 1 month…. Then things got nasty, yes we got the book back but we're too busy to issue your refund? Don't order from this place I think there's a merger going on so eCampus.com don't care about service. Been over 30 days still waiting

Purchasing books online is really stressful. When I can't get to a bookstore because I live in another country it's always great to be able to hop online and make the purchase. I just wish that there was more clear information when placing an order for a $200 book. Sometimes the information isn't clear on what kind of book it is, what does "bundle" mean exactly? Sometimes you have to spell it out for the kids in the back who overthink everything.

I wish you'd let us know which coupons can be used together instead of making us do it by trial and error, and I wish there weren't 9999 different instances where we have to select "same as billing address" versus "add a new address" versus "use a preexisting address" versus whatever other options

I sent 5 DSM-V manuals to eCampus only to have them ransomed for a $10 return fee--because the edition I sent them was MORE VALUABLE than the one listed by ISBN. ECampus.com have refused to compensate me even for the lesser value I sent them for. This is all after over a month of waiting, plus several encounters with their stonewalling customer service reps. Could not recommend their services less; please sell locally.

Before I processed order, it asked for a code... it did not suggest that the code I had previously entered would be exchanged for a less effective code. Caused a bit of a panic. Based off of company reviews, I am looking forward to receiving the textbook and hoping it lives up to ecampus's reputation.

She was so helpful and provided a very positive solution for me! I wanted to pull up the e-book since my book rental was only good only until July 31st, my class ends August 10th. Since the e-book was no longer available Laiklyn extended my rental until August 14th. I have a lot of school work to complete so that's one less thing I have to address. I'm very grateful for Laikyn's solution. She's a rock star!

Please list shipping rates for your third party vendors before getting to the checkout. I was under the impression that my full cart would qualify for free shipping, not just the stuff you folks carry in your warehouse. That's my only nitpick, though, if it were more transparent I wouldn't have an issue.

Billed me, never had the book, took over a month before eCampus.com reversed the charge.

The item status showed shipped. I email requesting a tracking number and the following reply...
"Your order is experiencing a delay in shipment due to a change in availability by our distributors. At this time, we do not have an exact arrival date but are working to ensure your order ships as soon as copies become available.
As a courtesy, I have upgraded your shipping to Expedited Shipping. Once the item ships, you will receive a confirmation email."

Eventually they refunded my money and never delivered the book.

My school put me in wrong class so I ordered wrong software and used it for two days before school realized I was in wrong class. ECampus.com would not refund me 95.00. Now this may not seem like a lot to them. It's a lot for me. I'm unemployed trying to make the best of this COVID situation and this people just screw me. Bad company. I'm gonna blast them all over the internet

I purchased two new books for my college classes. I was surprised at how simple the ordering process was and especially surprised with the price. Can't find a better price for these new books! The condition was great; only one of the books had a black mark that was easily cleaned off. It took a bit long to deliver but overall the price and service was worth it!

I'm really displeased with the $5 off catch. It says you get free shipping, but in reality you don't. It's a minimum of $4.99 shipping charge, then it just allocates the $5 discount for signing up with our phone # for marketing garbage that no one wants to receive, only to have that discount negate a "shipping charge". Very bad impression for a first time user. That was completely misleading. I didn't save any additional money and dishonest.

I would not recommend buying from ecampus. This was my first order experience, I redeemed a 5 coupon from a text offer on there site and finally got the book I wanted. Several days later I find out my order was cancelled due to the item not being in stock and I check the site and the book is higher as well. Do you have the book or not? This was a waste of my time and I don't like that shipping is expensive. Order from betterworldbooks, at least eCampus.com have free shipping on any order unlike ecampus.

I bought this used book for my online class, apparently we have to use the book with along with Cengage online. I had to return the book because it did not come with the necessary equipment needed for my class. I also paid fast shipping so I can get it on time. The package did not come for 3-4 days. UPS stated eCampus.com had delivered my book to my home... late... and I did not receive it, however my neighbor did... found out about this on the 5th day. I opened a claim and everything.

Chemistry Textbook to help me work with students in my tutoring business. Was able to find a decent price on this site, after comparing with other used book sites. Book was left at the wrong address, so it took a day to find it, but that is the fault of the delivery person. I would use this site again for future purchases. Would love to have a shipping discount or coupon.

Took a star away because I expected the advertised "Free Shipping" to be quick and not give me an expensive "suggested cost" or even more expensive costs to get it even quicker. My professors do not tell me what textbooks to get until the day school has started. Therefore, I do not have 8 days to wait. I think your company knows that happens and you feed off of it.
Other than that, it was a quick and easy process.

I was finally able to find and purchase an ebook that I could not find anywhere else and needed access to ASAP. Creating my account and checking out was a very smooth and easy process. I was even able to apply a coupon and earn rewards points. I am very happy with my experience here.

This is my second experience with e-campus.
I was so impressed with my initial experience with you guys I knew this was the place to go for my books in whatever form of book, I choose to order uopn my returning to school! I have already passed your name onto a cousin of mine who is returning to school, as well!
