Easy. Took a little to get my booking info BUT still quick. No more than an hour, expected it instantly but I also did it late so it could have been the server.

Worst Customer Service Ever, no refund
Cancelled my trips without any notice, did not have the amount of refund, never issued the refund. The amount that ExploreTrip were supposed to refund did not reflect the millage or expenses that I had to buy new tickets. Customer service could not connect with their supervisor, could not provide the phone number, email or work schedule of his supervisors. Customer service told me he will answer No to all my question, that he is removing his headsets and I can continue talking to myself! And I can assure you I am not a bla bla bla person, I am a person of few words!

I wish there was an option for a negative star
I wish There was an option for negative stars. I booked a flight with them from Toronto to Ahmedabad (India) scheduled for April 2020. It got cancelled due to the the Pandemic by the Airlines. I got an email from them stating that I was elegible for 50% refund. I spoke to them explaining that It was not cancelled because of me and ExploreTrip were adamant that Airline has decided to only give 50% refund. I spoke to the airline and the representative mentioned that as it was cancelled by the airline, I am eligible for a full refund but it needs to be processed through the agent as it was booked by the agent. I confronted with the agent at exploretrip and she was like Airline representative is lieing lol and that the refund i am eligible for now is 35% of the total cost. So now I am left with some 380$ out of the 1100 I paid. Total Scam! Never trust these people with your money.
