Ive been waiting since Wednesday (now 11am friday) to hear back about where my fibreglass kit is . The trims turned up tuesday . At the moment i have a roof ready for fibreglassing but no fibreglass and storms pretidcted tommorow. Would help if i had some contact with someone to tell me whats happening

Product was decent apart from the drip trim that lipped up slightly causing water to build up. Also how do I get my certificate of warranty?

Purchased A 15sqmtr roof kit with tools. Really quick delivery exactly as ordered so very pleased, now just waiting for a break in the showery weather!

Usually use East Coast Composites but please try surprised by Fiberglass direct, 1/3 of the price and superfast delivery.

I received 5sqm of CSM, I needed under 4. I have over 1 sq m of CSM over and a 2.5kg tin of resin unopened and less than half of the topcoat used. Almost £300 to cover a roof. I can understand rounding up but this was silly. Rip off.

Excellent products as per usual but let down by the courier which I understand full well is not thier fault.

Good quality materials in the right quantities
The accessories kit was not sufficient. It recommends mixing 2kg at a time and there is a total of 40kg of resin and 10 kg of flow coat, so with 50kg in total that is 25 mixes which requires 25 rollers or brushes

I bought fibreglass roofing kits. A reasonable price and a great product backed up by a really useful video on how to use it. Very prompt delivery, and in the event you have queries a very quick and helpful customer service . A perfect retailer. Thank you.

Everything was great, they did everything you would expect of them well until I contacted them as I’d made a mistake and quite a lot of resin leaked from my mold meaning I needed some more. As I’d bought 10kg of clear cast resin I asked if the 2.5kg could be poured on top of the 5kg as they had different names and I also cheekily asked if there was any chance of a discount or free delivery as I needed to buy more. They answered the first question fine but completely ignored the second. They didn’t even just say ‘sorry no’ and I asked twice! If they had answered the rating would be 5 stars.
