FastGrowingTrees has worked very well for me. The trees have arrived healthy and ready to be planted. I have experienced that several of them don't make it through our New Hampshire Winters, even though all the descriptions say FastGrowingTrees.com will. So the warrantee is definitely worth it. I have had very good luck with replacement plants/trees (I replaced the once that didn't make it with others more cold hardy) and they processed my order promptly. Their customer service is good. They explained everything to me very clearly and were nice on the phone.

I ordered a cherry tree and a heritage raspberry. I received a tree as a gift from fastgrowingtrees.com last year and needed a second one for pollination. Since I was very happy with my gifted tree I wanted to use this company again. Customer service was great and helped me pick out a variety that works with my existing cherry. The plants arrived well packaged without any damage and at lightning speed.
After planting I had some questions and even on a Sunday I was able to chat with a representative that gave me great tips to protect my new trees from frost.

Couldn't be happier with my purchases! I've ordered a few trees and All have come in great condition and the ones that haven't (avocado trees) were quickly replaced at no charge. Even though my replacement looks sad too I have my fingers crossed it'll make it but knowing FGT has my back even if it doesn't, makes it that less stressful. Reported and issue I was having with my avocado tree , was asked to supply pictures, so I did was told it could be 1-3 day for response, on day 3 I received and email that said another plant was on its way to replace that one, couldn’t be easier.
New plant arrived very quickly, much smaller then the original but still within The size range I ordered and even though this one is looking the same way as the first one did, only time will tell but I have high hopes and you with you guys behind me , how can I complain....I truly can’t thank you.

Not sure there is really such a thing; however, our tree arrived in perfect condition. We planted it within 4 days of delivery (only because we were waiting for "root rocket" because I was stupid and did not order it with the tree). We will find out in the coming years.
I live in northern Michigan and our fall colors are fabulous. We sadly lost 2 shade trees this year (not maples) and are looking to replace them.

I sent pics of the tree upon delivery to make sure you felt it was healthy as there were a few black spots and holes in some of the leaves. I was assured it was. After planting it the few leaves that had spots fell off and all the others are now beautiful healthy red as we have had a beautiful fall. I water nearly daily (if we don't get rain) to make sure the roots are getting enough moisture.

We ordered a tree, and it arrived in shock, the leaves a sickly crisp green. We planted it anyway because we hoped against hope the tree would somehow make it. After almost 3 weeks, there was no new growth. I had already contacted the company 3 times, but FastGrowingTrees.com did not respond, so I called. I got a wonderful person on the line, and we discussed the issue. They found the emails I had sent with pictures of the leafless tree, and immediately sent me a replacement tree that arrived today in good shape, looking just lovely.

I sent 3 emails after the first tree we received arrived sickly, and dying. We planted it anyway, but after 3 weeks, it showed no signs of life. So, I called FGT and asked them to look for my emails with the pictures of the tree. They could not find them. So, I sent another one with pictures, and Lisa found them. She saw that the tree was not producing leaves and ordered me another tree to replace it. That tree arrived today. This company does what they say they will. You may have to keep after it, because things do get lost in the shuffle sometimes, and mother nature has not been kind so far this year what with the abnormally cold weather. Fast Growing Trees could have used that as an excuse and said sorry, and I would be out a lot of money. But nope....they replaced the tree. I think maybe it is an even bigger tree and I could not be happier.

Horrible experience with this currently and in the past. It seems FastGrowingTrees.com just send horrible specimens knowing they cannot be returned easy due to size. 1 for 10 about on the trees or plants living. Totally unacceptable. I don't buy it that in 2 days of spring weather a tree will die. It's bogus. They send sticks i. E. no leaves sometimes no roots. Will NEVER use again. Also the free shippingis in the prices. Prices are astronomical for said sticks being sent.

said wait weeks to see if a plant will bounce back. how about sending healthy plants and trees in the first place. Paying top dollar for smaller size trees or bushes you would think they would make some effort.

I ordered 10 giant green Thuja trees for a windbreak. FastGrowingTrees.com arrived in good condition, looked dried out, but alive. Got them planted (when our high desert winds dropped to 20 mph), 3 days after arrival. I followed the planting instructions and was able to plant in late afternoon. The next morning I checked on them, and all were looking perky, alive, and hopefully adapting from the stress. They were much smaller than advertised, with the largest seedling being 10 inches, and the smallest about 5 inches. I'd hoped for larger especially after reading all the info on them in their brochure.

I ordered 9 Leyland Cypress at 2-3' size. The delivery arrived thrown any which way on the driveway. Trees were damaged and boxes were partially crushed. I called customer service, FastGrowingTrees.com said they'd make it right. A couple weeks later 1-2' trees arrive. I took picture next to measuring stick as they requested (I guess to prove I wasn't lying), and then it was one more thing after another as the trees lay dying. I paid for a size larger and got a size smaller! Not ordering again from this place.

I shouldn’t have to go to all this effort to make the order right. The company should. I gave them photo of exactly what they needed to determine the error on there side, but the request for more information and pictures kept coming. I’m done!

If you really struggle to get a kind of plant that you want this is a good solution. That said, not all plants will handle the shipping well and you may end up with a smaller plant that takes longer to recover from the shipping process. I ordered a significant amount and it was a lot of packaging and 2 didn't arrive very happy - I do think they'll survive, but they're not currently thriving. I'll probably use this service for things that I can't find at a local nursery (which overall is a better experience).

Friendly and informative, but I would have liked a credit or replacement for trees on the brink of death.

I've purchased 7 plants so far, and had a great experience. Good, healthy plants and great customer service. FedEx botched the shipping on two of the plants, but FastGrowingTrees was quick to make it right, sending out new plants immediately. And when we had an unexpectedly early freeze, their customer support was happy to answer my questions about how to best take care of my newly planted trees.

I love browsing Fast Growing Trees because FastGrowingTrees.com have a wider range of plants that I can't find locally. I've yet to find anyone else who offers plants as big as Fast Growing Trees for the same affordable price. Their customer service is typically quick to respond, helpful, and very friendly. The plants are normally packed pretty well and arrive on time. I was a bit disappointed with my latest purchase since my Meyer lemon bushes arrived with chewed up leaves covered in yellow and brown spots. I've never had an issue with their products with previous purchases (I bought 8 plants from Fast Growing Trees to date!), so I'm hoping it was a rare mishap.

Diane was amazingly responsive and helpful. I especially appreciate that she asked if I needed any further assistance from her before closing out my ticket. This made me feel like she was taking the time to fully listen to me and address my concerns, rather than rushing me away to help the next customer.

Everything I ordered arrived in excellent condition and was backed up by top-shelf customer service. I got my fruit trees in the ground in late October and I can't wait for to watch them grow. The day after I planted my apple trees, a deer mauled one of them. I had never seen male deers in my yard before. I called customer service to see if there was anything to be done - ask if my tree might still survive. Instead, FastGrowingTrees.com offered to send me a new tree. It was more than I expected and I'm grateful. Now, my trees are protected by garden fences and an attack cat.

We bought two Kwanzan Cherry Blossom trees and FastGrowingTrees.com arrived in the most protective packaging I've seen any company use. The trees did appear to be stressed and have some shot disease on the leaves but as soon as I got them planted a week later they are going strong! Just a little patients and your plants will be growing strong! I added the organic planting mix with root growth stimulator and the Root Rocket packet to each of the trees.

I emailed customer care to inquire about the state of the trees when they arrived. Customer care responded quickly and assured me they are probably just stressed from shipping. But did assure me that if there was a problem there are there to help anyway needed. Could not be happier.

Everything we purchased arrived as promised, and are already thriving in the garden a few months later. Where there were bare branches on the pomegranate, there are now hundreds of leaves covering the whole thing and it won't stop producing buds. The butterfly bush and rosemary are thriving as well. There was also a red twig dogwood I bought earlier and it is super happy in the front yard. I love everything I've ever purchased from this place, and I've been doing it for years! I can't wait for my next purchase - I have about 200 items in my wish list :D

Very few growers had the tree I wanted, mainly the Ponderosa Lemon, When reviewing their other products found some that were also desired. Ordering was easy, customer support was polite and knowledgeable with answers to my questions and information on planned shipment was accurate. When received, the plants looked in good condition and are doing well. Met what I was hoping and looking for. Will be purchasing other trees within the next few months.

The contact was mainly for questions on shipping and availability of the particular tree(s) I was interested in. She was knowledgeable and courteous.

Shocked and dismayed at the TINY SHRUBS that arrived! Broken limbs, missing Citronella grass, Boxwoods the size of my hand! OUTRAGEOUS PRICE for what was delivered in two small boxes. Just went to my local nursery and found the same plant for the same amount of money. Sent them pictures. To me this is deceptive practices, as their beautiful website led me to believe differently. Wrote them yesterday and today. Hope FastGrowingTrees.com make good on these or I will take extensive action to justify paying $431 for 11 miniature shrubs/plants. Truly thought their products would be better than what I could get locally. Don't appreciate being fooled! BUYER BEWARE!

All of the trees, except for one, which a tree expert at Fast Growing Trees corrected and made right, were excellent. I ordered Plum, Apple, and Pear Trees. 12 in total. One of the Plum trees actually had small fruit. The trees were healthy, had leaves, overall in excellent shape. I did order the more mature trees. But, to me, it is worth the extra cost. FastGrowingTrees.com arrived well packaged in a heavy duty box and on time. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend their products.

A tree expert corrected the problem and sent me a new beautiful tree, which was what was advertised. Very healthy, leaves, branches, etc. Customer service refused to do this.

I ordered an oak tree sapling in October 2020 but something went wrong and it did not take. I was hoping that it would eventually stay alive but it did not. I contacted Fast Growing Trees right away but decided not to order a replacement until the spring. I was covered by warranty and I only had to pay for shipping to get a new tree. So far, it looks very good and I am hoping that we'll end up with a nice oak tree one day. Thanks!
