Hello Fractured Team,

I am not one to take the time out to write about a Company very often however, I just received my order # 1336851 and to my surprise and after using this service for the first time that I happen to catch on TV, left me speechless.

So I wanted to express the Outstanding Work and Customer Service I received in placing this order. I am sure when I present this to the Company I had it made for that I will surely be asked how to go about getting it done, lol.

The outcome of the order and the quality of it was nothing short of Excellence. Great Job, Truly Remarkable.

I ordered a wedding picture to be put on glass about 3 months ago. When I received it was off color, dark and looked nothing like the original print I sent them. I immediately emailed them on their website and received no reply. I emailed them again about 2 weeks later and received an automated reply saying someone would call me. No one called ever. This company is a fraud. If you notice there is no way to contact them on their website, no phone number. No phone number registered with the Florida dept of Corps either. Fracture Glass Photos do not want to be found because they know they are frauds and are offering bad quality product. It is just a matter of time before they go out of business. I have filed a BBB complaint and will soon file a small claims court case against them. Additionally, I plan on contacting my local news channel so that they can do a report on them. It is really not about the $50 bucks we spent, it is about the fact they took advantage of us and do not care to make it right. I hope people read this review and do not make the same mistake as I. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

The pints I ordered absolutely looked terrible. Using a Sony a7iii and a file size of 14mb+ should have had beautiful pictures but the way the ink dots printed on the glass made the picture look like it was take with and old cell phone camera.

I've tried emailing twice and tried finding a number to call, but no response from either!
Buyer beware! Costco offers better metal prints than Fracture does on glass!

UPDATE: Received and e-mail from customer service this afternoon - Just want to get refunded my money. Changed them to a 2 star review.

I've also attached a close up of the picture and you can see the blur and ink dots. In Lightroom this picture is super crisp when zoomed in on the details!

LOVE MY PICTURE! Thank you so much for the gifted talented artist who made up my picture of my cat. I simply love it. I could not be happier. It looks beautiful! Perfect! The quality is outstanding, the glass is sturdy, the workmanship is excellent. You can see that the people that do this work, take pride in our pictures and make sure we get the best quality back when done and that is exactly what Fracture Glass Photos did for me. I will be ordering more in the future. I actually love it printed on the glass, it gives a different look, a clearer look, than just putting the picture on a cheap frame and cheap piece of glass from a store. This is far from cheap. The glass is strong and thick and will last many many years. Thank You so much Fracture for your outstanding workmanship! Thank the person that made up my picture of my cat on the hood of our convertible. We simply love it and I have it hanging on the wall in our house and already received compliments from friends and family that saw this picture on glass. Fracture did a fantastic job! I had a NON-traditional wedding but still a moment that I wanted preserved and this product was the answer to a NON-traditional display. I ordered via their website-easy peasy enough and waited. My photo arrived 1 FULL DAY ahead of their estimated arrival date and during the PEAK shipping season! I emailed the company immediate and received an automated initial response and a follow up-real human response afterwards to let them know it arrived, how much I loved their product and asked for clarity on pixel display and sizing when ordering. I work in the shipping industry and found that my purchase was packaged and shipped with sufficient and protective cardboard. The shipping box was reinforced, had no defects and did not suffer from usual shipping battle scars in transit. (Which everyone should expect with every package considering the actual volume that is shipped on a daily basis through UPS, FEDEX and USPS-with automation comes damages-Sorry! It happens) I am getting ready for my second purchase with them, my problem? Choosing which one I want to order next!

Our order arrived at our home in Canada yesterday, and we could not be more pleased! We ordered 9 prints of differing sizes and found that Fracture Glass Photos were extremely well packaged for their long journey from Florida to our home in Ontario. When we saw the ads for Fracture on CNN earlier this year, we thought that it was a really clever and different approach to displaying photography and images. We decided to order 9 prints for Christmas gifts for our family and friends. We were absolutely blown away by what we found when we opened the box: the prints were nothing short of AMAZING! The colours are so vibrant and the quality is flawless. We cannot wait to see people's reactions when they open these one-of-a-kind gifts in December.

I had the idea to put a photo i took of my two service dogs at Arches National Park on glass. The one laying down is my 12.6 yr old boy who is retiring and Kokoro (Koro) my 2.2yr old who is the one taking over the reigns. This was a special trip to Honor Blaze and thank him for his service. After this year he will kick back and let Koro do all the work. It was a once in a lifetime trip and this Photo sums up both of these amazing dogs. Blaze was born with a deep knowledge of life, an old soul who loves with his whole world and A sharp mind who has never ever missed an alert. He has dedicated his life to help me have the freedom to travel where my Crohn's disease prevented it. Koro is a young explorer who has a heart of gold, a sharp mind and a soul full of empathy. He is perfect for the job and loves the work.
I will cherish this piece for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

As the older brother, I had my doubts when my sister recommended Fracture for some I wanted to convert to wall hangings. My doubts are gone and, I guess, my sister is a genius! I ordered six "classic sized" pictures from digital photographs I took in West Palm Beach, Paris and on the occasion of our grandson's 10-month birthday. When the wall prints returned, the results were breath-taking! The quality was excellent, the turn-around time was quick (via FedEx) and the price was fair. Fracture is our family's "go-to" when it comes to conversion of our digital pictures to items for home or presents to give to others.

This concept sounded really cool. I got a few for my brother as a birthday gift, and was told Fracture Glass Photos were 'nice'. Then I got one for myself, and was quite disappointed. They advertise them as 'Printed On Glass', so one might assume they mean the front of the glass. Nope! It's behind the glass, so who can really tell if it's printed on the glass or the backing. Also, there is black foam backing, so you cannot see through it or back light it. If you want a picture in a frame without a bezel, go for it. It you want something truly unique, this is not it.

Oh, and although their website shows 'reviews' from 'customers', there is no way to create one. Which is how I ended up on this site. They're not terrible, but they're not as unique as advertised. The pictures on the site don't make it clear that it's just a print under the glass.

Ordered two of the $45 size since it was my first time ordering. Fracture Glass Photos came three days late but only because the USPS is a train wreck right now, not the Fracture folks fault at all. They were right there talking to me the entire time when it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to arrive. Upon opening I saw two amazing beautiful pieces and I couldn't be happier with what I ordered. Especially one, which was our sweet Pitbull Doc, who just passed away from cancer. I love it and will be back again. My pic doesn't do it any justice and not sure why it came out sideways, lol. Anyway, thanks guys.

Right out of the gate, this company isn't for me. As a photographer who actually takes the time to size digital masters to standard dimensions, the last thing I want in a print processor is non-standard sizes (sizes no one without brain damage ever heard of). I shouldn't be required to re-crop images, all over again, to accommodate the processor. And I'm certainly not going to allow the processor to crop my images, potentially destroying composition. Because these people aren't photographers. They're not even professional processors; they're idiots with a TV commercial and expensive equipment who figured a trend-bucking e-commerce sham was a great alternative to getting jobs in the real world. So, you idiots grow up and get real jobs and I'll get my images processed by professionals.

..."if anything in your print doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right." Fracture Glass Photos meant it. My photo was oddly shaped and I was surprised how it came cropped. Not as pleased as with my first experience, I let them know and within 2 days they explained how this happened, what I could to to avoid next time, the picture was reworked, and shipment notification received. Thanks to Liz's high degree of pride and desire to support, all this magic occurred in the midst of Hurricane Dorian, allowing a really special gift to be given as planned. Pretty impressive in a time where you wonder if anyone's on the other side of an email address. Well done.

My $70 glass print that is 11" x 14" arrived and looked great until I saw the back and its mounting system. The only attachment to the wall was a key-shaped hole in the FOAM RUBBER backing and a supplied drywall anchor screw. The screw is great but the foam rubber was not strong enough to hold the glass on the wall. The foam tore and allowed the frame to crash to our tile floor. Obviously the glass is now broken and the whole investment is wasted. I looked at their website and now I see that the next size larger has a metal grommet surrounding the foam rubber hole. Too bad that is not part of every size.

Additionally, I contacted their customer service to address this issue four days ago and Fracture Glass Photos have not responded yet.

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.

Going into this blindly, and taking a chance... I am Greatly surprised by the QUALITY, promptness, and good pricing. It is imperative that as a customer, you adjust the photo via whatever medium you have to suit your taste. This from reading other comments. I adjusted my photo's to suit my taste, and Fracture Glass Photos turned out "Just Fine"! Folks must remember, they (Fractureme) can only work wit what they receive, as this is not a 'Studio' that can and will fix bad (poor) photography!
I am excited to recommend this organization and will continue doing business with them. You 'Must Remember' however, to be satisfied with what you submit before submitting to have them (Fractureme) complete an order!

OUTSTANDING! We have been relying on FractureMe.com since Fracture Glass Photos invented themselves. Their production is absolutely top notch. Everything we send looks better once they 'fracture' it. We use all the sizes, smallest to largest, and the results are always stunning. We also like the special screws that go into drywall with no drilling or shields... just a screwdriver. Plus, the packaging is ecological and also probably would make it to the moon and back. Just all-around first-rate, like an old-fashioned Made In U.S.A. company where everyone takes pride in their work. Shout-out to Tyler, who answers emails almost before you write them.

I purchased an XL print to compliment the two Large prints I had ordered previously. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. Adam in customer service was prompt and very helpful, and immediately bumped my reprint up to the front of the line, as well as upgrading my shipping for free to help get my reprint to me ASAP.
Surprisingly, my reprint also arrived broken, which is uncommon, as my previous prints arrived with no trouble. Once again, Adam and FractureMe were excellent, immediately expediting a third reprint.
When the third reprint arrived broken as well, FractureMe went above and beyond. Fracture Glass Photos took extra steps to ensure very careful packing, they overnighted my print across the country (on their dime - which must have cost them a fortune!), and they took extra steps to offset the inconvenience of having so many prints arrive broken.
I give FractureMe my highest recommendation. Their prints are unique, the packaging is actually very good (I blame the freight carriers for the damage), and if something does arrive broken or less-than-perfect, they have excellent customer service. They even had kind words for me when I was frustrated and curt with them. My thanks to Adam and everyone at FractureMe. They've earned a lifelong customer in me.

I received my glass print that I had ordered as a gift for my friend's birthday. I needed it to be cropped a little differently, but knew it probably would not return before the birthday.
Ellie Claire went above and beyond in helping me though I did not ask her to do so. I did tell her the special circumstances surrounding the gift.
Much to my delight, I received a new glass print the day before my friend's birthday, and at no charge according to Fractureme's pledge. My friend loved the print, and said it was their best birthday present! I will definitely use their services in the future. R. C. Boyette

I had seen the ads for fracture on television, and I really thought it was a fantastic idea but did not have an occasion yet to order from fracture. Comof course the opportunity arose, and a friend of mine who loves their dogs sent me a picture of them and I thought for Valentine's day what a wonderful gift it would be, so I ordered a wall hanging of the picture and I was thrilled to receive it in the mail! It was beautifully done and carefully packaged so that when it arrived it was pristine! I was also very happy with the shipping it came exactly on time when Fracture Glass Photos said it would and it was worth the extra cost for shipping within a week! I look forward to ordering many many more fracture pieces and it is truly a work of art...

Very happy with the results of my order. My wife had seen the TV ads for Fracture and wanted to memorialize three of our cats who have passed. Of the three cats, we only had one digital photo, but after locating two paper photographs, I scanned them into our computer making sure the pixels numbers for the size print we wanted were correct. However, on one of the pictures, because we cropped the photo to feature a head shot, the MB size was just below the recommend size.

When the order arrived, all three photos were beautiful, including the one made from the image just below the recommended MB size. However, one photo was cracked. I followed the directions on the Fracture web site for damaged orders and I got an acknowledgement of the problem that day. A replacement photo was sent within two days (or less), via two day shipping at no cost to me. The colors and sharpness of the Fracture photos cannot compare to a paper photo. I highly recommend this service and this company. I plan to do more business with Fracture.

I ordered a Fracture glass print from a photo that I took of the total eclipse of the sun in 2018. The print is mostly black except for the bright diamond ring effect of the sun beginning to reappear after being blocked by the dark moon, bright red solar flares emanating from the sun, and a faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon. I was afraid the faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon might be difficult to get to show up on the glass print. I contacted customer support and asked them to look out for this and Fracture Glass Photos went above and beyond to ensure that the print that I received back was excellent! I am very happy with the resulting picture on the glass.
