Fix

Quick shipping. Fit perfect. But considering its only a peal and stick, 10$ seems excessive. I need a switch for a different sander and will try this site again. Took 8 days from purchase to receive. Not bad

I found the replacement parts for my dishwasher top shelf and was easily able to find a video to replace the broken pieces easily. Saved $$$ and risk as we are doing a strict Covid quarantine here due to high risk. Great company and it was easy to find the parts I needed.

Update: The part came in a reasonable amount of time so moving this up to 3 stars. Still unacceptable that there is no customer service at all with this company. You just order your part and hope everything works out. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.
I ordered a part and it supposedly shipped immediately. When I check the tracking it only shows that the shipping label has been created. It has been this way for days. I reached out to get clarification and no one seems to care to even respond. Even their 800 number has a voice recording just telling you to go to their website. The biggest issue is that I have no way of cancelling online because it has supposedly shipped. My guess is that someone printed a label but my part is still sitting in their warehouse somewhere. Fix gladly take my money, but can't be bothered to tell me what is going on.

I am a DIYer and as such have on occasion ordered parts for my appliances and equipment both by phone and over the web. I know that stuff happens so when my package arrived and one part for my clothes dryer was broken I immediately call Fix.com expecting to be down another 3-4 days (Thurs afternoon so two business days makes it Mon. At best). With typical Canadian friendliness the woman I spoke with not only replaced the broken part (this time it was better protected) but expedited the shipping so I had the part the next day. Thank you!

After going to Fix.com web site, I found instructions on how to remove the old module and install the new one. The hardest part was pulling out the fridge to get at the back. :) The installation took approximately 15 minutes and I was done. I wish I had looked further for a video regarding the front control panel (ice and water) since it lit up but I couldn't get it to reset. Unfortunately I purchased a whole new panel thinking it also needed to be replaced :( Fix. Com didn't have that part so I had to order it from another company (not as good as Fix.com). Again I went to Fix.com to find installation instructions, not as easy or quick as installing the control module, but did get it done in 30 minutes. After installing it I had the same problem, I thought it would reset itself but it didn't. So, back to the Fix.com videos, and found instruction on how to reset it, took about 15 minutes. I most likely did not need a new panel for the fridge door if I had seen that video first. Oh well. I would use Fix.com again for appliance repair needs and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Fix.com provides great service. Fix helped me make sure I had the write part for my appliance and they sent the part very quickly. This saved me hundreds of dollars by allowing me to repair my appliance rather than replacing it! I searched the model number of my stovetop on the website and was able to access the diagram of all the parts and their numbers. I then could identify which part to order and voila!

This was my first time using fix.com, not only did it give me instructions on how to fix the broken part, once ordered the part came quickly and was the right part and was as easy to fix as it said it would be.

I am a 79 year old woman with no mechanical skills whatsoever. I have ordered from FIX.com twice and have had excellent service. I did not know what part I needed both times I called them. Fix were able to find the part I needed and I received it within days. When I couldn't figure out how to install the part on my dishwasher, I was able to go back on line and received pictures and written instructions on how to install it. It worked perfectly, even with my non-mechanical skills. I will always use FIX for my appliance parts.

I ordered at 10 in the morning and paid for next day shipping for a part for my pressure washer that I needed for work. Well Fix did not ship my part next day shipping and took my money for the shipping. I tried calling and left an Email with no response at all. Awful customer service.

Bought a part for my older generator, Fix sent the wrong part. Ok stuff happens paid the shipping and ordwered a replacement. The replacement part was the right part but did not fit. Stay away from this company unless you are buying hoses and clamps. That is all they are good for.

I ordered 2 rototiller tires from Fix.com. Their box arrived half opened with no tires in it. There were some opened packages of tee shirts of other people's orders in that box. Emailed Fix.com and tried to call them. Fix weren't taking calls. Other attempts to contact them also failed. Have not received any call back nor acknowledgement that they even care about getting to the bottom of this situation. It's been 15 days since receiving the open box and my email requesting action. I bet though if I placed another order they'd be on that quickly. At this point I'm not happy with Fix.com or their delivery service FedEx. Neither company responds back. I have no tires and now they want a survey rating them. Well here it is... Unless resovled, the likelihood of using them again is 0%! Very frustrating! Buyer beware!

The hood over my stove over time had disintegrating light covers and then the filter spring popped out and there was no filter. The entire fixture looked dilapidated and I was afraid that it needed replacing - a rather expensive project. Took a chance on just replacing the worst parts. I looked it up on the internet and there it was an Fix.com. The price was reasonable for the five parts that I needed. Fix were extremely east to install myself and the whole hood looked like a new fixture.

I ordered a part and received notification it was shipping from Minnesota on Sept 30. It is now Oct 16 and the part is still not here I live in Delaware. The part supposedly was shipped by Fedex it prob would have been quicker if Fix would just have used USPS, the part went from Minnesota to Baltimore sat there for over a week and Fedex now has given the part over to the USPS system so who knows when it show up. GET A BETTER DELIVERY SYSTEM, FEDEX IS NOT THE ANSWER FOR YOU.

The motor fit perfectly, it's a swing mount design and I could only find it here, but it's pricey to say the least, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I just did not want to throw out the whole compressor and get a new one. The motor works great and seems to be of good quality and I like the fact that it was made in Mexico, not China. The packaging, a cardboard box with the motor wrapped in plastic film, was in bad shape when it arrived, however, the motor was fine. Fix should protect this expensive motor a lot better really.

Placed an order on 4/27 and Fix shipped the wrong part 3 months later. Still trying to resolve and they don't take phone calls due to Covid. I have sent 15 emails with detailed descriptions and pictures

I had burned up the motor in my Ryobi impact wrench and the other sites wanted almost twice as much for the motor. Then I found Fix.com where the price was low enough to make fixing it economical. Great to have my tool back, thanks

I needed parts for an old old horse manure spreader. Bryan was patient while I explained my needs & he identified the parts. Sheila wrote up the order & shipped everything promptly. Because of their help my wife was able to fix the spreader & I was able to get back to supervising the work (only kidding).

The parts came more quickly than expected. The website is easy to navigate and place orders. And, the customer service department was quick to respond to inquiries. One glitch was that I ordered a bolts and nuts pack which turns out I didn't need. One was included with replacement part, so I ended up with two of them. It wasn't worth return postage to return.

Thanks to the video showing how to replace the trigger assembly with the seals attached, I felt confident I could do it myself. It was exactly as shown in the video along with some helpful hints. Thank you! I suspect I will be a customer again.

I only needed a door handle for my freezer, and when I looked up the part (which was incredibly easy) it specifically stated that it was only the handle, no other parts. It was nice to not get a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
