So was talked into using fan Duel. Site says all these bonus and everything so sounded like a good deal. Was told deposit $10 and my friend would get a bonus. So I do so, I guess it was my fault for not reading EACH AND EVERY SMALL PRINT. Because my friend is my neighbor in a complex and I helped them sign up and deposit, we did not get the bonus. So no worries its $10 right? I chalked that up as my fault for not reading the fine print. Then I see if I finish making my profile I would get $5 free, sounds great right? NOPE, said it would take some time so I waited. In the meantime I see that if I play $10 id get $10 back, So to be sure I live chat to make sure, so the person I spoke to said My deposit did not go through so I needed to deposit $10 and wold get that and $10 free play. Sounds great, I talked to a person so assume that were back on track and no fine print mis readings. Wrong Again, my initial deposit did go through and FanDuel got me to deposit another $10. So now they have me in for $20, no big worries it was "bonus" money I was losing out on but still getting what I paid for. But I reach out to Fanduel again for some expiration. At this time they tell me my account is under review because myself and my friend have the same mailing adrress, well yes, we live in the same building. Now the fun starts, Im fed up with Fan Duel so was logging in to take out my money and be done with this site. In the mean time I had entered multiple contest, and tuned my $20 ( the money I actually deposited into $40) should have been a total of $65 if I got the bonuses. But whatever, just going to take me money, I paid out. BUTTTTT they locked my account. So I cant withdraw any of it. AND I have reached out multiple times with no response. Long Story short, I deposited $20, won about $20 and there $25 they trick you into with small print. But they refuse to let me have any of it. Doesn't seem like a great site to play fantasy sports. But great business model for them. Just take your money.

I made a few deposits and withdrawals on their Sportsbook app. I recently attempted to make a withdrawal, but didn't receive the funds? I contacted them and FanDuel said my account is under review by the payment team. I asked why and they couldn't answer because the payment team is not on live chat, but phone lines are down. It's been over a week now and I have emailed them my driver's license and recent bank statement several times because that's what they have requested from me. I chat with someone everyday, but all they say is the payment team will review and get back to me wishing 24/72 hours. I have been waiting over a week to withdraw my funds. My question is why don't they verify this before I make a deposit so that an issue like this never happens? Very unprofessional and I also believe that someone there has been intentionally delaying my case.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried playing a couple years ago... site was poor so I stepped away. Figured I'd give them a second chance, but it appeared my old acct was gone... inactive for years. So I open another account. FanDuel took deposit, and I won some money the first week... ONLY TO GET NOTIFIED THEY SUSPENDED ALL ACCOUNTS and wont pay winnings. ***they said they couldn't find the old acct? But they found it AFTER they took my money and I won.

It's the worst experience I've ever machine keeps breaking down and reload and reload and closed login me out I try over 20 times same issue lost 8k didn't enjoy my time or money it's a shame to be treated like this. You can't call you can't chat and the email takes for ever to respond and never follow up or anything. Please don't play there it's very very bad. FanDuel never come back to you chatting room always this message

I bet $200 and won. Only $19. I bet the under on the Super Bowl and should have won $190 being my cash out to $390. Instead it was $219. I cashed out knowing FanDuel owed me another $171. Chatted with a rep from FanDuel and I was told it was an error by them. The next day I chatted again and was told since I cashed out that was the correct payout. I bet $200 and won a whopping $19! Thanks Crooks.

I recently played FanDuel's 444K Monday NBA Clutch Shot game fantasy game where I entered the contest just prior to the 4:00 p.m. time frame and thought everything was a go. Fifteen minutes later apparently there was a player that was scratched from my entry and then before the tip off I tried to replace him with another player. FanDuel's site did not allow me to switch him out so I received zero points for their error. Unfortunately for me all other players did extremely well and this error on the part of FanDuel prevented me from receiving any money. A very rude customer service representative refused to assist me and told me I should have contacted them prior to tip off. First of all if I sent an email FanDuel would have never gotten back to me. Second there is no way you can get through via phone or any other means when the game is ready to start. The representative had the nerve to blame me and also when I checked there were over 3K other entries and were affected by the same problem I had with the same player. An absolute terrible customer service experience. Do not use this site if you think you will ever need customer service!

When i logged into my fanduel account i promptly recieved a message for a free 200$ risk free bet on tennis. When i went to place my wager FanDuel renigged on the off and only offered a 100$ risk free bet. Not too mention how bad of a lag there is on live betting... they will change the line only on YOUR betslip and after you place the bet the line goes back down. Fanduel is by far the worse sportsbook i have experienced by far.

Been playing on FanDuel now for awhile and just have had enough! I've been playing roughly $100 a week on slots and every time I lose all my money within 20 minutes! Don't get me wrong I understand I'm gambling, but I mean damn at least give me some time to play and be entertained. It does get frustrating when it's lose lose lose lose lose win lose lose lose lose and then your out of money! Wow what fun! Just closed my account, I think I'll try another casino app and see if FanDuel are a little more entertaining

I would not recommend referring anyone to Fanduel. FanDuel do not do as advertised. They give you a run around regarding the bonus advertised. They tell you it will be credited within 72 hours. Once that time elapsed you will not get the bonuses. You contact their customer service and they give you a run around. Total scam.

FanDuel kept running my card in 25 dollar increments and my bank gave me overdraft fees and had to pay 2000 dollars in fees I never did or approved I will never use your site again I'm so angry they can do this then I try to get ahold of someone they say it's my banks fault

I'm new to sports betting and based on the fairly compelling Superbowl 55:1 odds commercial decided to give it a try. I spent about 2 hours (including having my son who is familiar with sports betting) working on this. I put in a help ticket (there is now phone help due to COVID... really?!?) and was told I could expect help 3-5 days after the super bowl was over. Eventually based on a pop-up indicating new members could bet the straight line and expect to get 55:1 odds. I was finally able to place a straight bet. The site was very difficult to navigate, kept offering to down load the app when I was using the app, kept asking me to sign in when I was already logged in.

This is a typical case of a crappy site ran by the Rabbi's at the PA Gaming Control Board. Games are extremely tight, there is zero perks, no bonuses, comps, whatever you want to call them... An overall terrible experience. If an online casino is in PA, avoid it at all cost!

Observation: Higher wager hands lost more often than low wager hands like $1-$2

Complete FRAUD. Statistically impossible odds favoring the house with a 6 deck shoe. The screenshot is the last series of straight losing hands (7) I played and concluded that this place is fraud. Keep your money to bet somewhere fair.

If you need help with your account you will not get it. I've won 1000. 00 bucks them it picked me out if my account and FanDuel won't respond to give me support or my money. Its the craziest thing. I thought the site was ligit and spent alot on it maybe a few grand. Win a little bit then you won't get your money. WATCH OUT! BEWARE

Made a deposite to place a bet, an account mid transaction was suspended, an this was going to be first ever, so not happy right now especially since my bet was on the coin toss for the super bowl an I chose heads. Still cannot get into the account.

the bonus Freeplay is obviously NOT REAL MONEY... but they will try as best they can to wiggle out of their contractual obligation...

My account has been suspended my money has been froze since FanDuel had an update 3 days ago. I have not got a response and can't get in touch with anyone. My money is stuck in this toilet bowl of an app. They mine as well have just flushed it away. I can't wrap my head around how they conduct business. The incompetence and negligence is bizarre. Fan Duel has no concept of a dollar, and what it means to me. I've had Agita and can't think straight. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A few weeks ago, I made a fantasy bet which was actually winning for a while. I had several players that were scoring a lot of yards and even touchdowns. However, instead of my scores going UP FanDuel were suddenly dropping completely out of the money category. I watched all of this live. Fan Duel is PHONY!

I deposited 1000. 00 via paypal to my account. 2 weeks later I tried to withdraw 900.00 and to this day I haven't receive anything. I emailed several times and FanDuel asked me for an email so they could paypal it back which doesn't make any sense. Just release my funds and I can withdraw it but I gave them an email anyway. Still nothing. The message you see when you email them is due to covid this could take 3-5 days. That's embarrassing. There is no phone number to call. The whole point of someone putting in money is to take it out. If you can't take it out what is the point of putting it in? There were no promos or bonus restrictions btw. Just my money.

Played black jack at a dollar a hand and lost straight 75 times before winning one hand. Even when u have a winning hand the dealer will some how magically pull out a 21 on every bust card. I spent 300 dollars playing a dollar a hand and lost all but three times. Never once hit on the slots and spent a total of 5 grand
