I love Fedpak, but especially the customer service I continually receive from your employee, Anthony. He's very kind and patient with me even when I'm wrong. His explanations are continuous and easy to understand. Anthony is a blessing for me to be able to be taken care of with efficiency and a diligent effort.

Website shows product in stock. After ordering, I get an email stating it is not in stock. Has happened a few times.

Still waiting for other items. No idea when they will be delivered.

I have not received my order yet. I was told the supplier does not have it in stock. I have however, received two follow-up phone calls asking if I could use a different product. The customer service has been wonderful. Hope they can fill the order soon or I will need to look elsewhere.

This was my 3rd order from Fetpak. I like their rotating earring racks that hold up to 96 earrings. This most recent order was missing the rod and nut that run down the center of the rack. I emailed them about it and the missing parts were sent out right away. I am very pleased with the service and and price of their products. I'm a satisfied customer.

I like your products and wish you would not discontinue the Frosty Shoppers. My customers really appreciated the quality of the bags and often commented so.
