Endurance Warranty

Not real! Do not buy this warranty I bought a warranty for my mustang 2015 thinking and wanting to have peace of mind that when I was to need it I was going to get the care needed
Took my car to get a diagnosis and Endurance Warranty told me that the AC system needed to be repaired. Endurand denied my case right away without even taking a look at it. After calling them they sent an inspector and the inspector told me that he will recomend the repairs. This morning they called me to tell me that the case was denied. They are not real they do not keep their word. I would never do business with them ever again and I am going to try to get my money back from all the monthly payments I've made to them for this false service of protection for my car. Please do your research befor buying from them I wish I did!

The few time times I have contacted Endurance Warranty have been no less than gratifying, to say the least. The representatives I have had the pleasure of working with have all been knowledgeable and beyond courteous and helpful in assisting me in any way Endurance Warranty could. They definitely proved why Endurance Warranty holds the torch in customer service. I have to say I am incredibly happy with my choice to purchase my extended auto warranty through this company, especially after being a former customer of some of its unnamed competitors - my experience, thus far, has been nothing short of outstanding.

About a month ago I spoke to an Endurance represses who told me all of the coverages I asked for would be included in my policy. Come to find out 2 months later when I took my vehicle into the dealership, none of the repairs I needed were covered. I called Endurance back and Endurance Warranty basically told me "well you should've read your contract." Yes I should've went through all 50 fine print pages and read thoroughly, you're right but in reality who does that? I trusted the representatives word and that the company wouldn't lie to me. Huge wake up call for me but anyways don't give this company the time of day, they don't want to help, it's all just business.

Refused to repair a timing CHAIN said it was due to wear and tear. Such a cop out for a chain. Car was in the shop for 19 days due to endurance and their awful policies. Horrible wait times when calling. Never offered a dime after I canceled. Terrible company terrible customer service after the policy is started

Alvin was incredibly helpful. I appreciate the time he took to careful and fully explain my policy. He went above and beyond my expectations and helped me get the information I needed.

Tony went above an beyond to help me in a time of need give him a raise asap!!! Thanks so much.

Endurance voided my warranty claiming my tires were oversized by 4%. Than Endurance Warranty stuck me with a diagnosis bill. And no this didn't cause my 2016 f150s torque converter to FAIL. I feel scammed by this. If you love being stuck with a diagnosis or repair bill... you would love endurance. Shame on this company. Be warned

I called Endurance, got a warranty for my truck, then after a week Endurance Warranty called me left a voicemail for me to call to verify some information. So I called back and had to talk to 3 people before I finally found someone that could help me. They told me they were canceling my warranty because of my tire size being too big (35"). After they told me when I first called them that the tire size was fine no problem. Apparently they are extremely picky and don't really want to protect anyone except themselves. I would recommend Ally. I called them chose a plan and had coverage within 5 minutes with no mileage requirement. Way way better. Endurance is a joke!

This is the best company to deal with when you purchase the extended warranty. Very friendly. Then when you try to make a claim, good luck. Endurance Warranty will do anything in their power and from what I experienced fraud in order to get out of paying the claim. The same person that was so friendly when I bought the policy was terrible and rude when I tried to make a claim. One of the people who I dealt with that was terrible was Johnny M. He wouldn't give me his last name. I could write pages of details of my problems. They will refund you minus prorated days of how long you had the coverage. Here also they did not refund me the correct amount that I was owed less the prorated amount. I brought it up to them and they went silent, would not return emails or phone calls. It was not worth taking them to court.
