Insanely fast processing time like same day i placed the order and I had my wig within the week and the quality is immaculate. I was hesitant about the higher price point at first but I believe it’s worth it. Would definitely recommend to literally anyone willing to listen.

Quality cosplay wigs, the customer service is great. My last wig I had contacted them about a shipping delay, they got back to me fast and even offered a similar replacement wig at no cost as mine was on surprise backorder. I luckily could wait for the back order to replenish several days later, but the offer was nice. Once the backorder was replenished the shipping was very fast, even arrived before the expected arrival date.

I have purchased many wigs from EpicCosplay over the years and have always been very happy with my wigs! They are affordable, true to the pictures and are of great quality. The first shipment got lost in the mail. Epic Cosplay was very responsive and resent the shipment, tailoring the re-shipment to my request of adding tracking. I paid the tracking fee, and they sent it right away.
I ordered samples, and they all arrived in pristine condition. I'll be happy to order from them again.

I got 2 of the white buns for an Anne Boleyn cosplay from the musical SIX. They were very easy to dye using the methods on the EpicCosplay website, and they were super easy to put on, and they were also really comfortable. I'm super pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I've ordered a wig from Epic Cosplay Wigs, and I was just as satisfied as I was the first time. The wig was perfect for my cosplay of Rouge the Bat, I got so many compliments! It did not fit too tight and I was comfortable all day in it. It was easy to style too! These wigs are beautiful, I love how they look. Great wig! Perfect color and looked great for my Envy cosplay from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. The only issue I had was with tangling, but with such a long, straight wig that's to be expected, especially on a breezy day. Overall I am very happy with my purchase! Wig arrived very quickly and in good packaging.

I received amazing service from ECW! I pre-ordered a wig, prepared to wait a while for it to arrive. The customer service team reached out several times to let me know when it would be restocked, any delays that where happening, and even suggested other in stock wigs that they could send out instead of my delayed wig. The wigs were priced really nicely, I found exactly what I needed, they arrived sooner than expected, and someone even reached out to me to tell me one of the wigs was on back order and asked if I wanted a refund, or the wigs to be mailed separately. Nothing I can complain about.

The website was relatively easy to navigate and had lots of options. Upon purchasing my order, it arrived sooner than expected and was in good condition, of good quality, and looked even better than the pics. I've yet to style my wig, but it feels like it will style very well. Great experience, will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Every wig that I have ever gotten from epic cosplay has been extremely high quality, and the customer service even more so! I was searching for the best wig for a cosplay a couple years ago and asked for advice from the team and got such a well thought out, helpful response.

Pros:

- Good lacefront wig
- Wig and extensions are soft, full, & good length.
Cons:
- Package did not include instructions for care, cleaning, heat tolerance. (Luckily, the info is on the website, but since this is a gift, It would be awesome to have info in the package)
- Color:
"Shadow Blue" and "Midnight Blue" are hard to deciper from photos on the website.
"Shadow Blue" is a mixture of blue tones.
"Midnight Blue" is a flat Navy.

I'm very satisfied with the products I've ordered from Epic Cosplay Wigs. So far I've purchased a Helios wig, extension and 3 color samples and all have been excellent quality. The fibers are nice and soft and I've had an easier time working my Epic wig compared to the Amazon ones I bought in the past. I look forward to ordering more in the future.
