Only used the website for a quote. I needed a box to check for moving from a storage facility and size of storage unit.

It should be easier to get a general cost estimate/quote without entering all of my personal information

I have used your service for my past 3 moves and will never use anyone again. please let me know what your minimum hourly service commitment is. My sons will be here with their freight vehicles and the move will go extremely quick. I will have everything packed except closets which I will need garment boxes for.

Website is great and easy to navigate. Also saw an ad with a deal for 3 movers for $130. I don't see it on the site but I hope I can still take advantage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Elite Mover cancelled within 24 hours of our move. Did not give us a new date, just cancelled. We were told we would get our $1700 deposit back. After a month, they stated they were having issues reversing the charge and we should dispute the charge with our credit card company. Then they denied the dispute and our credit card company would not reverse. When I filed a complaint with BBB, their response was that I violated my contract by trying to reverse the charge on my card. I was told by 3 different people we would get a refund, and 2 different people instructed me to dispute the charge with the credit card company. No refund. No service. Not to mention the horrible situation it left us in with the last minute cancellation.

I requested a free quote, gave you all my information and when I click submit you don't give me a free quote.

Elite movers we amazing! The Forman Deangelo was very helpful and a hard worker. I will most definitely recommend them to others and use them the next time I move!

You were the lowest estimate of 5 companies.... and booking in line makes life easier
I didn't like that the estimate was going to be the lowest I would pay as the time used was less than the estimate. Also, the movers used a ridiculous amount of tape. I am sure that was to insure that the estimated amount of tape was used.
But, overall a good job
