Process so far has been easy and straight forward. Very efficient. I am just waiting my aligners now and excited

Great service - always receive a quick response to my enquiries.

The time for the consent form needs to be longer as it timed me out the first time trying to complete it.

Haven’t been able to access the 3D plan yet, but trust the process and staff have been helpful and patient with me.

Just ordered my aligners so yet to see how they go! However so far the process has been smooth and they were very prompt to answer my questions. Super excited to get started on straightening my teeth!

I'm only having my upper teeth aligned so even though I answered yes to the questions re gum disease (which effects my lower teeth only) those questions/answers are irrelevant. Furthermore, the questions re the xrays 'I have' I gave mixed answers to because I thought I understood the nature of the question but their specific nature goes beyond my knowledge. That is to say that my dentist Xrayed my teeth a few months ago and said 'All fine' so didn't go into further details

Didn't know the retainer was an additional cost. I suppose it offsets the $200 discount they offered.

Reasonably straight forward process, a couple dental terms in the contract I was unaware of the meaning but overall a simple transaction from start to finish..

So far the process has been very simple and easy. I'm looking forward to receiving my aligners

This process has been quick and easy, although my teeth aren’t as predicted pretty happy with the results.

Really happy with the how easy to get started. didn't have to pay to see a dentist for scans or x-ray :)

It's ridiculous to expect a review BEFORE even receiving the product.
I am highly dubious about the process but have liaised back and forth with the team and hope they are as good as they lead people to believe.
Time will tell I guess.

I only just started my Journey with EZsmile and already I'm having an amazing experience. It's been easy to follow and made me feel very comfortable doing it myself with their support.

I have no current review as yet for I have not yet started my treatment plan. I can provide a feedback once treatment has been completed. So far Emma has been very helpful and always ready to answer my questions.

I have no idea why they’re making me write a review before my treatment even starts. The team is helpful and replied to me within a day or 2 when I had questions. I don’t know how the treatment will go so I’ll just give 3 stars.

I am beyond thrilled with my perfectly aligned teeth....that were really crooked for about 15 years prior to me deciding to just give this a go. I was really sceptical and a little scared that it would be painful or just wouldn't work. I'm happy to say I was worrying for nothing, and the (less than 1 year) journey to straight teeth has been awesome. I'm so happy with my results and have only good things to say about this company and the aligners.

Feels so easy to do online. Almost feels to good to be true ???? feeling excited for when they arrive !

The whole process was so easy! From navigating the EZ Smile web page, to booking the 3D scan, viewing my scan online and then to locking in a contract. Everything was explained very well and clearly and all my questions were answered.
I can’t recommend the EZ Smile process enough…..
