Evri is clearly disorganised and does not even know what its own drivers are doing. I have proof of everything I am saying here. I was informed by them, that my parcel was due to be delivered on Tue. 26th July, between 2 and 4pm. A little later, I was told it was “re-scheduled”, to be delivered between 12:30 and 2:30pm. Later still, I was told it would be delivered between 6 & 8pm! It eventually turned up at 6:45pm, and I received an email (with a photo) confirming it had been delivered. But, the best part is this; today (Wed. 27th July, the day after it was actually delivered!) at 7:08am, Evri emailed me, to say the parcel would be delayed, saying “Don't worry, we will send you a message on Thursday 28 July 2022 regarding your delivery.” When I clicked on the tracking button in that message (at 11:45am Wed. 27 July, the time of writing), I was informed “Update on your parcel
We're sorry we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day.” Therefore, evri is clearly a shambles, and this is solid prof of their incompetence. I would advise that, if you have the option, AVOID this outfit at all costs, and use another courier with a better track record. As I mentioned, EVERYTHING I have said here can be backed up with evidence, in the form of their own emails to me. This organisation is a joke, and clearly cannot be trusted with your deliveries.

another message same evening ,still being delivering today 19.00/21.00 .again nothing.that message actually only arrived at 20.19

19.27 on 16th i got a notification that they tried to deliver my parcel.No they didn't .
I was in all day from 14.15 in the side garden,my car sitting in the drive with all windows and one door left wide open due to the heat .why no email to advise a delivery time like before .blatent lies .why not set it in the car and leave a card to advise if i did happen to miss them .
My first ever online order from sports direct and it will be my last as long as they use evri for shipping.
Scam company and ashamed i had to even give one star to write this review.
Their supposed live chat is also a robot .Are robots live .Confused

Hands down the worst, most unreliable company I have ever had the misfortune to be subjected to. Ordered a very important parcel from a company, heart SANK when I saw they were using Evri to deliver it. I'd never used Evri before but I knew they had a reputation for being collossally inept. So bad, they changed their name from Hermes. Delivery scheduled 17:00 - 19:00. They *emailed* me at 13:56 to tell me they were changing the time to 14:00-16:00, and then tried to deliver it at 14:06. Thanks for the warning!! Obviously I wasn't there. So now it's gone back to the depot for another random round. Naturally, because they're so inept, there are no customer service lines or they'd all be flooded. I'm not joking. There's literally no way to contact the company. Absolute joke. Very much earned their 1-star average rating.

In the last two weeks both deliveries with Evri have been delayed even on a named day delivery service. The first one they blatantly lied and said the had been to my home and tried to deliver my parcel even though I was there, all of my windows were open and I was having my dinner. They took a picture of my front door from across the road but they didn’t cross the road and come to my front door and I know that because I have cameras. I spoke to the delivery driver the next day and he said oh we couldn’t find the parcel so that’s why he had to come again on the following day. The second time they said they were going to deliver on the Sunday, which was a day earlier than planned to be fair but unfortunately they were unable to do so however they would deliver on the Monday. When the delivery driver turned up he didn’t have the parcel so he said it would probably be the following day. Normally we are very lucky in our area and I only had a couple of issues with Hermes over the years but since it’s changed to Evri it is far, far worse and probably not going to get better.

I want Brian Trower to read this message, Evri was ment to deliver my parcel on Friday 1st of July, a very important parcel, I tracked it alday on you app, then I get a message saying your parcel was delivered, it wasn't, no one came down my road at that time, I know this because I was waiting. Guess what, I tried to call, the automated robot asks for my tracking number, then says your parcel was delivered, and hangs up the phone, your online chat same thing! So my parcel was delivered right? Yesterday I get a message for Evri saying 'sorry buy your parcel was damaged beyond repair' and I should contact the sender to arrange a replacement, why should I have to chase this? So I have used yoir service twice ( not out of choice) and both times my delivery did not turn up , this is when yoi was Hermes, that time it took 3 weeks for the vender to refund me ( over 300 pounds) which where Christmas presents. 2 times I expected parcels from your company 2 time non delivery, changing your name does not improve the service, it just shows how awful the service is that you had to change the name, I never have an issue with any other delivery company, they are more expensive but you get quality service. Your company just lie,.

I booked Evri to collect my parcel on Thursday June 9th for a 2 day service and it still hasn't been delivered...
I got a message saying "Your local courier couldn't collect between 12:30 and 14:30 today" on Thu June 9th - and nobody showed up.
I then got a message saying "Your local courier couldn't collect between 11:30 and 13:30 today" on Fri June 10th - and nobody showed up again.
Then a message appeared saying "Thanks for letting us know that this parcel no longer needs collecting" - of course this is a lie as I did no such thing.
I have tried to use their live chat and phone them but it's just a robot which doesn't help at all.
Nobody came to collect for a week, so I dropped off the package at a very inconvenient location for me (heavy package and long walk).
I paid for a 2 day service, and since they collected the parcel from the drop off point (Wed Jun 15th @ 13:38) there has been no further scans.
Honestly, Evri are a disgrace and I have no idea how to contact them to resolve it.

They have failed to deliver two chairs bought from Made.com. It took them nearly 2 weeks to decide they were missing. This was after they claimed they had delivered the chairs which was a bare faced lie. I ordered two replacement chairs and begged Made.com not to use Evri as I had problems with two other deliveries too.
Made.com did not listen and of course the replacement chairs are now “missing” presumably someone has now got 4 new dining chairs.
Today I got a message that mysteriously my first chair order would be delivered today but of course having stayed in all day no delivery.
This is not an isolated incident as they have regularly lost my items or delivered incorrectly.
Please do not use Evri they are the most dysfunctional organisation I’ve had the misfortune to come across. You will not be able to speak to anyone in the company and they actively limit any contact to emails which contain utter rubbish and solve nothing.
I’ve written to their CEO but he’s palmed me off to one of his team who is yet to respond to my latest email sent 10 hours ago. In his first email he shared a link to take me directly to their customer service team but of course it’s a false link and you just get server does not exist

Shoddy delivery service. No way to communicate with them. Will never use again nor advise anyone else to. What’s the point in providing a service that doesn’t communicate with its customers!
Have had my parcel for 16 days. Have apparently attempted multiple times to deliver to a shop the first week of having the parcel and failed. How you can fail to deliver to a shop that is open 7 days a week I don’t know. Haven’t heard anything from them in over a week nor have they attempted to deliver my pare so again or return it to the company it came from. When I tried to phone customer services I wasn’t able to be put through to a person just a robot and got charged £5 for the privilege of being unable to find out where the hell my parcel was! Still waiting for them or the company the goods were dispatched from to get back to me and tell me where my goods are that I bought for an occasion that has been and gone. Horrendous! Set up a god damn customer service centre and talk to customers about where their goods that they have spent their hard earned money on are!

They need to start putting the option for minus stars. Bought £600 worth of items from House of Fraser on Saturday. Delivery was "attempted" on Sunday, not sure how that was possible as the latest delivery date was Thursday. Got one stupid message stating that they had attempted delivery but they could "not locate the address". On Monday this changed to "slight delay in delivery". 4 days later there is no update and again you can not speak with anyone. Not sure why reputable companies are still using them. This is not the first package they have stolen, had to chase up for weeks for a refund from Asos. Gutted that we will not get most of the items we had bought. Now we are having to play a three way cat and mouse chase with House of Fraser and Evri. Its disgusting how they get away with this over and over again. Honestly companies are going to lose customers because of this.

So, having my first delivery since the company name-changed to try and drop their bar press.
Package due Tuesday and I received an alert at 1734 that it would be delivered between 1530 and 1730...not a promising start.
No sign of it by end of the day and then received an update this morning to say it was due 12-2 today. 2 came and went and at 5pm I received this message: There's a delay with the delivery of your Zendbox Fulfilment parcel.
Don't worry, we will send you a message on Saturday 11 June 2022 regarding your delivery.
Don't worry??? What kind of a stupid message is that considering they've now told me to sit and wait for a further 3 days on the off chance they find my parcel. I assume they're checking the contents ahead of it going to the sales warehouse we all heard about where they auction off people parcels (see here https://youtu.be/KDV3wUVlwoc).

Poor, awful service...wouldn't even give a 1 star but had no choice. Sent a parcel on 23/05/22 tracking system still showing "We've got it" its now 01/06/22, had it 9 days!!! Customer service doesn't exist, impossible to speak to a human being! I even went back to the drop off shop for help, shop assistant gave me a number to call, spoke to a girl who couldn't help me but told me I'd be able to speak to someone once I got through options at the end so transferred me to customer services...NOT true....automated service and didnt recognise my tracking number!!!!!!! Rang the number back again to try to explain and got a rude guy who said I shouldn't have this number its for drivers only you need customer services, cut me off and put me through to customer services again 😖!!! I'm at a loss what to do.... its disgusting how you don't have a human being contact number for help/advice.

Have previously had parcels delivered by the company without drama - but having waited for a week for the delivery - received a message to say it was out for delivery between 13:00 - 15:00 - I live on a farm with a large sign board at the entrance [and a post box and parcel box] - with wide open gate that we never shut - both the other deliveries due, neither of whom had ever been before arrived without issue - then received another message @ 14:59 saying it has had to be rescheduled but still delivering now between 14:30-16:30 ... so far so good .. almost admirable communication followed by a BS email at 15:06 saying they had tried to deliver but I wasn't in or couldn't get to a safe place so they were returning to the sender [overseas] - at the time I was sat beside the drive having a coffee - no attempt at all.
Being generous the driver just couldn't read and was at the wrong address - it happens - I tried to contact them ... impossible to find a number on the site but it directs you to a "help centre" supposedly staffed 8am-8pm by helpful staff - no way - just an AI bot that asks the tracking number - says delivery was attempted 3 times so they are returning it !!! and to contact the sender - tried multiple times to get around the system to call or chat with a real person - complete failure - website designed to obstruct contact with poorly configured AI & dishonest claims of multiple delivery { all within 6 minutes on the same day ) to justify giving up and returning the parcel - finally by widening google search to get a contact number - which had been changed - new contact number message we can only track otherwise you will need to call back in working hours ... the 8pm stated had now reduced to 4pm .. So will try tomorrow .. They do deliver parcels, sometimes, but if anything goes wrong then carrier pigeon would be more useful that their website and produces less $hite

One star wish it was none . Parcel was dropped off ? Well there was a picture uploaded of it sitting at my front doorstep (in front view of whole street in pissing rain but by time I got home it was GONE . I find that a security risk to people’s homes your basically telling anyone this house is empty by leaving parcels anywhere you want to because it’s convenient for you to deliver to bins throw over fences etc witnessed delivery drivers do this . And it’s like a game of find the parcel . Royal Mail leave a card and you go pick it up ? Also I have a safe place with photos uploaded if I am not in obviously this is a waste of time on Hermes app . Then all the emails back n fourth to get refunded is time consuming all I can say is anyone can take a picture and walk away with parcel again . PIRATES OF THE PARCEL WORLD. Stopped buying online now ohh and can’t anser most of your questions underneath as parcel was TAKEN!!!

Absolutely awful. Customer service is non existent. Sure, you can track it to see how slowly your parcel moves through their system, and their ridiculous digital customer thing ‘Holly’ is great a repeating what the tracking app has already told you. But you can’t get a message through to a person, and at over £3 per minute, you aren’t likely to call them are you. The whole thing is designed so they can look like they offer customer service, but the truth is that they have your money, they have your parcel and ‘what you gonna do about it?’ It’s not like most customers choose them, the companies we order from do. I shall be checking in future if this joke of a company are the couriers being used, and if I can’t opt for someone else, I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is still bad old Hermes. So much for the rebrand and massive improvements…nah. Same rubbish courier service that doesn’t care about anything other than profit. Disgusting.

Received an email saying that they have tried to deliver my parcel but nobody was at home. In the email was mentioned that they will try 3 attempts. Next morning received that they will be delivering an item between 17.30 and 19.30. I have rearranged my second job for the next day, to make sure to be at home for this parcel between this time. Later at 12:45pm received an email saying we have tried to deliver your item but nobody was at home, this was third attempt so we returning your parcel to the sender, any issues contact them. This was very frustrating because I was waiting for very a important/special parcel. I had to rearrange my plans to be at home for 5.30pm to receive the parcel but they suddenly tried to deliver at completely different time.!!! The other thing it was that it was a second attempt and how can they send the item back? I had no time to reorder an item be be delivered on time and this wasn't something you can buy in the shop! very very very bad service. If they can't deliver it should be an option to be delivered to a local ervi/hermes point, send an information which point it was delivered so people could go and collect. Worst experience ever!!!

This company defies belief and is beyond a joke. Last week, I was supposed to have a pair of jeans delivered from Zalando. Received an e-mail saying it was being delivered between xx hrs and xx hrs. Shortly before it was due to be delivered, another e-mail saying there is a delay. This happened a few times, then - a message saying my parcel was too big to be delivered by normal courier, so a bigger form of transport was needed. This is for a pair of jeans!!!!
A few days later, I tried phoning their customer service dept - a voicemail on the other end , who did not recognise my tracking number!! I sent numerous e-mails to their customer service team - same reply - we have issued an investigation. Then finally, last night, the final e-mail - they acknowledged parcel had disappeared and could not be tracked!!!
This company, who changed their name from Hermes to Evri, thinking this would hoodwink the public, are deluded, is not fit for purpose and are no good to neither man nor beast. never encountered such ineptitude in all my life.

Don't be fooled by the name change from Herms to Evri. This company hasn't changed one iota. I had a bad experience when they were Hermes and now the same again. My bad for giving them the benefit of the doubt. But basically if something goes wrong you are on your own! My parcel has been lost again. I've tried to call their number (which is hard to find) only to be sent round in circles and exactly the same thing with the chat. You can't actually talk to anyone. If I could give no stars I would and I don't usually leave reviews, but people need to know about this company and I'm moving on to the next review site after this! I don't know how they are still in business but I will be taking this up with trading standards as I believe their practices to be fraudulent by design. Their practices of little or no communication and non functional links would inherently lead to most people giving up, and they know this!! They did send me a link to a claims form but the link does not work on any browser and it has been like this for months at least as it was like this when they were Hermes. They don't care about small fry period but this is not acceptable. I will be getting fully compensated through small claims which I'll send off tomorrow morning and it's just going to cost them more. Now, I have the time to do that but they will bank on the fact most people don't or can't be bothered. So you have been warned avoid at all costs! I certainly will not be using them again! Disgusting joke of a company!

The delivery driver took a picture of our bin without the parcel present. He then put the parcel status as delivered.
Thankfully we have cctv and see everymove he makes. Even taking the picture of the bin then returning the item to his car. So he has basically just marked it as delivered, his location would say he is at the property and he gets a free item to sell on or keep..
Can't get through to anyone as everything is chat and no phone number to contact anyone.
So basically I've lost the £200 item and having to go through the company who I purchased the item from and then wait for them to investigate. They have all the cttv footage that was taken so proof that the item was not delivered just taken. I would never use evri ever again... Sending or receiving

I arranged to have a parcel collected from Cornwall and delivered to me in West Sussex. My parcel was collected on 04/05/22 at 12:48. It was due to be delivered on 06/05/22.
The tracking on Evri's website and app has not been updated since it was collected.
After struggling with the completely unhelpful customer service bot online, I managed to find a customer service telephone number and speak to Mauro on 07/05/22 at 11.43 AM who said he would follow up.
I received an email on 09/05/22 stating that my package would be delivered within 48 hours.
48 hours later and still no sign of my package. I’ve tried responding to the customer service email but get no response. I tried the customer service number again, but the automated system will no longer allow me to speak to someone as there is an open inquiry.
I couldn't even say the customer service is bad. It's simply non-existent. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being. They don't respond to emails. You can't phone them. Even their social media channels don't respond to comments and there is no way to send a message.
I have now given up on ever receiving my parcel.

Watched him leave parcel (£100+) on door step in full view, knocked and walked off. Did not wait & check to see if I was in. No card left, no attempt to put it somewhere out of sight (there are places he could have done that easily). When I challenged him and asked why he had just left it there he totally ignored me. His wife reckoned they would not have left the street until we had taken it in. They were parked 8 houses away so I do not believe that, unless they walked back and checked every house they had delivered to. Taking a photo of a parcel propped up against the front door is not proof of delivery… had I not been in anyone could have taken it, and they would have claimed it had been delivered.
This has happened before … once they even put that it had been handed to me in person!!
Dreadful service.
