I am not one to take the time out to write about a Company very often however, I just received my order # 1336851 and to my surprise and after using this service for the first time that I happen to catch on TV, left me speechless.
So I wanted to express the Outstanding Work and Customer Service I received in placing this order. I am sure when I present this to the Company I had it made for that I will surely be asked how to go about getting it done, lol.
The outcome of the order and the quality of it was nothing short of Excellence. Great Job, Truly Remarkable.

I've tried emailing twice and tried finding a number to call, but no response from either!
Buyer beware! Costco offers better metal prints than Fracture does on glass!
UPDATE: Received and e-mail from customer service this afternoon - Just want to get refunded my money. Changed them to a 2 star review.
I've also attached a close up of the picture and you can see the blur and ink dots. In Lightroom this picture is super crisp when zoomed in on the details!
I will cherish this piece for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Oh, and although their website shows 'reviews' from 'customers', there is no way to create one. Which is how I ended up on this site. They're not terrible, but they're not as unique as advertised. The pictures on the site don't make it clear that it's just a print under the glass.
Additionally, I contacted their customer service to address this issue four days ago and Fracture Glass Photos have not responded yet.
If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.
I am excited to recommend this organization and will continue doing business with them. You 'Must Remember' however, to be satisfied with what you submit before submitting to have them (Fractureme) complete an order!

Surprisingly, my reprint also arrived broken, which is uncommon, as my previous prints arrived with no trouble. Once again, Adam and FractureMe were excellent, immediately expediting a third reprint.
When the third reprint arrived broken as well, FractureMe went above and beyond. Fracture Glass Photos took extra steps to ensure very careful packing, they overnighted my print across the country (on their dime - which must have cost them a fortune!), and they took extra steps to offset the inconvenience of having so many prints arrive broken.
I give FractureMe my highest recommendation. Their prints are unique, the packaging is actually very good (I blame the freight carriers for the damage), and if something does arrive broken or less-than-perfect, they have excellent customer service. They even had kind words for me when I was frustrated and curt with them. My thanks to Adam and everyone at FractureMe. They've earned a lifelong customer in me.
Ellie Claire went above and beyond in helping me though I did not ask her to do so. I did tell her the special circumstances surrounding the gift.
Much to my delight, I received a new glass print the day before my friend's birthday, and at no charge according to Fractureme's pledge. My friend loved the print, and said it was their best birthday present! I will definitely use their services in the future. R. C. Boyette
When the order arrived, all three photos were beautiful, including the one made from the image just below the recommended MB size. However, one photo was cracked. I followed the directions on the Fracture web site for damaged orders and I got an acknowledgement of the problem that day. A replacement photo was sent within two days (or less), via two day shipping at no cost to me. The colors and sharpness of the Fracture photos cannot compare to a paper photo. I highly recommend this service and this company. I plan to do more business with Fracture.
