Excellent service and inventory. We were able to find the specific model of Nikon camera we wanted at a very competitive price, while other sites either didn’t have any stock left or were asking significantly more. We opted for the rush delivery in order to get it in time for our daughter’s birthday and they managed to pull it off. I’m impressed by the range of other electronic items that are offered and have bookmarked the site for future use. Truly excellent photo!

I was sold an open box repaired camera without disclosure of this. It was supposedly new in sealed box? I paid new price. No discount and no compensation until I complained. I was offered $20 or an option to return camera for another one. Inadequate in my view. I think more could’ve been done and I suspect they hoped I wouldn’t notice.

Amazing experience with Excellent Photo. Wish I used them before. I loved the PayBright payment option that allows you to pay in installments. The online shopping experience was seamless and the delivery was really fast. I'm definitely going to order from them again.

Everything was excellent thank you. I didn't know I had to hold the stabilizer button down while looking through the binoculars but that is my lack of research. Wasn't the case with my previous pair 15 x 50.

Love the vest but the tightener on the camera loosens off and I am worried I will lose it. Any suggestions? The fit of the vest is great and I have lots of room for adjustment. It would be perfect if it wouldnt loosen off the back of the camera.

Lorsque j'ai parlé avec un représentant, qui m'a confirmé que le télé convertisseur que j'avais acheté ne fonctionnerait pas avec mon objectif Sigma, on ne m'a jamais parlé qu'il fallait faire une demande de retour et même quand j'ai demandé par chat, la confirmation de l'adresse de retour à Jane. Si je n'aurais pas appelé pour vérifier s'il avait reçu mon colis, jamais je n'aurais su. Très déçu.

I found what I needed at ExcellentPhoto for a price better than to order from across the border not to mention no Custom/ Duty in addition to fast delivery. Their website is also easy to navigate on par with all big online retailers. Everything worked great no complain I'm very happy to be able to do my shopping in Canada whenever possible.

I was having trouble finding Fuji Superia in the US (New England). After some looking around I came across the ExcellentPhoto website which had it in stock. I sent them an email to double-check and Jane from ExcellentPhoto got back to me right away and confirmed that they had it. I thought "wow, great!" and bought some. A couple days later I got the package, very quick delivery!

This lens I ordered for a freind. We both enjoyed decades of photos with our old 35mm cameras and this lens has been a good reminder of the quality of those lenses for wideangle shots and close ups. This lens works so well in low light being a 1.4 arts lens. Look forward to landscape photos this spring and at weddings too.
