Ripped off
I had an evo car for 34 days back to back and paided every day sometimes twice a day... then after paying 400 out of my account which was suppose to be a payment of 300 evo took and extra 100... then the following morning I call evo to ask what my. Balance is as I had to transfer over 3 times to a new evo cause their cars kept breaking down on me or getting a flat tire everytime I start it! So then I call as I said. And the guy tells me there 517$ balance on my rental I said thats wrong u guys just took 400 yesterday I said do not put that through its wrong... so he tells me he's going to read comments on my file he will get back to me its Friday my bday so I relax a bit and say sure no problem... 5 mins later he comes back on the line and says. So looks like the payment went through... I said I just told u not to put that through its the wrong amount... he's says oh I'm so sorry let me see what I can do puts me in hold... manager gets on and says I understand how u feel but there ls nothing I can do as it will take 3 -5 days to show up in your account so I get really mad as that was all the money I had for the weekend and its my bday... so I tell the manger he needs to figure something out they left me broke all weekend... so manager calls me back 10 mins later and says... so I talked with my people and this is what were going to do for to you, were going to postpone your pre billing for ya till Monday. Only because they took my money and I couldn't pay then till they fixed there mistake they didn't say sorry they didn't do nothing... oh wait im wrong they ask for another 400 $ no joke

Service... Can be spotty...
I called to see if an appointment was required to get two recently purchased snowboards waxed (both purchased from Evo). After waiting 23 minutes and listening to oh hold music, an employee picked up and said, "I need you to hold for a second." I said, "I just have a quick question." The response, which took longer than the yes or no that I needed, was "I need you to hold for just a couple of seconds". Ten minutes later, still on hold I ended the call, and ant future contact with Evo.

Head Kore 105/ Head Kore 1 Boot
The Head Kore 105 is a remarkable light weight ski that crushes the terrain, I ride the 189cm and I can't tell you how quick and maneuverable this ski is in all conditions even high speeds. It can rip the groomers but also shred the outer areas! With ease. I also ride in the new Kore 1 boots that are equally as light weight as the ski which makes a great set up and comfortable, but very quick to react to big turns and cutting speed when you need to. I ski in Alaska and this ski set up is great!

I found the website a little hard to get exactly to the product I wanted (a 4/3 Womens back zip wetsuit) in size s (4 or 6) for a teen. I called the customer service agent and she was great, directing me with the skus for the 3 suits that would work. I really appreciated that she had lived in our area prior (Lake Tahoe) and knew exactly what kind of use and product we needed. I appreciated she took the time to provide background info on one of the brands I didn't know about (Imperial) so that I felt comfortable ordering one of their suits.

Shopping was easy, however there was a 15% off promo code I tried to use through CouponCabin, for new accounts. I created an account however the Evo website didn't recognize my email. So I had to do the whole purchase and then create my account again on your website. Maybe CouponCabin isn't linking to your site correctly. Anyway we are excited for our chairs and look forward to shopping more on your site.

Ordered something
Ordered something. Waited two weeks. Checked in on order. Then told wouldn't receive order. Appreciate the customer care discount provided. Don't like that I waited and thff Ed n had to inquire with customer service to check in order only to find out Order wouldn't be filled. Did charge my card the day I ordered. Not good form for my first Evo purchase.
