after entering my credit number, I got kicked out. then I re did transaction and things worked. received an e-mail, clicked on the download button, and no it does not work. you need to seriously improve the process and kill all the pop ups. i will give my selfs a few more tries before I call my credit card company. right now I am wondering if this is just an online scam, based or the website design, and what has occurred so far. Got double billed for some reason but it seems like someone will be taking care of the issue

pain in the butt to download, but once downloaded, it looks like something I would buy again when I get my next car.

Like several others who have filed complaints, this company is not honoring its refund/return policy. From the website "We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for ALL products. If you have downloaded the manual within 14-days and you are not happy, then we can either offer any other manual up to the same amount or offer a store credit to your eManualOnline account in the same amount." I timely (within 15 minutes of download) raised an issue with the product I received. I intended to purchase a repair manual and I ended up downloading an owners manual. A document, by the way, that is available for free at the manufacturer's website but for which emanualonline charges $14.99. In any case, I requested a store credit so I can pay the additional mount for the service manual. EManual Online refused despite their published return policy.

These people will send you a link to a download that is massive (18GB)
Then it fails, you try again & again & again.
You email them, eManual Online send you a link to the same download
Then that one fails, you try again & again & again.
You tell them and they then run you through PayPal and you have to message and respond in a constant loop of going nowhere. Then you ask for a refund and then PayPal ask you to return the purchase and provide a tracking number! Ha ha these people are dodgy and I would love to greet them in person to give them a special thanks with a size 10 boot. Do not trust these scam artists.

If I could rate this without a single star I would. The product is not what you said it was. You said it covered every repair you would ever make. It doesn't cover the repair I bought if for. I already have the same manual you sold me under the Haynes printing for Chilton's manual. If I had known what kind of manual you were representing I never would have purchased it. I .already know Haynes manuals are not adequate. However, you can't see what your buying since there is not photo of the product offered, just your word that it is a completer guide to servicing this truck. Which it is not even close to being what you claim.

EMANUALONLINE MAY ONCE HAVE BEEN LEGITIMATE BUT IS NOW A SCAM. I bought a manual for $13.99 to do a common repair on my 2008 Prius and received a download that did not have the information I needed. I emailed them and was told eManual Online had the manual I needed but haven't received the manual, nor have I received the refund I finally requested. Also, the program I did get doesn't work well on Windows 10, not at all - what was there was very hard to read and that only with much effort. I then contacted Sancrac, a guy who promotes them on YouTube and also offers to help. I emailed him (*******@gmail.com) and have received no response. I suspect he's part of the scam although he appears to represent himself as an independent YouTube review. I could have suspected something when I tried to pay using their PayPal link which didn't work. ONLINE REVIEWS - probably written by eManualOnline and aren't real at all. CONCLUSION: this is now a scam, if it was ever legitimate. My recommendation: STAY AWAY.

This is my first time buying from emanualonline. I had a overall very good experience both using them and buying from them. I highly recommend them from my expreiance.

If I could nitpick than The site could absolutly use a design upgrade. There is ALOT happening for the user right of the bat so navigating is abit harder than it have to be.
The search method could also be upgraded. If I search for example to find Nissan Xtrail I get the right result directly but there is no image representing the link but under the ads i get the image for the manual so that would be a Nice feature if the image showed in the actual search also

NOT TO BE TRUSTED - I purchased an electronic workshop manual for my BMW C600 Sport scooter. What was not clear, and is not explained on the eManualOnline.com website is that you can only download a. Ova file for which you need to download and install Oracle Virtualbox before it can be used. Unfortunately, the required version of Oracle Virtualbox will not install on my Mac. I am an IT person with decades of experience, but an issue I could nor resolve stopped me from getting any use from this. Ova file. The support person Rahul insisted that he wanted to access my computer by giving him control over my machine using Teamviewer. Because Rahul was so unwilling to negotiate any alternative solutions, I did not trust him with access to my computer. I wasted my money and I strongly recommend you do not do business with eManualsOnline.com

Avoid like the plague! Do not send what you pay for, false advertising 100%. Support stop replying to emails if you don't accept their fraudulent behaviour. Nothing was easy, some ridiculous 17GB. Ova file that installs Windows virtually so it can run a terribly designed so called workshop manual that wasn't even for my model car. Just buy a. Pdf version off eBay as I ended up doing. Still waiting on a refund that I will never get due to their terms "if you download the file then no refunds" even when it's there mistake. Scumbags, complete scammers and any other foul word you can think of.

After a computer crash I lost most of my programmes and was unable to restore emanualonline from my discs. After several attempts I needed help and asked emanualonline for guidance. The response was immediate and eManual Online offered to sought out my problem by linking in via TeamViewer. This was my first experience of this support and I was amazed, impressed and overawed by the support and patience of their support team. I am now up and running with complete satisfaction. Suffice to say I am no spring chicken having retired 27 years ago. How lucky am I.

I ordered a Marine manual from them. When I opened it was Vehicle Manual with no marine content for the engine. There add called it a Marine C78 manual. The content of this manual did not contain the seawater pump turbo exchanger fuel pump and wiring diagrams that I needed to do my job. I tried to get the correct info needed as the manual was advertised. I found them to be impossible to deal with and never received the info ass advertised. EManual Online refused to credit their mistake and or give the info I required. Bad people to deal with

DO NOT ORDER FROM EMANUAL! I ordered a manual for my specific vehicle. Once I paid, I received a confirmation email, however, the download links for my purchased item wasn't available. I emailed customer service to obtain the download link. After 48 hrs, Rahul finally responded with the link. To my surprise, it wasn't for my vehicle. I then asked for a refund. I got a response email from another employee named Bojan asking what was the year, model, vin, etc of my vehicle. At this point, I looked to review sites and found that this happens often with this company. I replied to Bojan asking for a refund as well. I received another email from another employee named Shawn stating that he was passing my info along to someone else to handle the refund. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I sent a follow up email a few days later, and again, didn't get a reply. Thankfully my bank is now handling the matter.

Most of MY problem was the manual itself. Mercedes did not make an easy to use manual. If you work with it every day its different. The download took FOREVER as the .ova format would not split 18GB for an accelerator. Emanualonline did try to help with use, but I just had to sit and go through the dropdowns until I discovered where all the routines were and then "That detective, is the right question". A virtual machine was involved as well which took some examination to insure its correct install and use. Then the emanual had to go in and setup. Anyway all is well. so Thanks muchly.

This site is total crap. Should be illegal. EManual Online advertise pdf downloads of legit manuals. What I got was a MASSIVE file (8GB) of an outdated BMW service program, which they probably don't even have the legal rights to sell, and then you have to download another program (a 'virtual viewer') in order to open/navigate it. Once you're finally in, half of the information tabs open blank - no info at all. Because you're in a 'virtual viewer' you can't print anything to take out to your shop... it goes on and on.
Then to top it all off, after the huge hassle of download/install, within days my credit card was compromised with mysterious charges! Coincidence? I think not.

The site misrepresents what you get. I expected a organized, complete, indexed manual. Got none of those. I'm a Mac user with safari, apparently not compatible with downloading manual. The help guy did try very hard, said it was a simple process. It is NOT. My experience with "downloading" is low so maybe some of my fault. Would not recomend getting unless you have extensive experience downloading. What got was a bunch of pdf's with no index.
Update: After significant effort was finally able to get a usable product, which is very good. Needed to download another browser to get it to work, per the help guy, amongst other downloads. Product 5 stars, download process 1 star, should be easier.

Based on the example images and photos found on the website, fully expected a great manual. The truth is very much the opposite! The manual has only black & white photos, no modern color drawings or images. Pages were poorly scanned, the scanner had dirt on the platen because there is a perpendicular line that flows through most of the manual. While this manual may have the information you are looking for, it is not well put together and doesn't contain any of the wonderful color images and drawings that are presented as a representation of what you'll find in the manual.

Will not purchase from this company again.

I gave this eManualOnline repair manual to my 20-something daughter when she took over the maintenance of our car after moving to a distant city. She read it both for fun and for the well-organized information while her car was in the shop undergoing multiple long-needed repairs. I thought that this should help her when conversing with the mechanic. Of course, I read the ebook before giving it to her, and I liked it well enough. Maybe I'll gift the book also to the rest of my kids for the next holidays. Oh, and I also need a copy at my house. Gotta write these gift ideas down...

Paid for a Mercedes Workshop manual. I downloaded the 20GB file and followed the instructions for opening an OVA file. Then the problems really start. Mid download of something called Virtual Machine Software it says I need to download an newer version. I click on that, and now my pc locks up. A restart shows a virus alert, the task manager gets reeeeeaaaal slow opening up and my pc becomes unstable. There is so much work you need to do to be able to open this file that I just couldn't get there. Too many steps, errors along the way and I had to uninstall the VM software to get some sort of stability back. I never did open the Workshop manual- I couldn't. So the customer service stinks and refuses to refund my payment.
This company provides a product that is NOT plug and play. You have to do a lot of work installing other LARGE programs, Tweaking settings as you go. EManual Online do not have a consumer friendly package to download- Be warned!
If you want to use it make sure you have a PC expert nearby who can fix the problems. Really stinks and I lost my $. Their customer service page also shows a Washington DC address with an Iowa Telephone number that is identified on the internet as a spammer. I should have done more research before paying for this nothing product.

After you pay your money you find out that the manual is 8GB to download. After several attempts to get the manual (because the download keeps cutting out), you need to download a virtual machine to get access to the manual. To be fair this info was mentioned on their site but not the fact that the download would keep cutting out. After many download attempts and once you work through the error messages associated with giving permission on my Mac to VM privacy permissions at different levels you then get access to switchboard that only displays parts of the manual through an abstract menu system. I tried the whole thing on my windows machine but kept getting other errors. You then discover that you can't print the parts of the content as a print feature isn't available although it was advertised on their website that you can! This is a terrible way to access a manual. Also have requested my money back for the third time - good luck with that I guess.

I purchased an emanual yesterday for my Ford E450, received an instant download that came with a. Ova format that required you to download another app Virtual Manager to open the files. Downloaded app, opened files, and the program keeps getting stuck. I have emailed the company 4 times requesting a word/ pdf formatted manual so that it is easily accessible on my computer and phone to work on my rv or a refund if eManual Online cannot. I have received just as many emails for the VIN number, remote into my computer,... everything but what I asked for. Had I known it was not a standard format, I never would have purchased it.

As others have said, once receiving a manual and realizing that it's available for free on another site, I asked for my money back and they refused. I've been in a paypal dispute with them for 5 days and they respond with snide remarks.
They offered me another manual days after I finished the job I was working on, and I tried to download it but it was going to take 6 hrs to finish. Halfway through, the download failed and was never finished.
When I continued to ask for my money they said no cause they sent me another manual and "could tell I downloaded it"
I have photos showing that it failed but they still won't refund me.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a digital manual for 29.99 for my BMW. It came by email with a separate link for download instructions, which I went to first. It instructed me to download a download manager. That took serval hours to download, once that was done I attempted to download the actual manual and the additional program required for it to work. At this point my laptop quit functioning all together. I could not get it to do anything. I contacted emanual and req requested a refund. EManual Online stalled me for about a week before they came back and finally told me no they will not refund my money even tho the website states their policy is if it is within a week and not download they would issue a full refund. Since it never finished downloading I expected a refund.
