I eventually received a full refund after they tried to bribe me to remove my review. They actually offered me all the useless items I had purchased with a full refund if I removed my review. Which I let them know was an insult and that they'd missed the whole point. Which is that their sizes are inaccurate in comparison to British standards as is the quality and their customer service is utterly atrocious. They should provide free no quibble returns like they advertise. I did not write this review for freebies I wrote my experience to warn others what to expect. This company should be avoided!
Update: After writing this review the company contacted me to offer me a full refund of the articles if I delete this review. I replied I was not interested in their money and the review shall stay on ReviewFeeder. In the end they refunded me the full price of the two dresses, which is nice and I decided to change the title of the review from "cheap, cheaper florydays" to "Dubious shop with strange practices" and add this "update" to my review.
JUST A MONEY STEALING COMPANY POSING AS AN ONLINE CLOTHING STORE! DONT TRUST!
I found a beautiful white dress I wanted to use for an important event that is time crunched. There was one month to go so I was thinking even with the delays i will still get my dress on time! Everything on their site seems fine. According to their online store, my dress will arrive in 5-7 days. As I was used to reliable sites, I was wondering at day 4-5 FloryDay still didn't deliver my dress so I tried to contact their customer service first by calling their UK number. No one ANSWERS! It's when I read the fine print that they are actually an HK site. So I sent them an e-mail asking them when they would send my dress because it's been 5 days already. And they replied to me days later saying they will follow up. Then days later to tell me they are already preparing it but it will be delayed. I still followed have because I was beginning to be doubtful when they replied FINALLY they didnt have the dress to make the materials so they will refund me. Its now weeks later and I still don't have news of my money being refunded. No replies! I am being snob! Essentially they just got me interest, took my money and bye bye! Lesson LEARNED!
BTW you can't even reply to their messages because their link doesn't work. You have to start a new complain everytime! I mean seriously! It's complete bull$#*!!
Getting a return address was difficult. Emails went back and forth with Floryday trying to convince me to keep the item because return postage would be too expensive for me. FloryDay offered 50% off another item if I kept the first. I wasn't interested and was now determined to return the dress. It had become a matter of principle. It wasn't until I raised a dispute with EBay and PayPal that Floryday supplied a return address and agreed to refund my money. It cost me about $12AUD to return it, which I was happy to pay. Eventually they refunded the full amount but it shouldn't be so hard. A similar thing happened to a friend with Floryday and neither of us would ever shop with them again.
I placed my order on 4/27 and rec'd an auto-responder by email stating that once payment is received, processing can take 5-7 days before shipping. FloryDay immediately accepted my payment on 4/27 and since I paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days) I thought that I would have the dress in time for a 5/18 wedding. WRONG. Their processing took until 5/10 and I was told the package would arrive on 5/14 WRONG AGAIN as the package had a FedEX INTL ECONOMY ship date of 5/12/18 with an attempted delivery on 5/18 (I was at the wedding) and an actual deliver on 5/21, which doesn't sound like an expedited service to me so they probably pocketed that extra money too!
My first 'ticket' for communication regarding my order met with another auto-responder saying that they would reply within 24 hours, which really means 48-72 hours. However, all future 'tickets' regarding this order did reply within 24 hours although nothing in the response proved to be accurate. So I gave the one star to customer service because at least they responded.
The package (a 5X7 crappy little box) that my two items shipped in was ridiculous. I have two weeks upon receiving my package to make a return but as others have noted, there is no return address so you must contact customer service again.
I suggested in one of my 'tickets' that this company be fair and honest upfront to customers. I can deal with bad truth any day but good lies, I have no time for and will never shop here again. I hope they changed their marketing/advertising to be more honest with their future customers because their online marketing, website and product photos is driving unsuspecting innocent customers to their site thinking they are dealing with an upstanding company. I WILL DEFINITELY READ REVIEWS BEFORE I SHOP WITH ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN... EVER.
I'll look to see if this review makes the list and will expect to see a 5 star neutralizer review which seems to be coming in from men in their social media department.
BTW, I refuse to enter my order ID as I do not want to be contacted by this company every again and there is no way they can help resolve this dispute.
I told them to keep the money, I didn't trust that I would get any money back from them. I decided I would just deal with my mistake of ordering from them and move on. I also told them I no longer want to spend any time on this and they should drop it.
Now, they claim they "can't find my oder because the number is invalid".
Lies again.
Floryday: If I were you, I would stop your deception in general and just take responsibility for what has happened. The only way to get a good review is to deliver exactly what you promise. If you know anything about marketing, it is more meaningful to make mistakes, admit it, absorb the drop in revenue and do much better in the future. Your target audience will discover how much better you have become, when you actually become better. This process is MUCH more effective than what you are trying to achieve now: cover-ups - which only anger your audience more.
I have given them 3 stars for customer service because they reached out to me, but not 5 because they repeatedly lie. The rest of 1 star is for poor quality goods.
My first connection with Floryday was in the beginning of July 2018 after seeing an advert with a really exciting collection of clothing which would suit our coming business trip.
I must say that wherever I am in the world the shopping centers sell all the same brands and it was refreshing to see something other than the usual stuff on the Floryday site.
It has never been questionable for me to order goods from anywhere in the world but the only concern is really how long is the delivery time and will I receive my goods in time for my deadline if I have one.
Before I placed my initial order I was in polite contact with Floryday regarding my concerns regarding return policy and delivery times and received clear and precise response from them usually within a day.
Free Standard delivery with orders over the value of 110 is stipulated from 6 to 13 business days seems to me little from Asia to Europe including order processing form 1 to 7 days. Personally I was not expecting such fast delivery as the amount stipulated is possible without and delays.
My order ended up being stuck in Amsterdam for over 14 days and of course pushed delivery time over the recommended 13 business days through no fault of Floryday as customs department in Europe is beyond their control, but FloryDay made a serious attempt to speed up the process and the delivery is just around the corner.
I am able to follow every move of my order from the link provided with the order confirmation enabling me to see where the possible problems are and question the service department at Floryday as to why and if they can help or have a solution. This is always met with fast precise response.
I am yet to receive my order and am looking forward very much to feel the quality, sizes and cut.
I will then post a new, serious review regarding my findings.
I can only say to all who have written a review, or consider buying from Floryday that they are a company of their word and do everything in their power to respond professionally to their possible challenges. I would suggest a polite and reasonable approach to their professional team will return an excellent and quality response.
I emailed them, and FloryDay did get back to me right away. They said that one dress, the cute cheap one, was on back-order. They offered to cancel the order for that and send the other two, which I ended up agreeing to. So, I did get my refund on the one dress, and the other two finally arrived about a month later. I do like both of them very much and I wear them all the time.
So, I still kind of feel like they did the old bait and switch with that cute dress I didn't get. Also, they made it seem like they were an American company, they are based in China. They did respond to my email right away and refund my money, and I eventually got some cute clothes.

Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! No returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.
Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.
Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!
I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."
I thought ok great, FloryDay have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!
I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldnt have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know its a company based in China I can see it wont get back in time.
I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.
Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

Having ordered several items and waited excitedly for delivery it soon turned to disappointment as I opened the box. Out of the 9 items ordered 8 of them were recognisable as the images on the website but sadly a cheap and tatty copy. One dress did appear to be as the image and description but at £38 I still didn't see that the quality was there... it would probably have sold at around £15 in Primark. I quickly packed them up again to begin the returns process.
This is where I add the extra star.
Based on the goods received I had now put this company down as a scam and was fully expecting that I would have to accept the loss of my money however, not so. The communication was good and today I have received my full refund just 17 days after starting the process.
My opinion still remains the same... something of a scam and one to stay away from but I can't fault the delivery time or communication.
My lesson learned but luckily this time I came out unscathed!
The clothes are very cheap quality and poorly designed. They online photos misrepresent the actual product. The material on the dresses I ordered was a thick, shiny polyester. Something like you'd see on very cheap old lady pajamas.
Since I already returned the items I can't take a photo of the actual dresses. However, I'm attaching the pictures from the website. What I received looks nothing like what they show in the picture.
They also deleted my (negative) reviews of the dresses. I see they only have positive reviews.
Also a bracelet that was way too small, and shoes that were too long in the sole, but the ankle strap was too small. I made a claim with PayPal and got my money back.
I decided to try ONE MORE TIME as there was a fancy dress I wanted to get married in. The price was 62.99 with 11.98 shipping for a total of $74.97! The thing was so cheap and thin, and didn't look ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. I guess i should have known better, now I for sure do. I'm going to file another claim with Paypal as the company does NOT GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 hrs like FloryDay say they will.
