Vadapalani Exports listed in your website. Worst person to work with. I placed order and he gave me quote. I transferred the money from Australia. He said the money he received was falling short. I sent him screenshots showing him how much i had sent. He said that he was falling short by 707 Rs, but wanted to remove a 1500 Rs saree from the order to compensate. How does that equate? When I questioned him, he said he will place another saree (not my choice, his choice) in the order. How is that okay? I transferred extra money and sent him more coz i did not want to pay the transfer fee once again. He received extra. I asked him to deposit the extra money into one of my friend's indian accounts. It's been more than 10 days since he has received the money, he has not done it yet.

This guy does not understand that there's exchange fee paid by customers when we transfer money from abroad. He keeps changing his quote. I am more than happy to post the transcripts of our WhatsApp conversations. He was time and again trying to be unprofessional getting to be personal. This is not okay.

I don't want to give even half rating to these guys.
These guys are proving that Delhi is full of Thugs and ExportersIndia are No. 1 thugs. They told me that once you subscribe for membership, business will start coming and I will myself ask for up gradation of membership. It is been now two months. Not a single lead. Now they are asking for up gradation of membership without providing any business.
Whenever I call them, they say someone will call back in 1 hr which never happen. When I again call them saying no one is giving me support, they behave like they are not aware of this. Looks like there are 4-5 guys sitting and they are making fool to everyone. For example if your contact person is Mr. Vikas (Real name of one of cheater, I hope), he will not pick you phone, some one else will pick and say Vikas is not here. He will call back.

Pls pls pls, dont subscribe for these cheaters. At the time of getting money, they will promise like you will grow because of them only, but at the end you will end up losing the money only. Rest will be your call.

Don't do it! It is the worst experience I ever had. I invested over rs120,000 form Indian exporters for some macaw eggs and incubators. ExportersIndia call you every month saying now you need this and that and ask you for money. They even asked for export fee for shipment within the same country. I was even extorted early on saying that if I didn't pay the delay airport charges, they would not deliver my order. All the promises were complete lies. I had so much RS into it, I felt I couldn't walk away so would give in thinking maybe this time it would work. I feel I need to warn every single person I can. I tried to work with management and they would not guarantee services or refund me. I wish I could sue the pants off of them but have no idea being that this is an overseas company. I hope you heed this warning or it's going to be a very long and difficult transaction for you. Good luck. The merchant/ supplier name is kashifpet. (Fake) he is from nigeria n so are his team. Exportersindia has a big part to play in this. Coz they are the ones who sent me the suppliers no. Saying they are varified suppliers. After fulfilling my side of the bargain ExportersIndia.com lack the integrity to fulfil their own side of the agreement. I tried listing my products on exportersindia.com and I received a phone call from Asad (employee of Exportersindia). He gave me the details of plan and assurance of bring customer to me. I told him to give me time to think. Then I received a call from Rohit (senior of asad). He also insisted me to buy the platinum the lowest plan and I asked him to give me time and if there was any EMI plan on it. He told me to pay 60% and later when I receive business which was a good deal for any businessman. So i agreed and made the payment. Later on I received called from one more executive Pankaj who asked me to pay 30k for verification. I told him I won't pay so he told that we won't be able to deliver business. On which rohit called me and gave me one deal of to pay 12k (which include my balance payment and 4k for verification) on which I hesitated but I wanted to do business so I told him to send me email on which rohit agreed no one will call me for balance payment but guess what I got a call from Adnan (one more executive) the very next day asking for payment and if I don't pay ExportersIndia won't guarantee any business. Now they are asking for 16k to close my file. I don't want anyone else to get stuck guys please be careful they are group of thugs. They don't give refund or cancel your membership! Lost my money you will too!

Fraud Company. ExportersIndia were very sweet and helpful before taking the money. After we paid 40,000/- INR, they are saying that buyers are not trusting my company and hence we need to pay 90,000/- INR more to get V Trust certificate to gain buyers trust. Here the best part is, they found that buyers are not trusting my company in just a matter of 2 days. I don't understand how did they came to this conclusion in just 2 days.

I have talked to three of thier staffs. When I said we are ok with 40,000/- INR worth of services and we don't want to invest more and we are fine with that buy leads,

One guy kept calling me and telling me that buyers will not trust my company unless I pay 90,000/- INR more and get a V Trust certificate.

Another staff relplied the following comment in a cool way - "We have lots of customers who have been investing 1.5 lakhs every year. If your budget is only 40,000/- INR then you cannot do business"

I took the gold package so that I could easily be found by the clients of the Middle East but even after a week, I got no inquiry. The only calls I got were from the executives of ExportersIndia asking me to upgrade my account to get more leads. I told them that I would buy other packages only if I get more leads but ExportersIndia kept calling and irritating me. I wrote a complaint on their complaint section and explained about my problems. Exporter India is fake money making company for all the business owners.In official way. ExportersIndia don't give you any services related to business. They will help you in creating your website and all. But paying them for this is not worth. Once you sign up they will ask you for more money some or there other reasons for verification, or promotions etc. But it is all fake.

Even if you ask them to create for website they will ask for money and still your website is not your in you control.

Also if you don't get the wed site owner ship then go to the domain owner like go daddy, Google domain or publicdomainregistry.com. They will help you in this case to get you details back with out any money. Since exporterindia will not share. Also if you have taken the services.

Also website domain means you website is your that is your proprietor ownership. You ask them on email they will share with you. On call they will say NO and ask you to pay money for it. If in case, if you have paid then it your right to get the website ownership.

Normally exporterindia/ weblink india(parent company) is buying domain from publicdomainregistry.com you can mail them.

Data base and hosting is on weblink.in LTD. So you will have to change it.In future no issue are occurred.

Last advice save you money don't pay lacs of Rupees for membership not worth.

I was in search of finding buyers who can place bulk orders. I added details of my products on this portal. Next day i got a call and ExportersIndia asked me to buy the subscription.
I refused to pay 18000 for Platinum membership. Again after few days another consultant called and started convincing me and he gave offer of 15,000 Rs. Again i refused. One day one person called me and he he told he will give me 3 leads free if i am happy with the service then he asked me to register. He gave me 1 lead contact details. I called to the customer and customer asked me to send the sample, still not very sure that whether he is genuine or fake customer. Later i decided just to try and they gave me a offer of 12000 Rs to register for Platinum Membership. In this membership they promised to create one website + promised that they will give 6 leads per month total 72 leads for 1 year.
Now listen to the surprises
1. Now after paying 12000 Rs online and i got proforma invoice. It is not a valid Invoice.
2. Now they are telling me that, by leads you wont get business and we don't even consider leads as a way to get inquiries and now they are asking me to pay around 1 lakh rupees to bring my website in the first page by activating Search Engine Optimization SEO for 15 key words.He asked me start paying 30,000 Rs and then see how much business you do.
If they would have told me this before that there is no use of 12000 Rs and you must invest more before then i would have not even subscribed.

Call center people are very smart and they will force you to become membership with 12000 Rs and later they will force you to invest more money and if you don't pay more money then they make you feel like there is no use of your 12000 Rs investment.

Is there a way, to get my 12000 Rs back? Please suggest if you any way? Can i fight based on this Proforma invoice?

I have lost my 12000 Rs :( and i request you all guys not to loose your money.

According to us, Exportersindia.com is one of the worst company we have ever faced in lifetime (eager to, but, just trying to pull myself back from using un-parliamentary words about them).

Bought a package from Exportersindia.com about 3 months back, where ExportersIndia had to design and deliver a template-based website catalog, upload page-links on all major search engines and provide minimum 2 relevant verified business leads per month.

Even before any of the promised services was delivered, their "relationship" executives named Sonal, Vikas... started putting forward further add-on proposals of huge sums of money, which we kept refusing politely. As they could not break the ice and extract more money from us, they started threatening us to "cancel" the services we had already paid for. More offensive was when a cheap character named "Vikas Thakur" mentioned that "we shall cancel your services, but we shall not refund any money. This is Exportersindia and that is our policy".

Friends, this is our experience with Exportersindia.com, a much low ranking website (below 10000, check Alexa) compared to Indiamart (around 400 in global rank) and Tradelndia (between 4000 and 4500 in global rank). So our suggestion will be to dump Exportersindia.com and move to Indiamart and Tradeindia seriously. We are switching.

Don't go with exporter india.com. Totally bull$#*! staff and services. Some day ago exporterindia marketing person(preethi) asked that do you want to promote your company on google? Then I replied yes. Then they told me that you have to pay us 18995/- and they will make my website and promote it on google. I requested to her for negotiate some amount and they asked me to pay for 10000/- for one year. So I did the payment. But After payment, Ashish Kumar called me and discussed with me till one and half hour and took my company all the documents. And after that he told me you have to pay quotation amount(25000/-)for website publishing. If I did not make payment they will not make my website and they will refused to promote my website. I told them why you didn't informed me about this thing first. They did not send me any email regarding this(quotation). And after that I requested to marketing person for refund my amount and I am not interested in your company then they told me what is your problem and they will negotiate amount to 20000/-, and after that they came to 15000/- I was inform him that I will tell you later. Then today 5/3/*******@11.30Am he called me and said that I don't want to deal with your company, and he started talking with rudely by saying that,(go get lost I will not refund your money back, do what ever you want to, like your people many came and many gone) and after that he started using bad words, and told that if you do not make payment, we will file a complaint against your company. I recently placed an order for 130 sheets of stainless steel (304 grade) and was provided assurances the order could be correctly met in the time frame available. Deposit was sent, and I received mill certs, photos, weight estimates... all looked in line. However, when the materials finally arrived, I discovered that the supplier (listed below under several different names) had instead shipped me carbon steel in a very thin gauge. These materials are entirely useless and have no resale value without accompanying mill certs.

One person Mr. Arun as I shared contact number with you. Now a day where business is not open in red zones due to Corona. He is marking msg's and WhatsApp to me. Today's one of my friend is sick and I am helping him to get treatment from a doctor. Your team member called me and msgd me and I disconnected the call of him and msgd that I will call you. He is regularly msgd me and forcing for registration. What kind of nutt is he I dont know but I dont want now and in future and business relationship with you. On the other hand, we are in red zone and here in last 2 days some corona cases were found because of that not even a single employee of my is working until the lockdown may relaxed. After this he said all the industries are working he have my recording too I need to register the same by today itself.

Please guide him how to talk with business partners first also complaint in last to last week with his team leader Mr. Vipin (he is a kind person).
