Thought I would try it for the price but wish I skipped it
I am a part of the fitness community, working in boutique fitness studios in Brooklyn. I am always at a studio or at the gym, so as you can imagine I go through a ton of workout clothing. Fabletics have reasonable pricing so I decided to try it. Somewhere I heard they had good quality. I ordered 2 leggings and a sports bra using rush shipping because I have an audition coming up and I wanted a cute outfit. Its been a full week and I still have not received the package. I ordered a second order the day after the first because I was just so excited about the price, standard shipping because I did not need this outfit as soon as the first. I received the standard shipping package before my rush package, which again I am still waiting for. I never received a tracking number for either of my packages. I got my second order in the mail today and was excited to try it on. I am kind of curvy but I am also a very muscular girl. Since they have a bunch of different sized models on the website I thought they would cater well to different sized women. I looked at the size charts and chose the sizes according to my measurements and still neither the tank top nor the leggings fit. I logged on immediately so I could return the items and had to call customer service to request a return slip, which their help section says is available under order details and was not. I am glad there was not a long wait before being connected. I am waiting around for my first package to be delivered today, because apparently FedEx is going to make me sign for it. The fact that I have to sit around my apartment waiting for leggings is annoying because I just wanted to go to the gym today. I hope I get my $8 back, since this has been an ordeal. I have talked to 2 different representatives so far though, and no one has offered. Very displeased with the company overall, but I guess you get what you pay for. I might just stick to Lulu or give Outdoor voices a try.

Item Arrived Damaged. Representative Unhelpful
I've recently purchased a number of items from the website. One of the leggings arrived damaged with a small hole in it, so I decided to returned it and exchanged for a new one in good condition. It took about 3 weeks for the new legging to arrive and when I tried it on, it also has a hole in it. At this point, I was quite disappointed and annoyed because it's been a month since the original order date, and I still don't have my order right, so I decided to use their Live Chat tool to see if Fabletics can help me to process another exchange. I know how to process an exchange from my account, but the reason that I need a human to help me is because I need a guarantee that my next exchange would go smoothly as I don't want to waste any more time for a third/fourth/fifth exchange due to a damage. The representative was very unhelpful and can't promise me that my order will arrive without a damage this time because the customer services team and the warehouse team don't work together. (Great, then what's the point of having a Customer Service team if they can't help you with your order?). He continued saying it is rare to have two items arrived damaged in a row, so it would be even more rare to have it arrived damaged for the third time. Yes, it is extremely rare that an item arrives damaged twice, which is the reason why I am so furious about this entire experience. He asked me how I like to proceed with my order, and I switched tab to the order page to glance at my options for 5 seconds, and when I went back to tell him that I would like to exchange for the same style/color, the screen said "Chat session ended". So yea, the customer representative just dropped my conversation after being rude and unhelpful to me.
In conclusion, Fabletics may has a few cute designs but some of them are not supportive enough, prices are not cheap, and horrible unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend for anybody!

Will Never Buy From Fabletics Again
I ordered two pairs of leggings (the high-waisted powerhold in black glitz and the high-waisted sculptknit pocket leggings in black). I was in the market for full-length leggings since the ones I had were capri-length and the weather was getting chillier.

As a first-time buyer, I followed the sizing guide and paid only $24 plus taxes and S&H for both pairs. My order came within a couple of weeks.

When I took them out of the packaging, the leggings seemed very small and difficult to try on but Fabletics were described as compression leggings so I figured they would provide firm support but ultimately conform to my shape. They never did. The were tight and restrictive and had very little give. They were described as being high-waisted and were to a degree but the waists didn't have any drawstring or toggle or anything to adjust it so my waistband kept rolling down during my moderate elliptical workout. I had to stop every few minutes to hike them up to my bra line just for them to gradually roll down past my hips. If I got distracted and didn't catch them in time, they'd sag in the crotch and roll low enough to expose the top of my underwear. It was so embarrassing. I tried to do a home walk-in-place video wearing the other pair and experienced the same thing.

The seams on the ankles of both pairs are also very tight and left hideous indentations on my legs. I tugged at them until I heard ripping just to make them bearable to wear.

I no longer attempt to wear them in public anymore and will only wear them around my house when it's laundry day, I have nothing else to wear and I‘lol only be sitting on the couch.

The website should also do a better job describing the lengths. The powersculpt pair I bought was 7/8 length and fits like capris.

Canceling my membership was easy as I just called the hotline a few business days prior to billing. I never received another charge.

I will never order from Fabletics again since I've gotten better quality leggings from Walmart and Family Dollar for a similar price ($12 or less) and didn't have to wait for them to be delivered or bother with canceling my membership.

So-so
First off, I've been a member for years and haven't cancelled. There are a lot of flaws with this company. I knew what I was signing up for. My BIG problem with fabletics and one main reason I would advise steering clear is the quality of the clothes. Fabletics are really cute. Also, they feel good on. But, they arent long lasting peices. I cold wash and hang to dry all my athletic clothing. But no matter how I care for them, my fabletics clothing shows signs of wear after 3-4 washes. The printed leggings fade a lot and the cotton shirts all pill. The synthetic shirts and. I have a few jackets and they started falling apart after one season. Depending on your budget I would recommend investing in lululemon, Nike, ot athleta. Fabletics apparel is cute and trendy but in my experience it is not built to last. The other HUGE complaint is with their membership program. I didn't mind joining as I know there is the option to skip a month. I figured that even if I forget to skip I can always use my member credit to buy new clothes. The big catch, is they will not let you use your member credit for promotions. It's nonsense. They run some really great promotions. But they treat your membership credit like it's not real money. They treat it more like a coupon. It's like if yiu bought a gift card for face value and the store said you can't use it on sales items. So if you skip the month, you can spend $50 on their promotional sales. However if you forget to skip, they will charge you $50, but you can't use it on promos. It's a very poor and sneaky practice. Nobody in their right mind would purposely not skip a month. There is literally no benefit to not skipping. Because, you can still shop, but you'll get better deals. It seems counterintuitive as a business practice. I'm vigilant about skipping now, and for that reason I'm sure I spend a lot less on their site than I would if I had full access to the funds I am charged if I don't skip. I've complained about this before but they never have a good answer as to why they have this policy.

The lovely and the ugly from a long time member
First off, I LOVE Fabletics. I want to provide as much good and bad feedback here as I can to help improve the user experience. First off, the website design is attractive and easy to navigate. I appreciate that Fabletics uses plus-sized models. The new feature where you can see how an outfit looks on a variety of other size models besides extra small is terrific (please keep incorporating this feature!). The price point is not cheap but certainly better than other competing athletic brands. I also think an overlooked but exceptional part of Fabletics is how easy it is to leave product reviews; I think this more than any other feature is what has contributed to Fabletics success, because how many companies are actively soliciting opinions from women? So great job on that!

A few things Fabletics needs to improve: please, please, please, do NOT show "New VIP prices" to existing members. It feels like a scam when an outfit you have your heart set on is $70.00, but you can visibly see it is being offered to new VIPs for $25.00. It's disheartening and feels punitive of your preexisting, loyal customers. And there have been other instances when a item is listed as on "sale" for one price but then when you head to checkout it's listed at full price. At a brick and mortar retailer you would be fined for that practice, but instead consumers are just left annoyed and distrustful of what's essentially a lie. Please fix that. Fabletics can also stand to improve its website to withstand high volume user days, such as first of the month and Black Friday season. Lastly, I wish it was possible to update previously posted product reviews. I had an experience where I left a glowing review of a shoe only to discover a week later that the sole tore off. I still like the shoes, but notifying the company that Fabletics need to use stronger glue lest the soles tear off would have been helpful for consumer and company alike. So please consider allowing members to update product reviews after they've formally posted.

Fabletics is Not the Problem!
I have been a member of Fabletics for over a year and have had a great experience! Somehow, I can go to a store like TJ Maxx or Target and spend an hour trying on every piece of athletic clothing I find and only walk out with a few pieces I'm happy with, yet nearly everything I have ordered from Fabletics has fit! I love that there are new options for prints every month, but that you can almost always find the same style that fits you well. I hate buying a great pair of pants from a store, only to go back months later for another and Fabletics no longer carry it. Only once have I received something I was unsatisfied with, and I simply went onto my account, filled out the necessary items, and sent it back. Received the credit almost immediately! Never had a more seamless return!

The main reason I came to write this review, though, is because I couldn't stand the negative feedback I was seeing all over the web with the same complaint. Fabletics isn't a "scam" nor is what they do "fraud." It should be common sense that you NEVER give your CC info to a company - especially a website - without reading the fine print. What is especially frustrating in this instance is that with Fabletics, it isn't even fine print! The conditions are blatantly stated when you sign up, and if you bother reading any of the emails you get (to the email address you typed in yourself and gave to them!) you receive constant reminders of what you signed up for! They even send you a reminder to skip each month! If you skip, you aren't charged for that month. Simple. The other beyond aggravating complaint I keep seeing is "they charged me $49.99 every month and I never got anything from it!" Once again, you're just not doing the reading if you think this is what is happening. Yes, if you don't buy something and you forget to skip, you will get charged for the month. But you aren't being charged just for being a member. It turns into a credit on your account immediately. You then can spend that money on their site whenever you choose. If you still think that is "fraud" I really don't know what else to tell you. So many websites operate this way now. You give permission for them to charge you every month (and you may skip or cancel at anytime) and in exchange you get a discount. Simple. There is nothing shady or deceptive about that.

What it boils down to is NEVER, EVER GIVE YOUR CC TO A COMPANY WITHOUT READING THE DETAILS FIRST.

If the details are available and you don't read them, you truly have no one to blame but yourself.

Too frustrating to make it worthwhile
I was a part of the VIP program for roughly 4 months & I had issues EVERY SINGLE time I tried to order something. The most frustrating part is the lack of product. Sure Fabletics advertise that they cater to all sizes but it seems they have super limited runs or don't make enough to meet demands because everything was constantly sold out. I would wake up to an email the first day of the month to select from that month's prints & styles & they would all be sold out by 9 am... and I'm on the East Coast! I'm not logging in at midnight on the first of every month to fight someone for some leggings. Then if I happened to find something that had a few left, as in would literally say "8 left in stock", it wouldn't allow me to add them to my cart. I spoke with Customer Service about this & was told over the phone"Yeah that happens when the count gets low." They couldn't even add it to my cart for me. So I ask, why have a count up at all if you won't be allowed to purchase the precious few that are left? Then there's the shipping. I tried to be understanding the first few times, seeing as there's a pandemic & all, but when my last order was shipped via Pitney Bowes & took over a month to reach me with nothing I could do about it. The tracking number said it had been delivered to my local USPS Office, but when I still hadn't received it after 2 weeks I went to my local USPS, where they said they had no information on it & having a Pitney Bowes tracking number does them no good in finding it. And when you go on to Pitney Bowes's website there is no customer services except for the corporations who are using them, nothing for the customer whose package never arrives. And Fabletics Customer Service is notoriously slow in responding. So when my package still hadn't arrived after another 2-2.5 weeks I requested a refund & canceled my subscription. Clothes are great but definitely not worth the price PLUS the hassle & inconvenience.

Worst customer service
I told the customer service rep that I placed an order with my quadpay account and wanted to switch my payment method to afterpay and asked if this were possible. She stated that she could cancel the order and then I could go ahead and place it with my afterpay account. I am under the impression that I can hit duplicate order or something and just check out in 5 minutes as when I asked her if the 70% off discount would be applicable still she told me everything would be the same. I was not told that I had to look for and replace those items in my cart individually AND that all products may not be available. If I had know that I would never have cancelled the order as I simply would have been centralizing my payments and saving $4.

Then when I called back I spoke with a supervisor, Arnulfo, whom simply just wanted to state there is nothing that Fabletics can do as if an order is cancelled then there is a chance that not all items may be in stock. I was also advised to take something that was a quantity of 1 out of my cart. I repeatedly had to ask him why I was not told this prior to canceling my order and he kept repeating the above. He was not answering any question that I hand asked unless I asked it three times and finally said "I do not care about... Please just answer... as I have already asked 3 times." There customer service team needs to be re-trained from the top down (or at least their team in the Philippines) as THEY were the ones that screwed up. I told Arnulfo that I wanted to submit a formal complaint that their corporate office would see and he stated that I would receive an email once the call ended to review the call that would go to corporate; however, once the call ended no email ever came. I am sure that it was no coincidence.

If they had admitted that a customer service rep made a mistake right off the bat, been empathetic, and then offered multiple alternatives I probably would have replaced my order and even ordered more as a bit of retail therapy. Worse customer service ever. Now I understand why you guys are so cheap because you skimp in other departments.

Poor experience
I went back and forth for months debating whether or not to start with Fabletics. After I heard good things from close friends I decided to give it a try. I was really excited placing my first order (2 pairs of leggings and a top). I went to the store at Mall of America to return one pair of the leggings because Fabletics weren't for me. When I was at the store, I worked with an extremely helpful associate that took ample time to introduce me to the brand and helped me with my first order. I even ended up buying a sports bra that I wasn't planning to purchase before going to the store. The morning after I made my second purchase I received an email for 20% off your in store purchase. I went back to the store to have the sports bra adjusted and the associate could not have been more opposite of the day before. When I told her I had just purchased the bra the day before and now received this email she looked up the order and in a degrading tone said "you had other discounts on this, what discounts did you have?" I, very confused, said I had purchased it at the VIP membership rate but no other discounts were applied. She then accused me again saying that I had used discounts. I explained the whole story of purchasing, returning, purchasing and now again returning. She was very annoyed the whole time and then softly said "oh, I see what she did." She then resolved the issue and rudely said "we usually don't do this for people." I'm not sure why she wouldn't have explained this policy prior to starting the transaction. I left feeling so degraded and unappreciated for my business. To make it worse, this is the SECOND time I have tried to reach out. My first attempt was to resolve this privately with an email to Fabletics, the email I received in response said they no longer support by email. Hoping to receive a response through this method of communication.

Just Gotta Know What You're Signing Up For...
Fabletics is a "subscription" shopping website where you must sign up as a VIP member where your credit card is billed $49.95/month for shopping... As long as you do your research and REALISE what you're signing up for, it's not a big deal -- or a scam. There are def pros and cons though...

The Good:
- You can "skip" any (or every) month if you want and your card won't be charged (just have to set a reminder and do it by the 4th).
- If you forget to skip the month, you don't lose the money... You just have $49.95 (credit) to spend on clothes.
- The tights/capris are very decent quality for the price while other items are okay.
- The reviews are pretty detailed and include what size each reviewer ordered.
- You earn points to spend on little items.
- Free shipping as long as you spend a certain amount.

The Bad:
- Shipping is slow (especially when you've been spoiled by Amazon)
- Stock seems to run low a lot
- Almost every item I've purchased says to hand wash... YEAH RIGHT! Lol (but everything has come out of the wash just fine).
- Apparently customer service isn't the best (I personally don't have any experience with them).

The Ugly:
- Misleading marketing - My first outfit was not $25 and you only get free shipping when you spend a certain amount.
- When you forget to skip a month and have $49.95 credit to spend, you're not allowed to combine that credit with any promotions (such as $30 off when you spend $100) even though that $49.95 "credit" is money you spent.
- You can't apply your $49.95 credit toward a shopping bag containing less than $49.95... So basically you have to either spend 50 bucks or nothing at all.

Bottom Line:
It's cute clothes with pretty good quality... If you're a savvy shopper who knows what you're signing up for, never returns anything or calls customer service (like me), and doesn't believe anything you see on TV then it's a good way to always look cute while working out or lounging around without breaking the bank. Overall I'm satisfied with Fabletics.

Scum
Proper legal scum
Here is few thing that I WILL WRITE CLEARLY And you MUST KNOW ABOUT THEM first!

Subscription like we used to another similar policies- NO ITS not, I got LOTS of subscriptions and never got problems.
My subscription started much sooner then monthly ones like APP store, lookfantastic, prime and others (i have been charged after few days Of purchase extra 49£, and I didn't even receive my first order Yet, so, I don't know anything about quality and size but Fabletics already pushed me to subscription, you won't be able to have your money back)

Free delivery- no it's not, free delivery applies only when you reach 49£ after first purchase

FLEXIBLE VIP- don't believe to Full flexibility, you couldn't apply any offers with your credit (even a birthday one which I missed to get my credit used out and get rid of that nasty company.
I would understand that if they would add some bonus to that credit. Like pay 49£ now and get 55£ for credit. But no, they think that its ok to take from you 49£ and state that's it's already an offer.

Delivery- the most longest delivery ever. I believe thats also on purpose, my friends also waited delivery for a week

YUMMY PRICES- 2 pairs for 24£ is true BUT ONLY once, after pair of leggings will cost you 45£/50£/60£ even with the VIP
Also all prices are made very funny, you couldn't get exactly 49£ it can be less and you paying delivery fee anyway or it will be a bit more, so you got slow free delivery and paying extra (49£ credit+ extra few pounds) i paid 53£ to skip delivery fee (4£ extra)

SALE - not like any other SALE, as if you adding something from sale items you WONT BE ABLE to use your credit (you will pay full price for that item). As 49£ credit applies only to full price items, and I already said that prices are funny, so you will pay extra to use your credit
Once again- credit applies only to full price items

HUGE STOCK- as soon as I bought my first 2 for 24£ And become a VIP, stock despaired, not much to choose from to be honest.

Quality- i will be honest, it's good, but unfortunately only till first wash, now they doesn't look really good, thank you Fabletics, i will got leggings for my garden work

Customer service- yuck! As you can understand English is not my first language but 4th! And they still use the most hardest words in conversations to confuse you. I do understand everyone in my UNI but not an adviser from Fabletics.

My advice- don't support company who make everything to scum you, even in legal way

Inconsistent Clothing Quality and Poor Customer Support
I really wanted to love this company. Like REALLY wanted to love this company. I've seen quite a few of these 1-2 star ratings due to the monthly membership fee, but when you submit your first order you accept this charge - no scams, no sneaking around, it's right there in front of you - and are able to skip each month. I'm not writing because of that, I'm writing because of the extremely poor (and downright rude) customer support line and the lack of product quality control.

I was a paying member of Fabletics for about 6 months and decided to cancel my membership as my collection of athletic wear was getting out of control. I loved the outfits a bought had no issues with shipping and was happy with the cost, but - and that's a big *BUT* - here I am about 5 months later and two pairs of these leggings (lisette high waist) are unraveling at the seams and have holes. I'm pretty gentle with my clothing (gentle cycle, cold water, laundry bag) and never put anything in the dryer, so it is beyond me as to why this is happening - I've only worn maybe a handful of times. I'm so very disappointed as I absolutely loved these leggings... and now that brings me to my second issue...

I decided to call customer support to locate a site, email address, or anything at all to give some feedback on clothing quality and stitching issues to the company rather than writing a bad review on their website or coming here to report. The rep I spoke with was the least helpful, rude, and borderline insulting customer service representative I've spoken with. When I explained the situation and requested contact info for someone I could write an email to, the representative insisted that any issues I was having with quality had to do with care/handling on my end and that she would not provide me with a contact or resource to give feedback to. After I *politely* tried to re-explain the situation she interrupted me and reiterated that there was no one I could contact. I would have left it there and given up, but she then said that I could go to a website where I could reach someone. She quickly rattled off this website laughing under her breath, which I then asked her if she could repeat as I was having trouble understanding her. Her tone grew more and more annoyed and she started raising her voice - at this point, I had had enough and hung up.

I deal with customer service representatives on a daily basis in my job and try to be as understanding and polite as possible - the response I received from this particular rep was uncalled for and extremely reflective of the quality of customer support Fabletics is providing.

Before this happened I was about to restart my VIP membership, but due to my customer service experience, I'm running the opposite direction.

I get it, every now and again something happens and quality might slip up on a particular product... that's not why I'm wiring this. I simply wanted to bring the issue to the attention of the company for feedback, and then had the misfortune of speaking with some of the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. *sigh*

The most frustrating experience I have ever had with an online retailer
I ordered from Fabletics to take advantage of their 2 for $24 leggings deal. I placed the order and the screen never changed... no "thank you, your order has been placed," no confirmation number, NOTHING, and their gimmicky little offer timer continued to tick down as if I hadn't placed an order. So, I clicked place order again. My card was immediately charged twice. I attempted to pull up my orders from the link at the bottom of the screen to cancel one of the orders... nothing was there. There is no email address available, so I had to call in with my issue. I was thinking with Kate Hudson as the face of the brand, there would be a certain level of customer service... I was WRONG. The first associate hung up on me after I informed her that I ws recording the call for my records. The second tried to convince me that I should accept the charges because I should have been charged full price and could only take advantage of the VIP advertised price on my second order ( AN OUTRIGHT LIE). He also claimed that he couldn't see my order so there was nothing he could do. I offered to send a screen shot of the duplicate charges posted at the exact same time. He talked over me and kept going in circles about the membership fee which wasn't even my issue. He then asked me for time and date of my order. I gave him that, then he asked for my full credit card number. Big NOPE to that. Finally on my third call, I got another young man whom I also warned that I was recording the call. After he attempted to give me the same spiel the other guy did, I told him I would send him a screen shot of the duplicate charges but I also threatened to upload them online and contact the district attorney's office about this scam. He finally removed the charges. He then claimed that my use of a debit card rather than a major credit card was the cause of the mixup. BULL! I sop online all the time. This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ALL OF THEM!
JustFab changed their company name to Techstyle. JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Fabletics and all these MICRO companies are under TechStyle. Techstyle and Rihanna own Savage X Fenty. Techstyle has not returned any phone calls in regards to my dispute. I've spent $500+ and no merchandise! I call to verify my orders and nothing. Everyone just twirls you around and Fabletics twirl you into the common phrase WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48hrs. I wait 2 weeks and they're still saying give us 24-48hrs. No one has info on shipping, there is no dispute department, no billing Dept, and when they say they will get back to you in 24-48hrs you actually receive an email with nothing resolved. But on the reviews they say they "contacted" you and by that they mean an email. No live person has EVER called me or handled my dispute. I will be "contacted" by them on this review and guess what they will say WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48 hrs or GIVE US A CALL TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE or WE ARE SO SORRY WE WILL CREDT YOUR ACCOUNT but none of this ACTUALLY happens. I have called all numbers and I've gotten no where. Techstyles customer service is located in the Philipines and they ALL say the same thing. No transfers to any other department. You ask for company info and they don't have it. You ask to speak to a manager you get put back in the cue. I spoke to a manager finally and STILL no assistance. All they say to get you off the phone is WE WILL ESCALATE GIVE US 24-48hrs. I spent a lot of money and didn't get anything! Nothing! And no one helps no matter what! Lie about orders being shipped out, lie about confirmation delivery numbers from ATrac (whatever it's called), FEDEX, USPS you name it! It's just an all around bad bad company with bad service and bad bad micro companies under one company and everyone is a 3rd party company and they don't give out their info. Never again! I will check out these new companies EVERYTIME to see what sheep-skinned company they USED to be. As soon as I see any company that I've mentioned in this review? I'm sounding the alarm, the wolf is caught and not buying from them.

Great Product, Horrible Company!
A product is only as good as its customer service and company policies. While the product is a quality product and I have been very happy with the items purchased, their service and policies are HORRID! My initial experience was awesome. I was not familiar with the product or sizing so I wanted to go into the store to ensure I was comfortable with both before making a purchase. Midway thru trying on a variety of items, the SA lets me know the advertised prices only apply to members and I would need to get a $50 membership to get the advertised pricing…ok. Perhaps I did not read well when looking online. So fast forward to the items I could not get in-store, but ordered online. It took 3+ weeks to receive the items. I have NEVER heard of such! Did Fabletics have to go and buy the materials to make the items prior to shipping by the slowest method possible! Fast forward to my making another purchase only to have items go on sale the very next day! I called about a price adj. Only to find out they do not do PA. Unfu**ing believable! I cannot tell you how enraged I was! Their prices are NOT cheap enough to have such a ridiculous policy! So fast forward, I am told to repurchase and return the original order. While an inconvenience, I say fine. Now in a perfect world this would have went smoothly…but lets not forget they have to make the clothes before they can ship them…so by the time I go to return the original order, I find out some of the items have gone on final sale and are non-returnable. And let me not forget the items come in little bags that are associated with the order, so not knowing this, I use the items from the more expensive order because the 2nd order is the same…. Well that was a HUGE mistake! When I arrive at the Columbia, MD store, I was told by the horrible manager, that apparently has NEVER heard of customer service, she can't help me and I need to call Customer Service. So after driving 35-40 mins to get to the closest store, I have to go back home and call Customer Service. The gentleman at Customer Service was wonderful and made a bad situation sooooo much better, but every time I place an order, I there seems to be something that turns me off about this company. I have been waiting to review this company because I was so torn between the quality of the product and the HORRIBLE company. But once again after placing an order for the very same items to go on sale a couple days later and knowing I cannot get a price adj, I find myself infuriated! My advice to anyone considering this this product is to get in and get out! Make a huge order and move on!

Horrible Service
It has taken me over 3 weeks to deal with getting an exchange. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and a Puffer jacket at the end of October 2020. I was originally shipped a completely wrong legging, I also decided to exchange the puffer jacket for a smaller size so I created a ticket/exchange with an online reprentative. I was told by this representative the exchange process is quick, as soon as my return label was scanned by Canada Post and the items are enroute my new items would be shipped out to me. Well I received no emails so I reached out again, I was told Fabletics have no record of my item even being scanned in and keep in mind this is 5 days after the item has already left my province so I'm panicking. My new items were "Secured" for me for when the return was finally received, so over a week after I shipped it. WELL I finally got my new items have been shipped email and guess what the Puffer Jacket I secured is apparently no longer available and the order item was just cancelled. The only reason I even knew the item was cancelled was because I went onto my page, there was no email or anything. My exchange email still has the item on it. Go through another 2 live chats (I've had 5 of these by now.) and I go through over a half an hour on this chat to finally find out they already returned the money for the puffer however I obviously didnt know this as it wont show up right away. SO dealt with constant confusion from the agent who never actally told me "The return for the Puffer Jacket has already been processed for you" so discussions are happening on whether I am or am not getting this item or whether I did or did not get a refund. My entire ordeal with this site has been far more frustrating than I ever thought. I was literally just telling all my friends about how excited I was for my order and now I feel like crap, I honestly dont know if I even want the item now but I am absolutely not going to deal with getting another exchage that will take weeks to have sorted. I am very dissapointed with the false information I was given, the "System Errors" and "Technical delays" I was told about and the false promise of receiving an item or being told the item is already held for me when it clearly wasnt when it was bought from under me when I technically already paid for it. If this entire exchange did not go terribly wrong I 100% would still want to do business with them but with the complete disaster I was given I would never trust to order an item again. I was very excited about this company and now I will never speak of it again. Goodluck with your exchanges friends.

Fabletics have rules that make NO SENSE
I am so disappointed with Fabletics. I have spent so much there as a VIP member and have shopped multiple items every month, and yet Fabletics do not even try to consider their customers request / convenience. I ordered a bunch of outfits on their site and found out 6 days later that it was now 40% off on sale. Normally most stores (Lululemon, Nike, Gap, etc.) refund you back the price reduction difference when there is a discount up to a month later. Considering that this order was made only a few days ago - I of course requested for this refund since I didn't even get any of the outfits delivered to me yet ( it usually takes them weeks to deliver to me) and so my 30 day return benefit hasn't even started yet because I still didn't receive any of my orders. Customer service refused to just refund me the price reduction difference and their only solution for me was to order the exact same items again, and then to return my previous order when it finally gets shipped out to me so I can get a refund. This is so ridiculous! Rather than just refund me so I can just use what was already shipped out when it gets here, their company would rather spend money on multiple shipments for the same exact items of clothing and create a lot of unnecessary steps to their customers(i. E. visiting & lining up at the post office). The reason why most people "conveniently" shop online in the first place is because most do not have a lot of free time during the mornings to visit actual stores, that's why they prefer to have things delivered right at their doorstep by the time they do get home. Also, the post office is far and closes very early. I had to cancel my "VIP" membership because not only did I feel SO NOT like a VIP customer but its clear to me that their so-called rules (without a purpose) were far more important to them than making their customers happy and providing us with real actual solutions that would make us want to continue to shop here. Will not be recommending this store anymore.

Horrible website and pushy customer service
I have gotten leggings in the past as a gift from my mother in law and love them. So for my birthday my husband got me a $100.00 gift card. I knew ahead of time that if you sign up as a VIP member you will be charged $49.95 a month, which I wanted nothing to do with. While on the website picking out my selection I kept getting pop ups to join VIP and even during checkout I had to unclick VIP selection. Thinking by unclicking the VIP selection meant it would just give me the total I owed without those killer discounts. But again pop-ups, saying it would cost me $1.00 to be a VIP member in which I closed out each time. My card number and gift card number was submitted(by me) so I could see that the gift card was redeemed and I owed little extra from taxes. Everytime I did this the order would kick me out saying the gift card was already redeemed. So I called customer service to see WTF was happening. He could see my order and had my CC number from the website. I explained I just wanted to order two leggings using my $100 gift card, NOT be a VIP member and pay the remaining $8.15 for taxes on my CC. He placed me on hold and came back with a much cheaper total which meant he was signing me up to be a VIP member. I had to get aggressive explains again I wanted nothing to do with this VIP crap, just order my freaking two pairs of leggings and charge me $8.15! He finally did as I requested. I'm still waiting on my order email confirmation. My CC has been charged $8.15 and SIX $1.00 separate charges, which was the pop-up box I kept closing while online trying to place this order. Also, received two emails stating thanks for joining VIP member and one stating we are sad to see you go, which said I wouldn't be charged $49.95. So, to sum this up... website is a F'n nightmare and customer service is aggressive and signed me up for something I repeatedly said no to. Sad to say, I was sooooo excited to order more leggings cause I love them but Kate, you have lost my business!

Decent quality, misleading VIP Membership
Ordered a scarf from Fabletics - as a new VIP member I received a discount so I only had to pay $18. Awesome! Got my scarf and it's decent quality. A little smaller than I was expecting but still comfy and cute. Looked at my online banking today about a month later to find that $49.95 USD was taken out of my account, except I live in Canada so it actually took out $71.50 CAD. I was shocked and confused and typed into Google "Why Fabletics Charged Me" and I was taken to this site of reviews. Turns out when you sign up for the VIP Membership, the company will take $49.95 out of your account every month to go toward store credit at Fabletics. You have the choice to skip a month of payments, but you must do so before the 5th otherwise Fabletics charge you. And all of this information is at the very bottom of your e-mail order confirmation which no one reads. It was very misleading. I called and a computer animated voice talks to you. This is what I did to receive my refund:

Computer: How may I help you?
Me: I would like a refund and I would like to cancel my membership.
Computer: Why?
Me: You took money out of my account when I didn't want you to.

This immediately took me to a real life representative, I explained to her very nicely and calmly what happened. I could tell she didn't really know how to respond and was reading from a script. I ensured to remain very sweet but also stern and she seemed to want to help me (yelling and screaming at representatives will not get you anywhere). She offered to talk to a manager for me and put me on hold for about 2 minutes. When she came back she agreed to give me a refund, and gave me a little speech about still keeping my membership now that I know how it all works. I politely declined, and she agreed to cancel it for me. I should be receiving an email soon regarding my refund and I will update this review once I have further details.

I read a lot of reviews that were quite harsh, but my experience was not a horrible one. Just average. The entire phone conversation was 9 minutes. That is not a bad experience considering I didn't have to wait on the phone for an hour on hold, or argue over and over again with a representative. But of course, I still don't appreciate having funds taken from my account when I never explicitly authorized it.

**UPDATE** - within two days they have refunded me $66.80 CAD which is about $5 short of what they took from my account, but I don't really care. I got the majority of the money back with little to no hassle.

Immediately Cancelled!
I made my very first purchase today, of course without first providing my email for VIP status ( which I thought would just give me promo codes for deals or coupons) but nope. Providing my e mail locked me into a $49.99 a month membership. When I called to cancel my order and VIP membership I was told that both were cancelled and that I would not be charged, but I could not receive confirmation of my cancellation for 24-48 hours (this is weird and annoying). I asked the name and title of who I was speeding with and "Samie" who barely spoke English said she was a fashion consultant... wait what? So, I called a second time to confirm cancellation of my VIP status, which samie said would be cancelled within 48 hours along with my first purchase. The second time I called claud from the Philippines answered( not kidding, I asked) and could not confirm my vip membership cancellation, only the cancellation of my order. I asked him then " so you will remove my card information from your site?" He said "mmmhmm". I said " mmhmm you will remove it or mmhmm you won't?" He then put me on hold to speak to one of his supervisors. And of course once again to confirm my card will be removed from their system, I have to wait 24-48 hours to confirm this. Wow! I'm terrified with how Fabletics are handling this. If I get charged this VIP charge I'm going to be HOT! If they don't confirm they have removed my card information and e-mail and phone number and address from their system I'm going to put them on BLAST! Here's the icing on the cake, my husband just opened my e mail on his phone which stated I cancelled my purchase, but none of the items I purchased were even in stock! What kind of company charges your card, and doesn't let you know what you just paid for is out of stock until you go through a process like this! I'm extremely dissatisfied. Don't get fooled! By the way 666 is in my order number(yikes)
