After receiving my free consultation at family braces I knew right away that I wanted to do my Invisalign treatment with them. Everyone from the front reception staff my ortho assistant and my orthodontist was very friendly and informative! I received professional service every step. Before my treatment began I was sent for a specialty X-ray on some of my teeth roots to make sure they were healthy for ortho movement, The fact that family braces took the time to ensure the health and safety of my teeth first before jumping into any treatment, Demonstrated their care and proved to me that they weren’t just selling to me. Once the pandemic hit the administrative staff worked very well to accommodate appointments or emergencies. The clinic was very clean and I felt safe with the precautions they followed to protect against COVID. For anyone thinking of getting ortho work done I would definitely recommend family braces! Couldn’t speak highly enough!

After learning about Invisalign and doing lots of research, I booked my first appointment with Family Braces in Beacon Hill. They got me in right away for the consultation, photos and x-rays and took impressions of my teeth. They offered affordable payment options and I was like a giddy child again thinking about the possibility of having straight teeth. Then the pandemic closed everything down and I was crushed that I would not get my Invisalign. Thankfully Family Braces made arrangements for me to have a contactless pick-up for my trays and called to explain everything to me. Since the restrictions lifted last summer, I have been going back for my regular check-ups and all the staff at the Beacon Hill Family Braces location are very friendly and provide a clean, safe and professional environment. I still have four weeks to go, but I am so pleased and excited with the results. Thank you for the great service.

If anyone is looking for braces or Invisalign Family Braces is the place to go. Right from the consultation they looked after my own best interests and gave me a detailed explanation of how the process would go as well as shared different opportunities in order to minimize expenses. Throughout the process, minimal visits were required and if I needed any changes or additional visits their reception was easy to call into and always helpful. For every appointment they were ready to have me in on time and I never had to wait. Family braced handled covid extremely well and my Invisalign process was not delayed and they kept me informed and up to date with new policies or procedures. Finally, I could not be happier with the results. My teeth look great and I am expecting to receive my retainers in a couple of days. Family braces took great care of me and made my teeth look great providing me with a great experience at an affordable cost.

We have had a very good treatment experience at Family Braces. The office is super clean, on time and follows all covid protocols. We shopped around for quotes and family braces was less expensive for better orthodontic treatment options than all others. My son's teeth look amazing and he’s not even done quite yet. My only suggestion is to ensure that you manage your Invisalign treatment and actually physically go to the clinic for check-in at the “stop” tray. We were offered another remote check-in but felt it was important to have someone do the exam this time: It would not have been possible to have the in depth review of where he with modifications to the final trays without actually going into the clinic. Remote assessment/appointments are great but there is a time and place for a physical visit. No hesitation in recommending Family braces.

I have always admired people with perfectly straight teeth. As an adult, the idea of having wire braces attached to my teeth to fix and straighten was less than thrilling. When I looked into Invisalign at Family Braces, I was thrilled to think I could straighten my teeth easily with clear plastic liners that were hardly noticeable and the outcome was just the same. The staff, dental technicians and Orthodontists at Family Braces were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me achieve my dream. There was very minimal discomfort when changing from tray to tray (very opposite then the memories of my sister coming home after her wire braces were tightened as a teenager). I was amazed at all the modern technology used to scan and give me a virtual visual update on how things were going to look from start to finish! Today I got my anchors off, and looking in the mirror to see beautiful, straight, perfect teeth is absolutely thrilling!! I am extremely satisfied with my experience receiving orthodontic treatment from Family Braces! As an adult looking to correct previous orthodontic work done in my adolescence, I did a lot of comparative research, and Family Braces was the best priced, offered interest-free financing, and made me feel immediately at ease during my first consultation. During the pandemic, I have been impressed with their Covid-19 preventative protocols and my treatment has been able to carry on seamlessly. All of the staff (from the front-end admin to the Dr’s) are friendly and professional at each visit, the facilities are beautiful and modern, and my concerns have always been listened to and addressed. I wasn’t quite happy with my end result and I was happily offered subsequent Invisalign trays (at no additional cost) to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my “new smile”. I highly recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist office to visit Family Braces!

I've had the most amazing experience with Family Braces. They were always extremely friendly and available to answer my questions over the phone or in person and everyone there made the process so easy. I referred my aunt and my sister to them and they've been nothing short of fantastic with them as well! We all got invisalign through them, but my sister (who is a "complicated" case) also had some partial braces and booked some surgeries through them. It was all very daunting for her, but everyone there made it so simple and easy and she is now breezing through her orthodontic treatment. I'm just about done with my own treatment now and I couldn't be happier with the results! If you're thinking about getting invisalign or braces, I highly recommend these guys. The staff is very kind and organized and you'll get the results you're looking for.

When I first began my Invisalign journey, I had done a lot of online research but still was not sure what to expect. After the first meeting I had with Dr. Fatima, I knew that my smile was in good hands. Dr. Fatima is incredibly knowledgeable and determined to get you the best results. The Family Braces team is the best of the best and their attention to detail is reflected in a beautiful office space that makes for very pleasant appointments! From the minute you walk through their door and even after you leave, you receive incredible service. Though there may be less costly options like Family Braces, I feel that I made the right decision to work with such a skilled team that utilizes cutting edge technology. I know that I would not have the same results if I had gone elsewhere for my orthodontic treatment.

I have been receiving Invisalign treatment from Dr. Fatima for over 11 months. It is amazing to see the results that she has been able to achieve with my case in such a short time. I interviewed several orthodontists in the area prior to selecting her. It was clear after speaking with 5 others that she is such a skilled, kind and caring orthodontist. Other doctors I spoke with did describe their treatments and how they would handle my case. There was a wide range of how they each explained to me what they believed should be done and how they would handle my case. With such a range of pricing and reasoning behind each of their planned approaches, I began to realize that there are many degrees of professionalism among the various treatment providers in the area. They are in business after all. Many appear to perform basic treatment plans and only delineate themselves by price and volume of patients. While I'm sure that the results of a typical case for them will turn out all right, I realized that there is actually much that a Dr can and should do to ensure that my treatment delivered the results that I was after in the quickest time possible. I am so glad that I decided to receive my treatment from Dr. Fatima as she ensured that the early movements in my treatment made adequate space for the more complex movements that were needed later in the treatment plan. I don't think I would have received the application of that level of skill with any of the other orthodontists that I interviewed. I'm sure that I made the best choice in selecting Dr. Fatima to treat me. She is outstanding!!! I'd give her 6 stars if I could. My recommendation is that if you are considering getting treatment with Invisalign or even braces, call Family Braces for a consultation and speak with Dr. Fatima yourself before you decide upon a provider. You will likely be very happy that you did!

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Fouad and his team. They are professional, kind, and committed to providing the best care for their patients. I have been on an Invisalign treatment for the past 7 months. I am only halfway through but seeing great results and have been so pleased by the top-notch service I've received. Dr. Fouad monitors your progress through regular, virtual check-ins through a convenient app. Many Invisalign providers would give you the trays and tell you to change them at established intervals (usually a week), but that's not the case with Dr. Fouad. He ensures your teeth are moving as they should through the app, prompting you to keep wearing your aligners longer if needed or taking other action as appropriate. For example, upon noticing a tooth was lagging behind, Dr. Fouad immediately scheduled me for a visit the following day and replaced my trays to get me back on track. His staff is helpful, kind, and very fast at responding to emails. I have full confidence I am in expert hands. I highly recommend Family Braces!

I am very happy that I have chosen Dr. Fouad as my orthodontist. I am in my early 40's. I had overcrowded and crooked teeth. My dentist advised me to get braces for healthier teeth. It’s very hard to floss and clean my teeth. I finally decide to put on braces to fix this. After 2 years, my braces course was done - everything is excellent. Dr. Fouad was able to close the gap of the extracted tooth and align the teeth. But Dr. Fouad, being a perfectionist, has consulted my opinion if I would like to retain my braces for a further 6 months, to make sure 100% is okay. I gladly said yes. The gentle care and patience exhibited by Dr. Fouad & his staff throughout the 2.5 yr course were consistent and never waiver one bit - and for someone you need to see regularly and put your trust in terms of your aesthetic self, I think this is also important and very comforting to have. I am satisfied that now I don't have to feel conscious when I smile and I can floss and clean my teeth well. Overall, I feel very satisfied and thankful I found Dr. Fouad who took my concerns, gave me his personal view of my need, worked with what I am comfortable with and do his best throughout the course, and I would not hesitate to give my recommendation for Dr. Fouad to be your trusted Orthodontist.

My experience with this office has been exceptional. Dr. Fouad and his staff are beyond amazing. The ladies in the front are all very professional and helpful. I can say that I’m glad that I chose to get my braces at this office. Dr. Fouad explained every step in the process and always provided feedback. He kept me well informed of where I stood with the process and of what I needed to do in order to get the best results. The office is super clean and most importantly my results are A+. Something that stood out to me was the availability each time that I called with a question for Dr. Fouad. The staff was always as concerned as me about getting my questions answered and Dr. Fouad was always available for me when needed. I can’t stress this enough... he is the best orthodontist in Calgary. If you want quality service and results then you just found the right place.

I absolutely love everything about Family Braces! From the minute you walk in the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to get to know their patients and remember your name without having to look at your chart. Making orthodontic appointments was easy and the wait time was always less than 10 minutes. I went in for a consultation and left with braces the same day! I had to get regular metal brackets because my teeth were too crooked for Invisalign. Dr. Fouad said he would put clear brackets on top so it wasn't so noticeable and so I felt more comfortable. He always answered all of my questions and explained things in detail. Today, after almost 2 and a half years I finally got my braces taken off. Everyone at the office was just as happy as I was! I could not be happier with the results and can not rave enough about how great this place is. Anyone looking to improve their smile at an affordable price and with excellent service needs to come to Family Braces!

Family Braces gave me an experience that I can brag about, especially when my smile is complimented. I just had my braces removed and the level of care & professionalism I received from my initial visit, through to my final appointment was consistent. Dr. Fouad & his whole staff are friendly, efficient & precise. I appreciated the attention to detail during appointments and that any questions or concerns that I had were answered & addressed. The office is bright & clean. The staff is very efficient & I was surprised that I never had to wait more than about 5-10 minutes to be seen. Sometimes I was seen slightly before or exactly at my appointment time. This NEVER is the case at other orthodontic or medical appointments lol. Scheduling & rescheduling appointments were easy & the office is very accommodating should you need to come in if something is broken or off with your braces. Text reminders before appointments was a nice touch. Along with appointment reminder calls. I give Dr. Fouad & the entire staff at Family Braces 5 stars for the top quality care that I received! I have no words to describe the outstanding service of Dr. Fouad and his staff. This office has provided me with excellent service. From the super friendly staff to the remarkable doctor to the quick and easy procedures. Any problems that I had with my teeth were quickly resolved. Appointment making was always super quick, and easy. I have a busy schedule so I would need to reschedule last minute and they never complained. It was so convenient and I didn’t even realize when a year and a half went by. My visits were always so hassle-free and enjoyable. I went to three other orthodontist offices and they all were overpriced. Family Braces provided me with the best service for the least. Being 36yrs old at the time I was quite conscious about the fact I needed to wear braces. It took many years of trying to convince myself to finally do this. I did go to many other orthodontists who told me I needed to remove teeth in order to straighten my overbite. In my case, I didn’t see that was necessary due to the fact I had a lot of space and an overbite as well. I was referred by my niece who had Dr. Fouad do her braces. So one day I summed up enough courage and went to the office, keeping in mind it was just a consultation. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and inviting environment. Now that my treatment is over, I can wear my beautiful smile with confidence I decided to have my daughter do her treatment here as well. I heard a lot of very great things about Family Braces and when I had to get braces I decided that I would give them a shot. From the first consultation all the way until I got my retainers, I have to say I am very impressed with how they handled and treated not only me but all the people that came to their clinic. The staff was always helpful and kind and the orthodontist made sure to address and explain anything that I may have an issue with. The entire process was really smooth and easy. I didn’t have a single complaint about this place and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get braces to give them a try and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed. They were always very thorough and it never felt like they were rushing you out, regardless of his crowded it would be. They made sure to take their time on everyone. During the pandemic, I feel like they handled it very well by following safety protocols and they did their best to help keep everyone safe. My experience with Family Braces has been a very positive one. On my first visit, I just sat down after checking in at reception, when a lovely lady came and proceeded to do all of the required x-rays at which point I sat in their comfortable waiting area. The wait time was not long and then I was taken into the examination room, where pictures of my teeth were taken and then I was seen by Dr. Fouad. From there once a course of braces treatment was decided upon, everything went very quickly. All of the follow-up appointments are kept brief and spaced apart as needed. Dr. Fouad is very professional and pleasant as his staff. The improvement to my teeth is amazing and I was very surprised as to how quickly my teeth moved. My co-workers, friends and family are all very impressed with the results achieved so far. I am very happy that I was referred to Family Braces and will and have recommended him to acquaintances who express a desire to look into orthodontic services.

I've been a patient at Family Braces for nearly 3 years and I must say that it has been an awesome experience coming here! Dr. Fouad connects really well with his patients. He's always checking up and asking what's been new which definitely makes the monthly orthodontic appointments much more meaningful. My experience at Family Braces was amazing. I am extremely happy with how my teeth look now. Dr. Fouad is an excellent orthodontist. At the beginning of the process he thoroughly explained the procedure, different treatment options, the costs and what to expect. He also showed videos that explained and showed how teeth move and what they would look like after various treatment options. He is very patient, friendly and has an amazing work ethic. The staffs are also very friendly and cooperative. The place is very clean and well maintained. Paying in installments is a great option that they have.
