Be more careful with the invoice information (my name was completely wrong for delivery) and improvements to the shipping detail. It was completely wrong and misleading and the vendor did not deliver it as arranged.

I created an account with an address and CC number, but still had to re-enter that info when placing the order. ?????????????

Your web ordering system needs help. It's too difficult to work thru and you get redirected or dropped way to easy for a new customer trying to place an order

Very helpful over the phone with questions about the product and placing order.
Product arrived several days ahead of the anticipated delivery date.

Fairly easy to navigate site. The Terms and Conditions were crazy long,...and can be changed at any time, so why do Ecodirect even exist?

I was pleased with the selection, but would've preferred for there to be more offerings in terms of hubs for the blades to fit on. I want to give students the opportunity to customize their blades and hubs and so would like to give them the choice to use a smaller hub (to reduce weight).

I was able to find the pieces I needed to complete my installation, that were difficult to find elsewhere.

Your address AVS error message really sucks. You need to have it modified to recognise that my information was correct as I always write it out on every piece of business I conduct. Not according to YOUR format.

Would prefer to ship USPS to Hawaii flat rate box priority

The ground clips (tabs) was a substitute for unirac rail; Ecodirect don't work as good as the original UNIRAC GRD. CLIPS

The credit card entry format looks like you want sets of 4 digits when you actually want a single string of numbers. This is confusing.
