Love you guys! I know I can come to you guys for the parts I need to keep my 17 yr old Rancilio Silvia operational. You've always provided excellent service in processing my orders and getting them out to me.
One idea for your website is to give account holders a place to save items, i.e. a wishlist, until a time when we're ready to place an order. I tried that with the cart once, only to have it purged back to empty.

I have an elder single group espresso machine and grinder at home, and I’ve been slowly fixing them up and doing some upgrades. I wasn’t sure if the short hopper would fit my Rossi RR45 grinder. I called up customer service, and they basically answered after the first ring . I wish I could remember the name of the CS rep but she was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. The short hopper fit perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Been a customer of Espresso Parts for close to 15 years. I love your company!

Although this was essentially a routine parts order, the overall experience was excellent. The website was easy to use and I had no trouble locating the 2 minor parts I needed. Prices were very reasonable and the shipping fee was fair. Despite the use of USPS (often unreliable) and the distance from the warehouse to my location (opposite coasts), my order arrived quickly. Well done...which is why I am a repeat customer.

Hello. Thanks for the chance to message. I purchased the knock box garbage can that arrived about a week ago. I went to put the knock box top piece in the can and it wouldn't fit. The garbage can is too narrow and/or the top is too wide. Please see pics. I do have a commercial garbage can of same/similar design and with a garbage bag in, am able to use the top on that for knocking out pucks. I am still using the can that came with it, in my shop. Just advisory they don't fit. Thanks

It prompted me to write this review - something I normally wouldn't do - but it felt like extra-ordinary service and I wanted to give credit and spread the word. Thanks for your help!

product shipped promptly and well packed. As USPS decided to play football with the box in the ten days they had it, the shipping box was well crushed in spots. Due to the excellent packing by Espresso Parts, glass content was intact and quite healthy!

I got exactly what I ordered and it even got delivered a day ahead of schedule. That's exactly the kind of service I like. I'll be buying more parts from you in the near future and I would certainly recommend your store to anyone else looking for their next coffee adventure.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to make a significant upgrade/overhaul to my grinder, and they were able to tell me exactly which parts, down to the individual bolts, that I would need. I couldn't have done it without them. Shipping turnaround was quick, too.

I found, ordered and received the parts to tune up an old Profi Estro machine from 1995. The parts were matched to a newer Saeco brand that took over that machine. The complex head brew gasket fit perfectly as well as the new brew basket and shower screen. In fact, the machine works BETTER than many new machines. I am very pleased by the search accuracy, quality, courtesy and speed of Espresson Parts. Good job! I'll be back!

I bought 6 Loveramics Egg Style espresso cups. When the package arrived there were only 4 cups in the box, although the confirmation email indicated that all 6 had shipped. When I contacted the website, they not only immediately fixed the problem but at my request changed the color of the remaining cups.

I had high hopes. Bottom line, our coffee shop opening was delayed 2 months because Espresso Parts didn’t prioritize our order. We were guaranteed it by a certain date and then a few days before that date, they let us know it would take another month! I kept on getting the answer of “its stuck in port” or “its stuck in Italy”… but when I said i was going to cancel my order, they had our espresso machine on a truck to us within 48 hours of me threatening to cancel. Makes me wonder if I was being lied to the entire time OR if they had THAT bad of employees taking care of their business. Once Dave stepped in, things got better. I will say Dave was amazing to work with.

Love the new machine! A Nuova Simonelli Musica to replace my 21-year-old dying Pasquini Livia 90. Thanks for expediting my order after I called 10 business days in. You are pretty good from a customer service standpoint, and I have made probably a half-dozen orders over the years. A couple of things for your information or feedback:
- After calling and being told I would receive an update, the update was UPS's email.
- Not certain a bench test was done due to drop-ship from Nuova.
- UPS guy was unprofessional (set the box down not gently and failed to request a signature). I wasn't sure what to do with the POD at that point, no visible damage except inside, one of the sides of the styrofoam was cracked. Of course that's not your fault, and I'm happy with the product. Thanks.

Very thankful to Alina for helping me out with a problem with my order. I do wish it was easier to tell what products are or are not compatible with my machines as that would have saved everyone some trouble. Lastly, I don’t understand why Customer Service can’t manage both phone calls and emails when dealing with an issue.l, but glad it all worked out.

This is my 3rd order for replacement parts to our new to us Ascaso Dream home espresso machine. I find the chat feature handy in helping me select the exact parts I need.They suggested I include a pic of my product label located on the underside of the unit just to make sure and what an excellent idea! I had a great experience shopping the Espresso Parts site it was like being in their shop, I asked questions and got very quick replies I sent pictures of what I needed to be replaced and I got the correct parts just a few days later, prices are very reasonable staff was very knowledgeable

Ordered new/replacement burrs to grind beans for my old Rancilio Rocky Grinder. The new parts came very quickly and my wife and I cleaned the machine and replaced the burrs using the new screws (part of the ESpresso Parts order). We fired up the Grinder and made a cup of Excellent expresso from our Peet's Italian Roast Beans.

Now I can only give four stars, because the coffee grinder is not working properly, you promised to replace it with a new machine, but have not received a new machine yet, if received, everything is fine, I am very satisfied with your service , looking forward to...

Great customer service, quality parts at a lower price than Amazon or anywhere else! Had to return an item from my order as the manufacturer changed the base size and return as processed quickly and easily - free return label was sent and everything. Van was friendly and efficient. Will order again, without hesitation! Thanks!!

They had the part and shipped it, I got it the next day (even though I did not pay extra). I installed the part, it worked perfectly. The only criticism I would have is that the COGS + a reasonable profit margin for this molded plastic part could not be so high to justify the price I paid. Having no visibility into what it cost Espresso Parts, I am giving them 5-stars on the ordering, stocking, and delivery. I would definitely order from them again if necessary. Glad to have my grinder up and running.

I've been ordering cafe parts from Espresso Parts for about 6 years! Always easy to order and fast to arrive. The only thing that was missing this time was a sticker! I do love a good sticker. The espresso parts stickers have always been super dope! The portafilter with wings was my favorite of all!
