Worst Customer Service Ever
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for seven shirts for church camp and paid for expedited service on May 23. On May 25, I received an email that my order had shipped. However, I received nothing for FOUR weeks.

Then on June 17, I emailed and asked to cancel my order and have charges reversed.

On June 19, I received back an email, which didn't make sense. Had the order failed to ship, or had it shipped? The correspondence did not make sense. I had asked that the order be cancelled since I had needed it weeks ago and could no longer use it.

Then June 26, over a month since my order, I received six of the seven shirts. One of the shirts wasn't the right size.

Since then, I have sent four or five emails, and the answers I get never make sense. I think my money is just gone. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I will NEVER order anything from this company again

If I could rate 0 I would
I placed an order and I was charged before the order had even process. I canceled the order because I decided I didn't want it and now I have been arguing with them since the last week about getting my money back. Fairy Season are refusing to give me my money back and have asked me to close my dispute with PayPal. And they can't seem to understand that I never received the order I was charged before it even processed and then I canceled it they just can't seem to understand the concept, that I never received anything and I want my money back. I know that all sounds very repetitive but really how hard is it to grasp? They just keep asking me to close my dispute against them. And saying that my order is Frozen. No I order is f****** canceled. And they refuse to give me my money back. Which is why I'm keeping the dispute. And I will make sure everyone knows what a scam this is.

STAY AWAY
Ordered a few Christmas shirts from this website and was very disappointed by the quality of 2/3 of the shirts. Their customer service is also horrible. It took a week of back and forth emails to try to resolve my issue (Fairy Season only write you once a day between midnight and 2AM). There was one shirt that was so uncomfortable (different material than stated) and the company refused to give me my refund. Every email, worked their way through 10-20% off which would have only been $1.39-2.79 back to me. Pretty ridiculous for a shirt I will never wear. When I insisted on returning the item, they tried to tell me original shipping costs would be deducted from my refund (in addition to me paying shipping costs to send the item back) even though I paid for original shipping costs. Still unresolved issue as I am again waiting for their response to allow me to get my refund and ship item back. Bottom line, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

F***ing monsters
I made a purchase, and before the two items were sent for processing, I read all these terrible reviews. So I immediately sent an email stating to "cancel my order"
Fairy Season responded in under 24 hours that the items were out of stock and they would send them once in stock it would take 2-7 business days. I said. "No cancel the order completely I am not interested". They responded in a couple hours after reading my email and let me know they sent one of my two items. I checked its status. It was in processing, it had not yet sent. I told them once again promptly do not send. I want a refund. And they told me. Or sorry now both items are sent and we will not cancel or issue a refund. All within a 24 hour period of time. Even though they said they were "out of stock, and it would take 2-7 days before it comes into stock". These people are absolute frauds and scammers. F*** them
If I could leave 0 stars I would.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
I have yet to receive ALL the items ordered on December 6th. I ordered 10-12 items AND paid for expedited shipping. I finally received one pair of socks over the weekend and another pair of socks along with one of tee-shirts I ordered TODAY! Oh did I forget to mention that these were all gifts for family. The BEST/WORST part is that after opening the shirt, I saw immediately that it contained a misspelled word! WHO DOES THAT?!?!? Instead of "You'll Shoot Your Eye Out", we are the proud owners of a shirt that says "You'll Shoot Your EVE Out". Needless to say, the recipient said thanks but no thanks and she appreciated my efforts! OH how I wish I could post the pic on Facebook, but I'm sure that I will have to "LIKE" this page which I would not dare do! But I have commented enough on posts to warn people! Unless you have a strong like for poor customer service and substandard quality products, I would NOT recommend making a purchase from Fairy Season!

Dont order from this site
I ordered approx $130 worth of clothing from this site, 5-6 weeks ago. I was dumb and read reviews AFTER I had already ordered. I immediately tried to cancel my order for a full refund because reviews state products never get shipped to them, and was denied the refund. Fairy Season promised to ship the item in a timely manner. I waited a few days and the item DID ship, supposedly, but it has now been over 3.5 weeks since the item was said to have shipped and the shipping information has not updated at all. I emailed again, requesting a refund as it appears that the product was maybe lost in shipping, the refund was denied. They responded that my package is in custom clearance and will ship. I emailed again and told them I wanted a refund and I would continue emailing every day until I received it, and that email has gone in responded to.

Fairy season sucks
I ordered 4 bathing suits in which I hand washed all when received as usual my favorite one completely fell apart and I was never able to wear it also it was the most expensive one 20.00$ which is not a lot by saying but it is when you order 4 and you don't have a lot of money... So I contacted them their suggestion was that first Fairy Season would give 1p% off my next purchase and for me to sent it in to a Taylor to have it fixed so another words me pay for their faulty sewing and crystal application... In all the most give me was 30% off which is not except able I have a bathing suit that can not be fixed at not by any Taylor and I would only 6$ off my purchase of the same suit... Not cool and this is going back and forth 20 XS in email... If it were a reputable company they would just send me a new suit like any other reputable company but their not their from China every is made in China so beware that your close are made by small 8 year olds in China...

The PERFECT temple & everyday dress!
I am LDS and wanted something comfortable as a temple worker that I can wear to the temple on a weekly basis. This dress exceeded my expectations.
1. I ordered a large (though I probably could have gotten away with a medium). I have long arms and legs and the dress goes down to my ankles and wrists (which I like), but this may be a concern for shorter women.
2. I wanted a dress that did not wrinkle easy and this did not disappoint. I was worried at first, but after trial an error I perfected it. If you are like me you fold it up and put it in a bag. You can still do this. Just make sure it is dry completely, then take it out of the dryer immediately and fold it up. It is a bit wrinkly right when you put it on, but no worries, it smooths out after about 20 min.
3. Another concern I had is…is it modest or see-through? The fabric is thick and weighty, but soft and not too heavy. It is not cheap. It is NOT see-though as many reviewer have said, but I do wear a long slip with it (I am wearing a full slip in the picture provided).
4. The only concern I had was that the neckline came a little low for my taste (it comes just above the slip line), but that has not been an issue. I bought a cute lacy tunic to cover my concerns with the neck, my back fat and to dress it up a bit.
5. On that note…since the fabric IS stretchy, it does show some curves, but is flattering and does a good job hiding them because it is well made and thick enough. Because of the empire waist, the style is such that it is flattering to women that carry their weight in their belly (like me).
6. I can attest to how well made this dress is. I have washed it 5 times now (pictured here) and it is still white at can be, and fits just as nicely.
7. This is a very comfortable dress I've had TONS of compliments and I highly recommend purchasing it. My daughter left on a mission to Pittsburgh and Fairy Season fold up so small and are so convenient that I am planning on purchasing more because there are so many pretty colors and such an amazing price!

Never again
I wish I saw the overall rating for this site before I purchased anything. I ordered a tank top on 6/21, expedited (3-7 days), to have in time for the 4th of July. Independence Day came and went... On 7/8, I sent an e-mail stating I never received a shipping confirmation and to please cancel and refund my order immediately as I no longer needed the item. I sent this e-mail early in the AM. Early evening the same day, I got a response and a shipping confirmation within an hour of each other.

SO, it was not until I reached out that my order was shipped even thought I clearly (and professionally) stated I no longer needed the item. I e-mailed back and forth a few times stating the same thing over and over; I would like a refund as I paid for an item and a service within a certain time frame and it was not met.

The best that could be offered was 20% refund of the shipping fee ($2).

I am not one to write negative reviews, but this was worthy of one.

PS. It is 7/16 and I still have not received my shirt yet. So, 18 days for it to ship and it has been nearly a month and I still don't have my item.

Not recommended in the least bit!

First Purchase
I usually don't order stuff online other than Amazon or legit websites that have been around for an established amount of time. I read mixed reviews about this website. Usually when things get bad reviews, I absolutely love it. Whether it be movies, or restaurants. Unless it's a hair salon. Then I won't even risk it lol. I decided to try it for the 1st time and order just 1 thing. I saw a really cute long dress with flowers and it's like the main advertised merchandise for this website. The texture in the photo looked like a rough texture so I decided on it. There is no tracking if it's free shipping but as long as you know your address and it's correct, you should get it within 2-3 weeks. It arrived after 2 and a half weeks for me and although the texture is nylon, not rough as I thought, I still like it. I got a lot of compliments from people and the size I ordered was almost perfect. I usually am a medium but in this case for the dresses I will be ordering small. I assume for the shirts, the sizing is different so I will stick to Medium unless it's a long shirt or ruffly blouse. I am overall really satisfied and I will be ordering again. I would advise ordering just 1 or 2 things at a time just in CASE the other merchandise is not accurate to the website. I am a very patient and optimistic person so as long as it looks cute, I don't care. :) Thanks Fairy Season!

HORRIBLE company
First let me start off saying I NEVER write bad reviews. That said, it would be a disservice to future shoppers at Fairy Season NOT to leave a review so there's a first time for everything.

I emailed this company BEFORE making my purchase to ask them if I could return my items if Fairy Season did not fit. The response I got back was yes. Upon emailing them that I need to return 6 items that didn't fit (also sent them pics of the items and their packaging), they tell me they can only offer me a discount on my next purchase. I say no. That I was told I can return items. I then send them the email they sent saying I could return and ask them to honor what I've been told. After that, they said they can only refund 25% of what I paid for the item. Like for real? You should have stated that in our original email when I first asked if I could return items, rather than just saying "Yes, we do returns." SUPER misleading and dishonest. Terrible integrity. I will never purchase from them again.

I was content
I ordered a black zip up pullover that said "PINK" in green letters(obviously because it looks just like the VS ones without the price tag), it took longer than i expected and i was going on 3 weeks before i received it. I can't lie i honestly thought someone had stolen it and was about to blame that individual. The sweater finally arrived, yes i had sent them an email and i received a response back but once i got the sweater i just let it go. It's a comfortable sweater and considering the price its fine honestly. Just because it says "pink" like Victoria's Secret does does not mean you are going to get Victoria's Secret quality and lets face it, some of their items aren't always of quality either for the amount of money we pay. The site it self says its cheap priced clothing. You also have the option at check out if you would like to pay for the TRACKING, which of course i didn't do, you can also pay for faster shipping, i chose the free shipping, i was being cheap and really didn't mind waiting on the sweater to get here. I will be buying from them again. Maybe just two items at a time to see if i'm still happy with them but honestly i will more than likely just pay for the faster shipping and the tracking number. On top of that it actually was true to size... can't complain when stuff fits after you order online.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would..
Despite their cute items for sale and great prices, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered well before Christmas (3 weeks?) & I am still receiving items in individual packages; nothing has packaging slips, everything is written in chinese, and 1 shirt received is stained & too small. I would love to return all items despite the quality seeming nice; the situation is infuriating and I don't want to give xmas gifts 1/25. There's no phone number. I've sent multiple emails with replies irrelevant to my messages. One of their e-mails noted item numbers (without telling me what items, just numbers) which were no longer available but already paid for, explaining no refund available (?). Like I said, it's infuriating. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. It is my own fault perhaps, bc I didn't realize the company is over seas in China. A lot of money wasted, expensive lesson. Look elsewhere for good deals.

Lacking in customer service and poor quality clothes
I ordered 3 shirts, and then later found reviews saying how horrible the clothing was. I know, my mistake. Should have checked reviews first. But I tried to cancel my order anyway, with no luck. I emailed back and forth with them twice, with them wanting to know why I wanted to cancel. I explained. Then in their second email I was told that I would "love" their clothing and it was preparing for shipping. Next day Fairy Season said the order was shipped. I figured there was nothing I could do at this point. Then another 2 days later I get an email from them saying that most of their customers find their clothing to be 1 size too small, so they were sending me items that were 2 sizes larger. What? Again I figured there was nothing I could do. The shirts finally arrived. Two of them were in the actual size that I had ordered. They were indeed too small. The third one was 2 sizes larger than I ordered. Which was way too big. The material of the shirts is very, very thin. Not good quality. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all. You can not talk to them, and in their emails, they just ignore what you have asked them. I will not try to return them as its not worth what it would cost me to make the return. These shirts will be donated to my local Volunteers of America. They will fit someone, I can only hope.

Fraud
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I took a chance given their website boasts w money-back guarantee; however, when my dress arrived, it was a different color than the picture online, very cheap material, had no tags, and came with no packing slip. The address on the bag said it was shipped from NY. When I contacted the allegedly great customer service, first I discovered the email address in my purchase confirmation email was incorrect and I had to look up another address online. Next, Fairy Season asked me to send them a picture so they could verify the problem. In response to me sending it, the customer service person told me it looked nice and that I could should consider keeping it. Then he told me they won't take it back because shipping to their warehouse in China would cost them something like $35. He asked if I would accept $3 to keep it. I referenced the "money back guarantee, but he didn't respond. Instead, a different person contacted me to see if I would take $10 to keep it. I haven't heard from them since I refused that. This is a fraudulent business, and I would rather report them than take their money.

Absolute joke of a company. Received the two items I ordered after 3 weeks of waiting (which was fine). Items were of poor quality and not true to the sizing chart on the website. I contacted the company to return the items. Was told that I could not return and instead I should send them my measurements and clearly lit photographs of myself in the items so Fairy Season could decide whether they fit!

Obviously after refusing to do that, they eventually agreed I could return the items to China but requested that I did not use a courier as they would be eligible for customs charges. So I returned using Royal Mail standard shipping (at a cost of £6) and a month later they are denying having received the items. I've opened a dispute with Paypal but they are claiming they told me I had to send by courier - when in fact I was specifically told not to do so. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Also clearly have to pay for their positive reviews.

Stay Away! Chinese Retailer
This seemed like a legit retailer when I first encountered FairySeason. First showed up as an ad on Facebook. Everything about the website seemed top notch. Great graphics, easy ordering, etc. I ordered a couple of items for my wife for Christmas on 12/3. On 12/14, I sent them an email asking what was up with the order. No reply. I started looking around the website and noticed that a lot of the text in areas like "About Fairyseason" etc. was in broken English. This got my attention. Today is 12/17 and Fairy Season have now posted tracking numbers that begin with "LT". As an eBay buyer and seller, I know these are tracking numbers from China Post. Will be disputing this charge on my PayPal immediately.

UPDATE: I finally received the shirt and socks I ordered on January 4,2019. These items are most likely counterfeit (Hallmark Channel stuff). No tags in the shirt. Washed the shirt and the red sleeves faded onto the white body of the shirt, so now the shirt is a pink shirt with red sleeves.

UPDATE #2: Appears that fairyseason.com website is now down. File your charge backs now (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

STAY AWAY!
I ordered three pairs of socks. I was sent one pair of socks and two shirts. I wrote requesting my order be completed or my money refunded. Fairyseason asked for a picture of what I received. I sent a picture again requesting the socks or a refund. The response I received: "Your parcel may be mixed by our warehouse's workers, we are very sorry about it. For the items you mentioned, is there any chance you can keep them? For the inconvenience, we could offer amazing discount for your next order, ok? Could you accept our sincerity?
Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated."

A company can't fill a simple order and Fairy Season want my "support and understanding"? I replied that I had no use for the shirts and would be happy to return them if they sent me a post-paid mailer. I again asked to have the socks shipped or my money refunded. So far, I haven't received a response. Based on the reviews I have read here, I am not hopeful for a satisfactory resolution.

You would think a company would want to treat a first-time customer well. It certainly hasn't happened for me. If this ever gets resolved, Fairyseason will never hear from me again.

Fraudulent Company
I ordered socks from a FB ad from this company. My bank contacted me the next day, flagging it due to it being a fraudulent company. It came up on their end as an electronics company from Hong Kong!
I said that I wanted to reverse the charges due to their misleading info. After this I did some more digging, and found all the awful comments.
FairySeason then sent me multiple emails and FB messages, threatening me to drop my bank dispute because "it made them look bad". Fairy Season said until I did so, they would never send me my product or issue me a refund.
I obviously said No Way, and my bank ultimately gave me my money back. Even after this, they STILL sent me harassing emails.
I commented on every FB post I could to spread the word to others, and they blocked me from a few of their pages (they have 20+ FB Pages).
Please never order from this company!
