Everpresent does a wonderful job, but they take forever to get a job complete.

In all of my contacts with the EVERPRESENT team, they have been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. My project was successfully completed in the timeframe that they promised. I highly recommend them.

I sent a 1975 tape produced in a TV studio. The quality was poor to begin with. Everpresent saved what they could.

They did everything as advertised, kept in contact and informed of progress of project. Very happy with the results.

I have had both movies and VCR tapes put on DVDs and have been very pleased with Everpresent's work. Some of the movies were 60 years old. I had DVD copies made for my extended family. They were all thrilled to have them as a keepsake. The one comment that my cousin's son sticks in my mind, His comment was "I remember seeing the movies years ago, but to have a DVD capturing those great family get-togethers is priceless"

The work done was of good quality. My main issue is the time it took to complete, and the style of communication used to inform me of progress. Overall it took twice as long as was stated at the start. At one point they said it would be delayed, but not by how much. All along I received emails about their process, such as now it was in the copying phase, then in the QA phase, and so forth, but none of these stated any kind of actual time estimates or time goals. I very much dislike this style of trying to bring the customer into the process; it's just a sales/marketing tactic that deflects from what the customer really wants to know. Everpresent is trying to avoid discussions of time, and in the end this is not a good strategy.

Great company to work with, streamlined process, fantastic quality - anxiety free! Nice personal follow up at project completion. Can’t wait to move on to my next batch of home video conversion with Everpresent!

This processing took well over a month with little communication. It was an opaque process, with very impersonal customer service.

We were pleased that EverPresent kept us updated on the progress of our project. We were very pleased with the results especially since some of the 16mm movie film was 80 years old.
