We will not be renewing. Horrible service and have not been able to watch a game after the first 5 minutes. Every minute or two you have to refresh You get what you pay for I guess.

Channels never work. EDigitalPlace go in and out and you can never watch a full program.As for football what a joke channel refreshes or goes away during games. Not worth the money. Once you pay they give you the run around If you ask for a refund.

UPDATE: I stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon with NO issues. I am able to watch full episodes. I have the highest speed internet.
Your emails state "**We are crazy about the quality of our service.**" this is a lie. I have emailed your company numerous times about my refund which you stated in your email I would get within 7-10 business days and I NEVER received a REFUND! My last two emails I got NO response what so ever Tell me how that is crazy good service?

Kast trhee times could not see the game i was looking for,, lots of pausing during play. I do not recomend this site

I purchased the program, was able to watch the game I wanted. I received an email from the fraud department of my CC. I did not recognize the chinese name, and the amount did not match the purchase I had just made for the streaming tv so I disputed it. I chatted with someone online from the company and he said the difference in price was a "currency conversion fee". Well that was not mentioned online, I lost faith, disputed the charge and asked for a full refund. I will go out to watch the games that are not broadcasted in my area. Now I need to get a new credit card, change all my bill payments. What a hassle for nothing.

I tried to purchase the nflhdtv.com through this site. My card was denied and within a minute my bank sent a text warning me of fraudulent activity. It was from this service. EDigitalPlace were also trying to charge me more than what was stated. Thanks B of A for saving me.

I don't get all the negative reviews. It always works for me and for the price you get all the sports channels plus most of the pay channels. This is a steal! I've been using it for 3 yrs in our RV and it rocks!

I have been using this service more that 2 years ago and Now have plan to send this service to my dear one as a gift. Really love the service and their service is improved day by day. Love the effort! Highly recommended to all sports fan!

I just thought I'd add to my review of a few months ago. I recently travelled to New Zealand (Sth Island) for a short 2week family holiday. I used hotel WiFi in Picton, Lake Tekapo and Queenstown to access MotoGP, F1 and NRL. All brilliant HD with no buffering or freezing. Very, very happy. The new menu page with time zone info and programme details is a great improvement too.
