Did not cover my grey hair this time had to buy a new dye to cover my grey hair which cost me twice not sure ill buy again

Order never came and impossible to contact them, basically stole money from me. Do not order! Ordered from Ireland, site. Ie, had no idea it is from USA, total scam and should be shut down

This place is a joke. I didnt get the color i ordered (of course didnt know til I applied it). Ran with it because I didn't have a choice. When I used the second bottle (I paid for it so might as well) it turned my hair orange and completely fried it. I had just gotten 6" cut off to make it healthy again... now I look like a clown and my hair is like fricking straw... thank God I canceled it

Contacted company five times regarding the incorrect color sent, ESalon failed to respond to customer.

This wrong color was dark and red, and not the color that was ordered.

This is my second time using esalon and I gotta say, I like it more than the store boxed hair color. My only dislike about the permanent hair color is that it really sticks to your skin if you are not careful. It's not a big deal after you have done it the second time around. I will order more, but not sign up for auto-ship.

I've been dying my hair for years. I've done mostly box dye but when I want something a little fancy I'll go to a salon. I've been floating between red and black all my life. Last year I've been coloring it black but it's been fading quickly. It had been a long while so my medium brown mixed with gray was very obvious so I ordered from esalon just to try it out. I wanted blue black. I got two bottles one for roots and one for ends. I followed the instructions and now have medium brown roots with barely any gray coverage and black ends. Obviously the root color was in correct and now I have a halo around my head. I canceled my order and now must wait to fix this mess. I wish I read the reviews first.

Been using them for years and was quite happy with the results and the service. The only problem I ever had was that after coloring my hair was sticky and oily for several days no matter how many times I washed it. But recently eSalon improved their formula to such a degree that I am now 100% thrilled. I am saving so much money and time not having to go to a hairdresser - which right now, in California, I couldn't if I wanted to. Great cover of grey too. Highly recommend.

ESalon never respond once the payment is done. They do nothing even when the customer is unsatisfied on thier products. Just the money makers.

I thought I would give it a try. The packaging is nice, smell is neutral and easy to use, BUT 1. The red color I ordered wasn't much of a red stayed pretty much the blond I was with a hint of copper (not what I ordered. Adjusted my color, second time around, color was great, BUT it washed out within 5-6 hair washes (even used their classic shampoo and conditioner). Also, in the instructions, which I followed precisely, it says to shampoo you hair after rinsing out the hair color. Really? Every colorist knows that you should not shampoo you hair for at least 72 hours to let hair folicle close to lock the color in. Fazit -> not worth the money.
