Bought the wrong size and questioned why a huge shoe company does not allow refunds. Frustrates me so much, I paid almost $300 dollars for those shoes and Flight Club don't even fit me.

Dont order any of their shoes, they are so expensive and you can literally buy the same shoes anywhere else. After purchasing these shoes I regret even wanting to buy brands and labels anymore. It doesn't look good anymore if you're just wearing brands and labels. Maybe if you're a high school teenager then sure go ahead, but plain shirts, shoes and all clothes in general have a such a mature look compared to wearing brands and $#*!. Just go to the thrift store and be creative with that. Aight wheezy outta here

These mother$#*!ers are the worse in the $#*!ing world I swear. So I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes "guaranteed to arrive before Christmas same day shipping" if I ordered them fast for you which was in the amount of an extra $25 plus a $12 shipping fee all for a pair of $226 sneakers. Fast forward I haven't $#*!ing gotten a mother$#*!ing tracking number. Every time i checking it keeps $#*!ing telling me order processing. Wtf! 2 $#*!ing weeks? I'm ready to blow up right now and I'm pissed off. Now I have a personal vendetta against these liars. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM CAUSE YOU WILL WANT TO JUMP OUT OF WINDOW.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this company. The first pair was great! The second pair was great which was the same shoe and I bought them for my best friend's son! The third pair was terrible. The soles fell off on 4 times wearing them and when I wrote them an email explaining Flight Club told me that they can help me with telling me how to repair them to sell to someone else to make my money back. Are you kidding me? Why would I want to do the same thing to someone else? What a terrible thing to respond back with. The picture shows what I am trying to do to fix them. Had the worst experience with Flight Club and some Michael Jordan tennis shoes. I order the Kelly green & black tennis shoes on 10/30/21 paying with my After pay. After three days I notice I have not received a notification from Flight Club in regards of my order. I emailed them for them to tell me Flight Club do not have an order for me. I check with After pay and the did pay for the shoes and had retrieved the first payment. I explained to After pay the check into the situation and got back to me to say that either Flight Club will replace them or refund me. After approximately 5 days I got a email from After Pay with a tracking number. Bye this time I had ordered the shoes again but once I got the tracking number I cancel my second order. Long story short USP stated the shoes was delivered when I got home from work no shoes. I contacted Flight Club and was told the shoes are out for delivery and it can take up to 7-10 days. I sent the message from UPS and they was not even aware the shoes was supposed to have been delivered. I request my money back now they are telling me it will take up to 90 days. Flight Club is a rip off and I wouldn't refer them at all unless you have money to throw away. Why are they still in business or should I say how?

I have placed an order from this website over two weeks ago and the order has still not shipped. I have contacted customer service many times and Flight Club never get back to me with anything concrete. After me sending four separate emails and 9 days of waiting they finally say they will escalate the issue and get back to me, and I can reply to their email for quicker contact. I have now replied to their email several times and there is simply no answer. They have no phone numbers and I am honestly scared I will never see those shoes or my money again.

This is review is specifically for Flightclub.com. If I could give them ZERO stars that would have definitely been my rating. Ordered sneaker and received COUNTERFEIT that's right, counterfeit sneakers that Flight Club refused to take back and their response? Manufacturing defects. So many noticeable defects and not once they even offered to see for themselves. Filed a BBB and received the same response. Overall, if you plan to purchase from them just be prepared to loose your hard earned money on counterfeits.

Worse costumer service and horribly policy. I never got such a bad costumer service that disrespect people who spent hundreds of dollar in their website. I ordered shoes and realized I got the wrong size only a few hours after the purchase, so I ask costumer service to cancel the order. Costumer service answered my email a day after and told me that Flight Club will move forward my request to cancel. 3 days after I get an email that the shoes has shipped. In their policy you can not cancel an ordered after it shipped. At the costumer service they repeatedly told me that they apologize and if I want I can sell the shoes back to them. They had 3 days to cancel my request but they didn't. Then they want you to sell them back the shoes. This is how they make money on customers. Highly recommended to NOT order anything from this site.

First time ordering from FlightClub, it took 4 days to get a tracking. I tracked my package and it showed the seller is Goat.com and it's being shipped from China which I thought was suspicious. I received my package 8 days from the time I ordered. The packaging looks good the shoe looks good. But when I inspect it the sneaker is a total fake the material is cheaply made the inside sole, the sock lining and the shoe lace was cheap and sticky, and the shoe smells like rubber. The box looks fake, the sticker on it the tags on the sneaker. I also noticed it didn't have the retail price on the box. The sneaker did what it's intended to do which was change color. I am really disappointed this is the last time I'll ever order from FlightClub, their sneakers are just good looking replicas Flight Club are fake and are not authentic.

This shoe is amazing. Thank you flight club. Fastest shipping ever. If you can't afford a shoe please don't write reviews! I paid top dollar for the dog walker sb and realized it has real fur and feels so daum good. This shoe comes with features not seen in review videos and the material is as quality as a five digit four twenty skunk shoe. I didn't realize I would pay duties at such a high price but once again if you can't afford don't buy kinna thing. Out of all the shoes I thought long and hard and I could afford the one shoe I wanted. I got it and I wouldn't change a thing in this world except I want another pair. What a shoe wow. It's so daum special I ordered a bank vault door for my closet. I'm afraid to take it out in the light haha

I ordered three pairs and received order confirmation emails with the order number. I decided that I wasnt going to buy them now so i called in to cancel it. The first lady asked me the order number and told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours to receive confirmation of the cancellation but with a weird tone of voice so i called in again just to make sure it was cancelled and the lady was just rude talking to me as if i was dumb because the first lady told me it would take 24 to 48 hours. It is not my fault that the customer service sucks and doesnt give you any piece of mind when you talk to them. I work in retail and this is the first time i call in to a place where customer service is just plain rude. For a company that is so good Flight Club should focus on their customer service because of this i will never buy or look through it website again. I just did the cancellation so i will wait for the cancellation email. If i do not receive it and get charged for the money then i will talk to a lawyer because from what i see i am not the first person to experience horrible customer service from this company.

I realized I had ordered wrong size Jordan sneakers ($299 plus shipping and tax). I attempted to use their nearly malfunctioning web site to change size within 15 minutes of ordering. When I finally got web page to respond to my request I was informed the seller had already processed the order and it could not be cancelled or changed. I made repeated attempts to get someone at company to help getting exchange but was told no change would be made. I now have a very expensive pair of sneakers of incorrect size. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor (zero) customer service. Don't deal with these scam artists unless you're prepared to get ripped off. It would appear from this company's current review ratings I am not the only customer that has had a similar experience.

I was purchasing a size 11 and the invoice, after purchase, said size 4. Flight Club will not provide me a refund nor will they provide me a credit. I cancelled 5 minutes after I saw the invoice and they shipped the item two days later. There needs to be a class action suit against them some where, due to the overwhelming reviews I have read with the similar problems of not receiving a refund for poor or horrific merchandise. I will also take to social media to utilize those methods to get information to the masses to avoid FLIGHT CLUB as they have illegitimate company practices

I placed an order with them. I then realized that my previous address in a different state was auto filled and reached out to flight club before the order was shipped. Flight Club told me that I would be able to change the address with the carrier. Once I reached out to fedex they told me that the address could be changed and that flight club would need to reach out to do it. Flight club refused to assist and reach out to fedex and told me they couldn't do anything to help. So I'm out of shoes and money. Never order from them I would not have given them a star or I did not have to.

I ordered a pair of Jordan Mids a week and a half ago, and was told my shoes would arrive today. UPS notified me that my shoes were delivered earlier, however there was no package anywhere on my property. This could be a UPS issue rather than Flight Club, but I have been unable to contact either company to figure out what has happened to my order. I have seen many reviews stating Flight Club recieved fake shoes, but I have gotten no shoes at all. Don't order from this website, find another like StockX or Goat.

I bought my son a pair of shoes from this site paid over $200 for them. Flight Club arrived promptyly however... THEY WERE THE WRONG SHOES! Someone at the store had mislabeled the box with their label. The shoes in the box matched the Nike box label but the FLIGHT CLUB label was for the wrong shoes. I contacted customer service (via email because no phone number is provided) and was told that I could ship the shoes back and that the return process was an "extended process" and that only after the return is "cleared" by their company would I receive a refund and at that time it would take an additional 7-10 days to receive my money back. They have 2 other pairs of the shoes I actually ordered and paid for in stock. I requested that they simply overnight me the shoes I paid for with a return label for the shoes they sent and they refused stating they dont exchange shoes because they are a consignment shop? SO WHAT? IF the shoes I paid you for are there SWAP MY SHOES! Dont make my son wait over a month to finally get a pair of shoes from somewhere else! I asked for a manager to call me on the phone and that is when they quite responding to my messages! I will never buy from them again!

We ordered and pre-paid a pair of shoes and when Flight Club arrived we were told there was $180 in shipping and duties that we had to pay on top of what we had already paid. When we told Flight Club we wanted to cancel the order, they told us to cancel it with DHL. However DHL told us that Flight Club had to cancel it. And to top it off, Flight Club says we have to pay shipping to us and back - $125! So, no shoes, lots of payments to Flight Club and a huge waste of time!

I've purchased shoes from Flight Club over a few years, I've never really paid attention to them until I've had to sell them on GOAT, i have three pairs of shoes I've purchased that has had major issues. I purchased some 11 lows for 300 plus and it has blue Jean stains on the shoe, I purchased some 11 72/10 and Flight Club were grade B I paid 300 plus for them. I also purchased some 11 Breds and they have multiple scuffs. I've never worn any of them they are DS and supposed to be new. I paid 500 plus for the Breds to get a scuffed and damaged product. I'm super disappointed

I ordered shoes two weeks before my vacation, never received them and when I asked about the status of my order Flight Club canceled it without giving me a reason. They have very poor communication skills and grammar. The person who responds is from Mexico and the shoes come from China. I was glad for my refund but after waiting for two weeks I really wanted the shoes. I suggest going to your local flea market if you want to buy bootleg shoes anyway.

Where do I begin? Like where do I actually $#*!ing begin, let's start like this: I placed an order DAYS before Christmas and chose the fastest possible shipping service, which means Flight Club should have been here before Christmas, and they are not. Flight club might as well be called late club, because every time I have bought off this god forsaken flea market, my shoes came 1-2 months AFTER I purchased them. Secondly, if you want overpriced, counterfeit shoes, please go to flight club, because my third time buying from them I realized something wasn't right about the Jordan 1, s that I bought, I took them to a sneaker expert and lone behold, they were completely fake. Lastly, if you were to so choose to refund anything you bought for whatever reason. Well too bad, because flight club DOESNT OFFER returns. I am at a complete loss of works for this $#*! flea market for shoes. Overpriced, fake, and late. If your want horrible overpriced counterfeit items, pleas go to flight club because they suck horse $#*!. I hope that anyone who affiliates with this god damn place dies a slow, painful death. Their customer service never actually replies to you, just automated messages. I'm starting to think I'm never going to have the sneakers sold by them, and there is NOBODY you can get in touch to help otherwise. So Flight Club 1, have poor handling of what they are (looks like a resell site, not a consignment site. Doesn't even say anywhere they're consignment) tricking some sellers, they have NO customer service, and NO way to get your money back once you ship your shoes to them. DO NOT USE. Seriously, save your money and frustration and just use real dealers like Stockx or GOAT.
