Bad customer service, Buyers beware, the worse
If i could give a 0 star i would. Placed an order to extremely long to arrive, which was okay considering the situation, device came in defective. I had to pay to send the device back which should be covered considering it did not work as advertised, then Fixez tell me that the item arrived with the screen smashed when I sent them the device in perfect condition as pictures are required before getting an RMA and then denied me a refund or an exchange, I asked for a manger and got the same email forwarded back to me. Customer support is awful and the agents sound like they do not care, I have spoken to over 3 people. Customer service is not guaranteed and I have never had such an awful experience in my enter life.

Didn't get complete order and what I got quit working within 24 hours
I had to buy a new screen/digitizer for my phone. I needed it badly so I paid more than what the product was worth to ship overnight. Upon getting the package I noticed the adhesive and the tool was not included. I had to pay someone $50 to install and now that it doesn't work I will have to pay another $50 for him to remove the screen so I can send it back which I also have to pay for. Then this company will look at my defective product and hopefully refund my money. Even with all this I am still out of close to $150 for shipping and installation costs and will have to pay $50 once again to have it installed AGAIN. Then let's not forget to add the extra time that I will now be without a working phone. Yeah I'm not happy with this company and should've just took it somewhere local.

Buyer Beware - Fixez Ships Defective Pa and Make Resolution With Customer Difficult
Purchased an $11 google pixel 4xl battery. The wire that connects the battery to the phone's internal board, simply snapped/broke upon install. The part is defective as this should not happen when handling carefully as I've done numerous times. I used to repair mobile phone's professionally. I sent a picture and Fixez response rather than just refund an $11 item or send out another, is to give me work, by filing out a shipping label and return form and to add insult to injury, ask me to pay to return their defective part, which will cost roughly half what I paid for it to begin with. This is a foolish procedure on Fixez part, I've done nothing incorrect and inconveniencing me further rather than just taking care of the problem is just ridiculous and seems to be a common issue if you read any reviews about Fixez online. Won't be buying anything from this company again.

Bought two USB dock/audio ports for my HTC M9 from FIXEZ. Fixez shipped the wrong parts... expected me to ship them back at my cost before I could get a refund. Shipping costs were more expensive than the value of the parts. Fact is, FIXEZ took no responsibility for shipping me the wrong parts. From now on I deal with companies in China for parts... as I have done before... with 100 satisfaction. They guarantee they're shipments 100% and never at my cost. Shame on you, FIXEZ, I should not have to pay for your screwups.

Horrible customer service
First tablet glass I ordered died in about 45 days. Cost me $10 to ship back THEIR defective glass. Order was lost costing me to put off the customer an extra week. Finally received replacement glass. Replacement glass would not plug up properly. Contacted live chat concerning issue with plugs being out of alignment and having to twist cable to get them to align properly and still would not plug in correctly. Fixez instructed me to ship it back. Cost me another $10 to ship the replacement back. After receiving they refused to replace under warranty due to the plug or plugs being damaged. WHICH IS WHY I CONTACTED THEM TO START WITH AND WHY I SHIPPED IT BACK TO START WITH. You can't get anything by email. It's like they just keep copying and pasting the same response. So, I tried live chat and the chat agent just dropped me and never responded again. I made the first phone call and was told they would call me back in an hour. 6 hours later I called them back and was told they would have to research and call me back. Again, in 1 hour. It has been a week now and nothing. Might qualify as the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket for a new glass to satisfy the customer. I will never order for Fixez again and warn you that if you do to do it at your own risk. I have probably spent $700 over the past few months and they have lost a customer over a piece of glass that they probably didn't have $50 invested in.

Don't do business with (Fake OEM Screens+LCDs)
I could write a long elaborate review on this company's unprofessionalism and deliberately, falsely labeled products, but I'll make it short to save me and you the time.

I bought multiple things from them, but after I spend $80 on an "OEM iPhone 7 Plus screen + LCD" that was far from functional and OEM. The 3D Touch function did not work. This should NEVER be an issue with a screen that's labeled as not only "OEM" but also "100% tested". This in and for itself is a no-go, but on top of that the plastic hooks on top of the screen that are supposed to go into the iPhone frame did NOT fit, which is how I wasted the screen adhesive that I bought from them as well.

I paid for shipping to me and I paid for the return shipping and only the screen+lcd were refunded. Not the shipping nor the wasted adhesive. Very cheap company. I strongly advice you to do your research on OEM screens+lcds, because you're not going to find them here.

Something else you won't find here is professional customer service. I was kindly referred to the "Terms and Conditions" which basically state that the company will NOT refund any form of shipping for an item that, through NO fault of your own, did NOT work. I wasted over $8 USD for shipping both ways and much valuable time.

Do yourselves a favor, research an actually reliable supplier and pass up fixEZ.

UPDATE 8/17/18:
After a claim through the BBB, fixEZ admitted the mistake and refunded the shipping.

RIPPED OFF
This company should be avoided at all costs. Nearly all negative reviews I've seen are about the product quality and return process. I have gad the same issues. I purchased a screen from them but did not need it after a customer cancelled the repair. I then used the screen on a subsequent repair outside of their 30 day warranty period (which is ridiculous). When I installed the screen the LCD was black. Upon contact with them, Fixez advised that they would not stand behind the product and would not provide a replacement. I wasn't asking for a refund, only a replacement of a screen that I originally paid $128 and was now selling for $45. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Most positive feedback is from those located close to them so I'm convinced either they are employees or friends of the business. They are also NOT accredited with the BBB.

Great quality
I love the fact that it was sent out pretty fast but usps is horrible as a carrier... according to tracking number item had arrived in the bronx since 11-13-17 in the am and I almost didn't get my package because Fixez lied saying they rang my bell... luckily I had set up text alert for package update and I caught the mail carrier outside super late on 11-14-17. Was about to fly out without my package... would have been very disappointed. USPS has the habit of not ringing nor knocking for package deliveries. Other than that, thank you very much!

Proud international customer
I received my package earlier than expected. Having it shipped from the states to Canada I had my suspicions that it would most likely be broken before it would get to my front door. When opening it I was surprised it was in one piece. I felt my item was perfectly packaged by meticulous employees who care that much for their customers. The item matched the exact discription of the website and fit my iPhone perfectly. The tools that came along with it are also great, it made the process of replacing my screen easier. I couldnt be any happier with my purchase.

Nexus 5X Display Assembly
I received my display about 10 days after ordering. It took about 90 minutes of careful work to R&R and I used a magnifying light. I had all the tools I needed, but the guitar pick that came with it to open the case came in handy. It was tedious to transfer all the small bits, but it worked fine when I powered it up, and all the parts (mic, cameras, light sensors, LED) work fine. The LCD is a little less bright and doesn't have the same color saturation as the original, but it was definitely cheaper than buying a new device. I'm pleased so far.

Ordered Replaced
I purchased a replacement screen for my Pixel 3a XL along with the recommended tools to remove the old one and tape in the new screen. I completed the process easily and the screen appeared to work properly until I noticed when I pressed on the lower portion of the screen lines appeared through the length of the screen. I requested a return as Fixez offer a warranty on defective products and they accepted it with the explanation I gave. After sending the screen in they sent an email saying their manager declined the return and sent me a picture of the exact problem I described. I have emailed them and called them with only one response saying the manager's decision is final.

Horrible customer service and they won't give me a real explanation other than the product is defective/damaged for the exact reason I sent it in.

So update. They replaced the screen and made things right. I got in contact with a customer service rep named "Michael" he did good and took care of things. He still tried to talk me into the damage being my fault but ultimately they made things right.

I am a very satisfied customer!
Being that having the original quality of corning gorilla glass was important to me and after being told i couldn't buy a oem screen for my device by so many other places on eBay i found this company who sold me a exact LG replacement screen with original glas for my g5. The communication from their email department was quick to respond all while putting all my concerns at ease. After placing my order i was almost immediately notified by email of which included a tracking number. After just 5 days i received my new screen in the mail safely packaged in perfect condition including the tool for popping the screen out of the bezel. I would again order from this company 110%, and would recommend them to anyone needing parts for their device.

So far so good!
Now lets see how thess batteries hold up. Only time will tell. Thats usually how these things go with batteries. The guides are great though. I used to use iFixit, but their prices are a bit high these days and Fixez like to force you to get the same tools over and over again with their packages by manipulating the price scheme. Fixez so far seems like a great alternative. Plus, a lot of older phones like my Moto X (gen 1) are still supported which is awesome! That was literally the best phone Ive ever owned. In 2017, theres really no reason to even upgrade beyond that. Phones should all be this simple.

Sent used product. Beware
Ordered a battery that was supposed to be Zero-cycle but was just a used Apple battery with the label wiped off partially. When I called Fixez said they buy thousands of these and that is what they get. Definitely not top quality. I've had good experience with them in the past but don't trust them any more. Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their stuff and just claim the terms are terms and you're out of luck. I have to pay to send it back which means you might be lucky enough to get it when you order!

FIXEZ.COM IS MY GO TO PLACE FOR ALL PHONE PARTS! The no wait shipping and the overall quality of most of the parts has been amazing. There's been some minor setbacks with some bad parts here and there. But overall the customer service and the ease of use on the website is what keeps me coming back. I pretty much exclusively order from Fixez for my shop B-Squared Computer Repair in Knob Noster Missouri. Where we do all forms of mobile device repair. Fixez has all the right parts no matter what kind of repair I'm doing. And for that I will say that I am a very satisfied customer! :D

Terrible Service!
The worse customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered three things from them so i could repair my white iPad. Fixez sent the a black screen, an ill fitting white bezel and the wrong adhesives. ALL three items received were wrong! How can a company be so incompetent! The purchase order in the package was correct but did they even reference it before they shipped the products? No they did not. I emailed them, and they wouldn't do anything to remedy the situation unless i sent them a picture of the wrong items. Did they fix the mistake then? No i had to wait untill the return shipment was on its was before they would even begin to process my correct order. After waiting for two week i decided it was better to get a return than to deal with fixez even again. Don't make the same mistake as me. Its better to pay a bit more to a company that is competent and can get an order correct the first time than it is to deal with fixez.

Inadequate Customer Service
I purchased a headphone jack for my iPod classic 5th gen from this site and even chose the 2-day shipping. I live in California. My package was shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada to Indianapolis, Indiana. Waaaay across to the opposite side of the country!

It's been over a week and my package as of this writing is still stuck in Indianapolis. I brought this to the attention of Fixez customer support. Fixez said the package has to go to a FedEx sorting center before arriving to the correct address. Except the package is now all the way in Indiana where now it has to get through a delay due to bad weather conditions!

If they had shipped via USPS, the package would have delivered within 7 days from the day the order was placed. I purchased iPod parts from eBay the same day I ordered from Fixez. All of those items arrived sooner via USPS.

Fixez did not offer to send a complimentary unit out with upgraded shipping or any other type of consolation for my inconvenience.

I recommend that Fixez provide better customer support and ship their items via United States Postal Service. Otherwise, I don't recommend anyone purchase their items from them.

Very bad policy
This company is one of those who their interest is make money no matter what. I make a purchase on September 9 I did review many times the item cuz I wanted to be sure gets the right parts for what I need, Fixez told me that part was ok for what I need, but was wrong. I returned, they make me pay for the return, I paid $5.99 for shipping and on top of that they charge me 3.99 for "restocking fees, which is a robbery, I tried to dealing with them, but they refused to help I'm not recommending make any purchases on that "company"

Avoid
Bad products, worse service

I ordered a replacement screen for my HTC M9 from Fixez because Fixez are supposedly based in the US and i wouldn't have to wait three weeks to get it. The screen and toolkit arrived within the week but there were no instructions. The site sent me to a youtube channel but I found the video lacking and surfed for better tutorials. After 3 hours i had finally installed the screen only to find out that they had sent me a bad part- the LCD connection was faulty. I have tired to contact them several times and they do not respond and I'm out $40. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to waste your time and brick your phone.

Some good products but customer service is POOR.
I ordered 6 batteries from them. 5/6 were perfect. That is great. But for the one battery that was defective, Fixez said they would send a new battery to me. I had to reach out to them over 4 times, and I still have not heard from them. Their batteries are more of a hit than miss, but their customer service is non-existent. I am giving them 2 stars because customer service makes or break the company for me. I will not be buying from them again and it is unfortunate because I was a loyal customer as I bought many items from their store to fix me and my family and friend's phones. I will be finding another fix-it-yourself shop.
