I made the wrong purchase I ordered packets of brown sugar when I thought I was ordering gourmet oatmeal kit. When I called twice and emailed I was upset that I couldn't return product. And I wasn't offered even an exchange. Eventhough I had not opened package. I guess amazon return policy still number 1. I dont think I will be ordering from your company.

I was very happy to find RIce Dram Unsweetened milk on your website, as it's non-existent in stores in my area. Shipping was very quick and the product arrived in excellent condition. Thanks! I hope I'll find this product here, when it's time to reorder.
There was a particular brand of hotdogs that I used to purchase by the case from the dietary department in the hospital where I worked. They quit carrying that brand and I found them on FoodServiceDirect. They cost 2 x what I used to pay back a few years ago but I was fine with that given the current supply situation. The case of hotdogs arrived and the brand name of the hot dogs was not what I ordered. I looked at them and it was apparent visually that these were not the brand I ordered. I immediately contacted the company and was basically told "too bad, too sad". Given there was no recourse, I froze the hot dogs and threw the box away. Two weeks afterward, someone emailed me and said if I wanted to appeal I could send a picture of the box. Oh really, two weeks prior they said there was nothing I could do. So after the box was ditched, they want a picture of it. I'm giving hot dogs away to everyone in the neighborhood. I'll never order from FoodServiceDirect again.
FoodServiceDirect did great. Initially the product I wanted was out of stock. I requested to be notified when it was back in stock. They notified me, not too long after that. I placed my order (easy) and received it in good shape a short time later (shipping was free, I really liked that).
I have multiple food allergies; therefore, I am VERY limited in what I can eat or drink. I tried a "shake" at the new POLLO PROJECT vegan cafe which I ordered plain with just the plant-based "milk" (the soft-serve vanilla I ordered) and DID NOT GET SICK!!!! I contacted the company but was informed I could not purchase the product since I was not a restaurant vendor. I don't give up easily and discovered FoodService Direct sells the product; thus, I placed an order. Your information regarding the shipping method for refrigerated/cold items and shipping time appeared to be appropriate. Needless to say, I was counting down the days/hours until my order arrived. I did make a couple of phone calls during the package transit and was informed there had been a delay or two after the item was shipped. When the order did arrive, you can not even imagine my disappointment when I discovered the package was "melting". PLEASE let me know when Food Service Direct has the means to get this product safely & intact to me and I'll be back as a customer! I appreciate that your company refunded my payment. In this day and time, I view that as a reason to be a repeat customer. (Also, I would absolutely LOVE to be able to make a SAFE shake at anytime because I have the product in my frig! It's almost a 2 hour drive back to Houston's POLLO PROJECT cafe.

Product was on backorder when I went to order total raisin bran. Was able to check a box to be notified when available and was notified. Ordered the raisin bran when I got the email and got it within a few days. Very satisfied. Will will reorder again in a few months.
These guys were wonderful and communicative! I had cause to contact their customer service (for an issue that was no fault of their own!) and they were absolutely wonderful! They fully resolved the problem and without a lot of hassle or rigmarole. I am looking forward to making many futures orders from them! Also, their selection of products is fantastic and I appreciate them making these items available.
Frozen bread took 4 days to arrive (should have been one day). The package was warm, wet , the loaves of bread were broken into pieces and were warm and completely thawed out.All of the dry ice was melted. A very poor job of packaging and shipping.
Company is terrible! Never order from them!!! My product never came! It was an empty box that was damaged with nothing in it!!!I Refused delivery snd UPS took it right back and stated box was empty. Company said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t take pictures! I Lost all that money!!! Stay clear from this company
In May, we had 40 people (20 of which were kids) going on vacation together. I had planned a meal of walking tacos but could not find the larger bags of Corn Chips and Doritos in retail stores so I looked online for a source. I ordered from Food Service Direct one week prior to our departure. The product was delivered quickly and we were able to stack the boxes one atop the other in the car for our three hour drive. The walking tacos were a huge hit thanks to Food Service Direct!
After making several orders with FSD, I can honestly say that they do a great job with the quality of products they sell and fast shipping. All my orders arrived damage free due to the care they had taken in packaging them for shipping. They are a fine company to do business with and I would very much rec'm them.
Over the last few years, I have ordered several cases of Land O Lakes Extra Melt yellow or white American cheese. My last order, instead of Extra Melt yellow, I was shipped a case of the Golden Velvet processed cheese spread which is a much softer texture. I didn’t even realize I’d received the wrong thing until I was 4 boxes into the case. , but the Golden Velvet is too soft to cold smoke. FoodServiceDirect has been a lifesaver for our special needs cat who needs speciality soft food diet. When every brand of canned cat food she could eat was discontinued I began making her food at home. When it became too labor-intensive to process raw chicken I searched for ground. And I found exactly what I needed - and more - at FoodServiceDirect. A combination of ground chicken and chicken intended for tube-feeding creates the perfect texture for her to eat. I now have a healthy, happy cat and far less worries about how to source ingredients for her diet.
Since I have not been able to buy what I wanted at the grocery store for many years I turned to buying it in bulk. This company has been great to deal with. They were temporarily out of what I wanted but said they would notify me when it was back in stock. They did notify me, I placed my order and it arrived quickly. I am very pleased with my experience with this company and would highly recommend them.
I was notified the cereal I wanted was in stock at $10 a box plus I had to pay for shipping. Walmart has it for $4.18 a box and free shipping. You are price gauging and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. There's nothing you can say, the difference in price say's it all. Shame on you. I am a senior and it seems everyone is out for the almightly buck. Even Walmart at $4.18 was $3.68 last order. It's always, gasoline prices, can't get anyone to work, everything is a SCAM. I ordered before but I won't be ordering again. Take my email address out of your computer. Your company sure runs a racket, I am ashamed for you. Margaret Stickler.
Made order. Order was delayed. Order was recieved. Wrong product sent to us. Order was made again, with no charge. Order delayed. Excuses made. Order delayed. Tired of asking to speak to a manager or a supervisor with no results. Supervisor in a meeting, supervisor in training, supervisor at lunch.... Order delayed. Asked for a refund. Got a refund. How do rate "no service?"

The service was great. I ordered the impossible pork. The product arrived on time and still frozen, however the dry Ice made the packaging brittle and therefore cracked during shipping so that none of them were sealed anymore. I still used it as it was frozen. It didn’t look like it had thawed at anytime.
I was thrilled to be able to order Boulart’s focaccia through FoodServiceDirect. The process of ordering was easy, and the product arrived fairly quickly. However, I was disappointed when the product arrived and found that the bread was not individually wrapped (as it is in stores.) I wish I would have known ahead of time.
I ordered eight stone and granite cleaners. The order was returned to FDS FOUR times by the shipper as damage was detected to product. My fifth and final try resulted in me receiving only three of the eight ordered (and paid for), one of which was broken and empty fouling the shipping box. I am nor surprised, as the spray bottles were packed loose in a much too big box allowing them to move around and to break. Although customer service tried to solve the issue, the warehouse staff packing the items were clearly incompetent and clueless.
