They delivered my package ripped up with photo proof and the site was not accepting my return every day I tried they rejected the return. FINALLY I find the email on Google and they reply with sorry is past 14 days .. even though 2 items werent in there I paid over a 100 dollars for stinky wet pants and they gave me they ass to kiss no sorry let's look into it... no " I'm sorry the site wasn't working for u" nothing.. bunch of theives.. Scam artist they work with the delivery people to take our stuff.. more proof and pics coming
I haven’t had an issue with product quality but customer service is horrible and no one is willing to help. I have deleted my old address several times from my account and it makes no difference, the second I place an order and the new address even shows up as confirmation, after the order, the old address is miraculously added and set as the default and that’s where my order is shipped with no help to correct this issue at all. You’re welcome new tenants for the gifts!
I have sent several emails to there support website because of course you cannot speak to anyone! Yet I have not even gotten a return email with information. I ordered on April 24th and order has not moved. Please someone respond to emails sent to you! At this point I just want my money back!
I purchased items that were damaged. Fashion Nova claims the items were damaged in transit. Items purchased 22 days ago and damaged were immediately reported same day as delivery on may 11. I have received two automated responses but have yet to hear from them since 5/14. Customer service is trash!
Find another shipping company because laser ship is not giving me my items and I’m pissed that I have to go threw this 2xs now.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS TRASH WEBSITE A 0, believe me I WOULD. I had a $31.99 store credit with fashion Nova and decided to order an order that would come up to that exact price in order to use up my credit. As I proceeded to checkout and select the use of my gift card balance, I was shocked to find that my debit card was charged for the $31.99. I tried contacting them on several occasions and through several methods to get my money back but I have gotten nothing but automated replies and it’s about to be 2 weeks since this incident happened. Terrible site and worse customer service. Save ur money and time and NEVER shop here.
Str8 trash and customer service is non existent for assistance! Website is broken when trying to contact?! Clothes look NOTHING like the ad! I ordered skinny jeans and got boot cut wtfawk?
Customer service is trash!!!!They make it very difficult to speak with support, when you call they refer you to the chat which is no help, I was given tracking number with DHL that did not work, so therefore I am not able to speak with DHL because of course they need a legit tracking number, I will stick with black owned small businesses for now own, their CS and process is so much easier, never have any issues with them
They don’t return your money but instead give you a gift card so you can spend more money on them ! It’s a scam and the product is very low quality !!!!
I ordered a romper & mailed it back because it's too large. Fashion Nova required you to pay for & print a shipping label from them. They also only give a store credit, no refund. I never received my credit & have not heard and from them regarding my return. It has been received according to my tracking info. I will never order from Fashion Nova again.
Evil scammers want refund your money want respond to emails and that's your only contact so many people buy these cheap overpriced clothes and they treat there customers awful if you need to return something you want get your money just ignored
For all the money this company makes you think they would have a true CS dept. WARNING: order at your own risk. If you don't like your product you might as well give it to Goodwill as you will never receive your refund.
Im so done with this company. Their costumer service is terrible. I received pants with a stain it and filled out the form on their website but I never got a responds back. I emailed them,
Called them but no answer. Then I wanted to return something and I never received the money back. The tracking code is saying that my return arrived. Just the same as with the pants NO responds at all. Even though I really liked their clothes I will never order something from them again.
If I could put no stars I would. Changed me to ship back my items. Said they processed my order to give me a store credit.(Threw email.) Which I have NEVER received. I have ordered threw this company 3 times. And its always an issue. Paid extra to have 2 day shipping $20.00. Order didnt arrive until 2 weeks later. Can not get a LIVE person on the phone. So with that being said you might have a 20% chance og getting what your order for when you ordered it. As for returns, the say you have a credit but that credit email never appears. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
