My only issue is with the courier - Royal Mail.
The order had been sitting at my local office for a week and they had not sent me notification that it was there and ready to collect. The staff at the store though were super helpful and were able to investigate and give me a tracking number so I was able to collect.
In my experience Royal Mail are not fit for purpose for parcel delivery.

My order was taken, plus the payment, then received an email straightaway to say the shorts I had ordered were out of stock . Payment for these should not have been taken from my account as they were clearly out of stock.

I buy quite a few items from Feather and Stitch because the clothes and accessories are well chosen and good value, and always arrive quickly and nicely packaged. When I have occasionally had to return an item, it's been no trouble at all. I would (and have) recommend Feather and Stitch to friends.
