Used the wheels exclusively for pleasure. Driving at a speed of 50-60 km/h and a distance of 100 km or more never interested me. Also jumping from/on high curbs, driving off-road, in the rain, snow, and frost.
My usual way of driving: maximum speed up to 30 km/h distance - 5-10 km on asphalt pavements or paved roads. And for such a ride, I always wanted a small wheel.
And finally GotWay Mten3!!! Thanks to eWheels.com, who shipped the wheel the day after the order date and helped to deliver Mten3 External Handle-kit as soon as possible.
P.S. Manufacturers of unicycles make the same mistake as manufacturers of snowboards, which attracted young people by showing clips with incredible tricks, which at the same time discouraged the desire of older people (40-60 years) to learn to ride a snowboard. Then it turned out that in order to enjoy snowboarding, you don't need to do tricks, ride in the snowy wilderness, etc. And you can have fun at ski resorts, riding on prepared tracks.
A similar mistake is made with unicycles. Currently, the vast majority of clips about unicycles are crazy speeds and distances, and tricks..., designed for young people. That is why most adults (40-60 years old) stay away from unicycles.
The GotWay Mten3 wheel is often denigrated for advertising purposes: for beginners, an entry-level wheel, only 10” in diameter... Therefore, many of the potential and real buyers who do not mind the money for their own pleasure ignore these small wheels.
I think the GotWay Mten3 wheel will be my main wheel!!!
eWheels has a reputation for great service/support (reddit, electric unicycle forums, etc.) - and I completely agree! The team was quick to respond to questions submitted through the website and very thorough with their answers.
After placing my order, Jason noted they would get the labels created asap - the wheel showed up two days early and I've been enjoying it since.

I have been an eWheels customer since inception, and always received top notch advice and support. Recently, I purchased another EU, a Veteran ShermanMax. As always, I received immediate responses to my inquiries, sales support, and after sale support. eWheels kept me updated on shipping status, and after shipping damage was noted, immediately addressed the damage with incredibly fast replacement parts. Support, bar none, is the best in the industry. eWheels is *the* place to purchase a wheel because of their dedication to providing the best possible products, which includes eWheels specific upgrades addressing OEM shortcomings. Summarily, do not rely on price comparisons alone - *if* eWheels is a few bucks more, there is a reason or reasons. Excluding initial hardware upgrades, their after sales support, warranty repairs (never needed in my case,) and parts inventory, along with expertise in everything related to PEVs, positively and substantially offsets the price difference. This company is a jewel in the jungle of electric vehicles, and deserving of your business. I am not affiliated with, compensated by, or otherwise biased in this review, other than relaying my personal experience with Jason and his company, over the past six or seven years now.
EWheels was nothing short of amazing with their customer service, response time, transparency and dedication to the customer. I bought a Begode RS19 HS and they upgraded my battery to the safer version, upgraded pedals and a spare core since they determined the OEM version was unsat. I’ve had my wheel for 2 months now and been loving it. Absolutely recommend using them.

I saw a few recommendations on Reddit and decided to go this route. Ordered my EUC on a Sunday and received it the following Wednesday. Everything was great! I didn't order wrist pads but some XL (just my size) wrist pads along with some sticky padding for the EUC were both included. The unit worked right out of the box and I didn't need to install anything at all. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Now, if I could only figure out how to ride this thing.
After purchasing a KS 16x from eWheels last October I decided I wanted to add the KS s18 to the mix. I had been looking at suspension wheels for some time and when I learned about the Molicel battery packs I was sold. The s18 showed up in a couple of days but unfortunately the shock was non-functional. eWheels immediately located a replacement shock and had it shipped. The replacement took about 10 minutes and I was off and running. Another reason to buy from a reputable company that stands behind their products.
The machine is very responsive and easy to ride for me as a total beginner. I am still in the process of learning how to ride inside of the gym before going real world outside. I practice about 10 to 30 min a day and I was already feeling comfortable on the 2nd day. I still lose balance sometimes and fall once or twice a day. Once I master riding it without falling, I will find my helmet, knee pads, and wrist guards and be ready to ride on the pavement.

Despite the included scooter carrying strap not arriving with the scooter as expected, eWheels quickly sent another strap on its way.
Unfortunately, the strap does not seem to be compatible with the E-TWOW GT SE due to its design (or I could just be too stupid to figure it out).
A different website (https://theescooterco.com/products/e-twow-shoulder-strap) reveals that "this shoulder strap is compatible with the E-Twow S2 Booster, Master and Eco, as well as the URBN 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2." - notably NOT the GT series.
Now I have a strap that does nothing for me. Maybe I can return it or pass it on to someone else who can use it...
Great customer service i had originally ordered the new veteran Abrahams William reached out to me about some issues that people had been having with cutouts. However I did not see the email But they were thorough enough to call me the day that my wheel was shipping out they filled me in on the issue and answers all my questions. I did end up making a change to my order but they still sent it out that same day and i am very pleased wth my decision to switch to the commander that beast has range for days i love it
This is my first electric scooter and let me tell you I’m so grateful I did! I’m 6’1 185 pounds and this thing hulas me!, I took it out today for the first time on my commute to work and it was a blast! And a little intermediating at first but easy right after you settle in. The ironic part is it’s not even the turbo lighting + it’s just the turbo lighting with the 975wh battery, I can just imagine if I had the + it would definitely toss me off lol. Over all worth penny! Definitely recommend this scooter for fast commute to work.
Purchased a Vsett 10+ 25.6AH. Came in perfect condition out of the box. Received a pre-delivery email that included a digital copy of the manual and pre-ride checks. Equally as impressive was the very speedy shipping. Support has also been very responsive with rookie questions. The scooter is a blast. I could write for an hour about it. Everyone recommended Ewheels for the purchase and I can see why. They are the best.
So far, I have bought a scooter, a unicycle, and side pads for the unicycle from eWheels. I could have gotten any of these items from Amazon just as easily. When I say "just as easily" I mean that as a compliment to eWheels. Its service was just as prompt and smooth as what I have experienced from Amazon. That said, then what's the difference? I experienced no problems with any of the items I bought, however I feel that if I had (and I feel I probably will in time) I can reach out to eWheels and get parts and advice which I know I cannot through Amazon. I researched my purchases extensively before pulling the trigger. As a result, I feel confident that anything I buy from eWheels is of good quality. Judging by what eWheels advertizes on its site, I feel that eWheels cares about the quality and performance of the product it sells. Any regrets about my dealings with eWheels? I have to say, "yes". I do regret that eWheels does not have an outlet here in the Southern California area where I live. It would be very nice to be able to drop in on them and have a hands on look at any product in which I am interested.
Believe all the hype you hear about eWheels on YouTube. The customer service is fantastic. I'm a EUC newbie and had a lot of questions regarding, which wheel to buy, the pros & cons of each, use cases, etc... William and Drew both patiently answered my questions both quickly, and thoroughly, so I was able to decide what to buy with confidence. I ended up with a KingSong 16X and have zero regrets. It is a perfect match for my use case.
So where do I start… Alright so at first I didn’t do enough research and bought an Apollo Ghost. I liked it for a week until I saw the Bronco Xtreme 11!!! So I inquired about it @ ewheels. I ended up speaking with William. So after doing more and more research I saw that the Bronco didn’t have bad reviews really. So William was extremely helpful and patient with me as this is like my first scooter. Besides the Apollo that I grew out of in 2 weeks. William was there every step of the way helping me through it. When I received my Bronco I was completely lost on the shock installation. William got back to me even after I sent him 50 emails flipping out lol!!! But he guided me through that as well. Well finally get through that issue and then I’m READY to go for my first ride and I can’t go past 18mph!!!! WTF!!! Lol!!! Well email William for the 100th time. He took me through all the troubleshooting. He finally figured it out just over email, and video!!! This guy is good!!! Finally got on that bad boy and was flying around town!!! William is the man!!! He was extremely patient, helpful, responsive through email!!! Above and beyond!!! I would def suggest if your in the market for a scooter go to ewheels and try to get William to help!!! He also through in a new kickstand and different color grip tape as a gift!!! William you the man bro!!! Thanks again for all the help!!!! BTW lmk about the light up decks when you get them in!!! I got my E wheel with no experience whatsoever in these products! I expected to get an extensive instruction pamphlet from start which would be charging the device to finish which would be learning how to ride it!! They did explain how to charge the device but that’s about it!!! I am very unhappy with this product so far I’ve only had it for just under a week and I’ve been trying to figure out how to ride it and I almost feel like I received my E wheel broken because it does not go like I think it should!!!! I cannot come up with any answers because nowhere around Seattle sells them and not many people know how to use them so I am kind of SOL so far!?
100% true satisfaction from EWheels, I’m honestly happy that I went with them for my ride. I love waking up with my VSett 10+, As I head out for an AM cruise, and only return from work wanting to get back on my board for some night ops. The customer service received was top notch, they answered all my questions and made sure I understood my product. I value their sharing of knowledge which added to my confidence to ride.
My wife bought me Inmotion v11. I spent two months researching what would best fit me. My wife found my research on the wheels. It was my first wheel it was important that the customer service was on top of their game because I had a lot of questions about these wheels. And it turned out customer service are on top of their game. I wanted a starter wheel. After giving them a little bit about me they suggested the V 11, I learn how to use it in 3 days....
I have purchased at least a half dozen Electric Unicycles and other items from Jason and the team at ewheels over the last 4 years. Every single transaction has been flawless and with some of the most professional customer service I have experienced. It's refreshing to see a company succeed not only because of the products they sell but the professionalism they exhibit. I will continue to do business with and promote the ewheels company as long as they are in existence.
eWheels has the best customer service of any company I have ever seen. They reply to questions via email, often within a few minutes and definitely within a couple hours. They’ve been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had any kind of problem and have covered warrantee repair issues quickly and efficiently. More than once I’ve asked for a small replacement part that they’ve sent out to me quickly and said ‘no charge’.
They’re super knowledgeable, and everyone I’ve spoken with holds them in very high regard.
They have super competitive prices and I see no reason whatsoever to buy my unicycles from any other place.
I know this is clearly a glowing review but believe me, it’s all for very good reason. I genuinely feel like these guys care about their customers and they show it every day whenever anything is needed.
I confidently tell anyone who asks about my unicycle, go to ewheels.com. It’s hands-down the best place I know of for buying one (and yes I have tried a couple other places early on and had issues with them). Once I found eWheels though, everything has been smooth sailing in terms of upgrading to new wheels and dealing with issues as they arise.
Deciding to find an e-scooter was quite the challenge. I stumbled upon eWheels by accident as I was looking into the Vsette 10+. The product description with videos and reviews made it simple to know that I found the right investment based on my daily commuting needs. The website was simple and easy to navigate with the payment option was smooth as silk. I was later surprised to know that additional support was extended even before my e-scooter arrived. I was offered the how-to manual to get accustomed to my new purchase as well as a supporting rapid charger which even included a discount that was not delayed as soon as I ordered it. The follow-up emails with tracking were exceptional and they made me feel really good about my purchase. I am grateful that ewheels not only stands behind the product but encourages education on the product with support to boot. There was a slight hiccup with tracking as Fed-Ex advised it would arrive early, however it arrived as promised on the original date of anticpation and the same evening my rapid charger arrived. It was quite refreshing and super easy to do business with. Thank you for being prompt and informative. It's very much appreciated
