Site is easy to use. Upload files and wait for a proof instead of paying to design or trying to use a design tool that is extremely difficult to use (and I am very computer literate)! Fast response, within 5 hours I had a proof already! Cannot wait to see the end product. So good I went back and ordered a sign too!

This was my first time ordering a flag/sign myself, (marketing usually handles this), Diana was wonderful to work with. I can't wait to get my flags.

customer service rep diana was so fast, seems like she looked up my phone number before everything and pulled up my last order so we got it all squared away!

I was very disappointed that our two flags faded significantly and shredded after being outside for a total of 6 months. We are located in northern Wisconsin and we took them inside for the worst of our weather (fall and winter).

Prices were good. Coupon code had to be typed in for free shipping which felt strange due to the advertising free shipping if spending over $100. But all in all a good purchase.

I just wish the width of custom double sided feather flags were as wide as standard pre-printed single sided flags. I believe they are 3' where as your custom is 2.5'. :(

The designer was so helpful and made the process smooth and easy. We can't wait to see how the flags turn out and how surprised our family member will be upon receiving them! Prices are also excellent and we love that it is all made in the USA!

However, i think you should get a proof before paying for the product. Amanda did mention that you'll get a proof before printing. So if i can give a 4.9 - well i just did!!

We loved the flags. They were expensive and we felt it was worth it once we saw the product. However, all of our poles broke. They broke from the bottom and we were pretty disappointed. We figured out a way to get them up again and then they broke from the top, ripping the flag itself.
We were hoping the customer service department would be able to offer us a resolution and sadly, they did not. We spent a lot of money and thought it would be a best practice for them to at least offer to send us out anew set of poles.
We have another large order we need to place for more feather flags and will not use this company because of their poor customer service and lack of empathy for their customers.

I couldn't tell if I ordered two of everything of just two flags and one pole. I guess I'll find out when it arrives but I wanted two of each and and the invoice was unclear

So far everything good thru initial contact and design as well as knowledgeable and pleasant customer service answering all my questions without hesitation looking forward to seeing the finished product if it’s anything like customer service it should be great I would recommend your company to anyone

Order, paid and never received anything or a response.

This is our second order from your company. The flags are very good quality! The wind blows constantly here, the flags are still in good shape, they have faded a bit but they have been out for about 8 months. Definitely Recommend!

We really love the flags, which we use all over the County at election time. They do tip over in high winds, so the weights are a great addition.
