Beautiful ads and dress looked gorgeous. Unfortunately, if was a hoax and fraud. The dress "T Shirt" was of very poor quality and customer support responds almost weekly with no answer. Shipping information is fraudulent as Ellebabe change both the carrier and number several times and after several requests we received the correct tracking number. Absolutely, one of the worst experiences and the company needs to be reported for fraud with the "clothes" they are deceptively advertising are not what is they are really selling.

Almost a week to respond and received false information each time I requested tracking information. Very deceptive company.

Order was sent pretty quick! The shirt was very cute and I wish it would have worked. I usually wear. Lg or and XL depending on how it is made. I ordered a 2 XL because of not sure where it came from. Unfortunately it was too tight. If you are going to order just make sure you should order larger. I didn't send it back because I had a friend that wanted to buy it.

Prices are cheap because materials are cheap. Quality of the products is not as in the pictures. I would only buy here again if Ellebabe place more real pictures of what I'm getting and I'm buying something that is not for going out, just to stay home or if something really caughts my eye and I don't care quality is bad.

We are looking for masks that can allow schoolchildren to see their teachers' faces and expressions. My only concern is that shipping takes a long time. I can't afford to get too carried away with expedited shipping. Thanks for this product--I hope it will be helpful in our school.

I ordered a dress (Rainbow tiered maxi dress) and the order went through normally, I got my email confirmation an all. I started receiving emails telling me I had not finished my order so I emailed you. Then I received an email saying the dress was out of order forever. Later I received an answer to my email you saying, don't worry, we got your order. Now, I don't know what's going on and nobody else replied. I sent a couple of emails replying to each. You charged my card and if you will not send my dress I want my money back. Thanks.

Everything I've gotten from this site I have absolutely loved. The only issue I've had is that on my first order, I ordered a super cute pink yoga set but only the top came. I sent 2 emails about this and got no reply. I would really like to have the bottom part of that set, as I did pay for it and I wanted a set.

The pieces are good quality, but the cups for your boobs are SOOOO small, the shirts fit fine but the pants are too tight and the robe doesn't even come close to closing. I ordered based on my measurements so I'm really disappointed. I would definitely order up one-two sizes

The photos on the website are most likely high quality garments. I think Ellebabe buy one and photograph their model wearing it. Then they make a cheap copy, and that's what is sent to you.

I bought a pullover top that the website described as "cotton blend" and "embroidered". When it arrived, the thin fabric was 100% synthetic (polyester, or rayon maybe) and the so-called embroidery was simply printed fabric.

It's quite disappointing to realize the quality of the item is far below what the photo represented, and the top fit more like a short dress -- way too large.

When I asked for a refund, their reply email discouraged returning the item citing the high cost of shipping, and offered a small fraction of what I paid (in my case $5 back on a $24 item and I could keep the top), or a percent-off coupon for your next purchase, or return the garment for a full refund.

They had a US address I could ship it back to, and it cost less than $4 to return it and I did receive a full refund. Buyer beware with these guys. Don't be fooled by the beautiful clothes shown in photos on their website. And don't be fooled by the reviews posted on their website.

This is my second time purchasing clothes from this site. I can tell you that my first experience was difficult as I was given I tracking number but everytime I put the number it didn't pop up in the site that was given to me there was no communication to tell me which company was making tha delivery. Even with the second purchase, I had to reach out to customer service to give me update on my delivery... I will tell you I love the clothes (hint: I made a 2nd purchase) but I customer service should be more engaged in there shipping and keeping customers more abreast about there orders...

Customer service was timely but the orders wasn't and this is even before covid19

I like shop bt pictures is sometimes not the best to understand product. Also I liked one dress and I wanted to buy belt as it was on photo but I didn't find belt on this shop (it mean- I have to go to an other shop, but I'd prefer to make all from one place). Also I didn't find shoes sizes and I bought "blinded" (fingers crossed size fit)

The photos on the app were amazing. But when I went shopping there was limited options of sizes and I tried to by the smallest one and Ellebabe were missing. I bought the size that was available on the app, but when I received the products, the material of the dresses was disappointing and it didn't fit on me, because it was too big. My body shape is very similar to the girls in the photo though.

I've enjoyed browsing on the site, however it would be good to add a size chart per country (since you are shipping worldwide) and also had the option to select colours and size in order to select what we are looking for. Otherwise, happy so far, will wait for my delivery and comment then the articles.

I did not get the correct amount off the wigs, as it did not give me 50% off and I tried numerous times to put CODE: H2. I took the ELLEBABE which was 10% off the entire order. Also, The spring Shoe sale was the same deal and I purchased 3 Pairs of Spring Shoes! I would like a reimbursement or a comp off my next order. If I am not satisfied with your response, you will lose me as a customer.

Was unable to complete purshase as website would not let me enter my payment yesterday. Today an e-mail I Recieved allowed me to enter it. I only did so because I really like the mask, but with so many options out there wrestling with a website is such a waste of time!

Per USPS tracking, my order shipped 6/1/2020. Today is 7/18/2020 and I have yet to receive my order. Reached out to Ellebabe and Ellebabe were useless.
I was informed that my order was shipped and given a tracking number. Two things I already have. There was no number or email address to follow up or explanation as to why it's taking so long.

First time ordering from your site. Found your prices more then reasonable and very easy in the ordering process. I rated 5 star but may change depending on how long it receiving. I have found with other sites that say 7-15 day delivery have been more like 15-30 if not more.

Paid for express shipping but it took way longer than the stated timeframe. Other than that i was able to track my package easily the entire way and i love the dress.

Sent an email for an update when the shipping time had passed and the package had not left the warehouse. The lady responded to my email in a timely manner and looked into my order and explained why there was a delay.

First of all, the company's address and contact phone number of Ellebabe has not been provided on its "Contact Us" or "About Us" details. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor. Non of the items are as seen in the pictures.

Ellebabe is providing huge discounts and sales deals i. E. above 25% in their lots of products Ellebabe sale which is generally done by similar type of scam or suspicious sites.

So far a 3 rating. Not sure how many of the mask I bought... looked like 6 but it never said at all. The shield mask I bought was clear it was 1 item. I guess I'll see once I get my order... im hoping it's 6 of the grey that's what it ked me to believe.
Also will see quality etc. Would gladly order more if number of town would habe been more clear! Thank you!
