According to what was on your website I was supposed to get 15% off if I put in energy 15 good through November 30th which is the day that I placed the order. Did not receive the extra 15% off

Overall positive. The way the site handles paypal is frustrating. I thought I placed order last week but it didn't actually go through. The good news is, it looks like it did today.

The website is easy to navigate and learn of the products available. Placing an order online is easy and efficient.

took several attempts to update residential, billing and shipping info, but eventually got it straightened out with different data entry points. Your payment methods show PayPal as an option, but it did NOT display as an option on payment method during checkout. Prefer to use PayPal.

Good website, easy to enter info. Only problem is I couldn't find the option for USPS which is what I wanted.

I ordered Greenergy on 5/13/20 and have not received the order yet. I have emailed twice with no response. I know you were backordered but it was supposed to be here by now. What is the deal? My order number for the greenery is 179737.
