I ordered a banner for a funeral. I paid for expedited shipping just for it to be late and not even there for the funeral. When it arrived 4 days late. It wasn't even the banner I had created and ordered. ESigns sent me someone else's banner. When I called to get things figured out. They didn't accommodate at all. They were insensitive, trying to justify their delayed shipping. Even though they shipped the wrong item. Never using them agian.

Design tool was easy to use, and guidance on the types of banners was exactly what we needed to make a DIY banner for our business. Will definitley use your services again!

After you design one, I wish you could copy the design so you could just make slight changes. It took me all day to make this order.

Great website. I just wasn't sure how my clear window decal was going to look. Maybe show an outline of the dimensions?

During checkout I didn't know exactly that I was ordering a matte or glossy banner. I think it should give us exactly what we are ordering.
