Overall experience? I've used this site because I love fragrances. I've been a good customer for 7 years at least. Love the chance to purchase tiny sample sizes to evaluate them. Fun little giveaways for same reason. BUT their free returns is a lie. You MUST pay return shipping or have it deducted from refund, $6. Also FragranceX offer coupons for discounts but when clicking on the "click here" area, nothing... Deceptive advertising. I'll continue to be a customer and will return the horribly bad fragrances (e.g., Demeter's Sweet Orange... yee gods!) when I can't stand the loss of $. Fun site but deceptiveness makes me give fewer stars. Please be truthful...

I bought I perfume from their web site on 23 of may. Today 17 of June and the product is not still arrived. I sent them 1000 mails, by describing the situation.
All FragranceX say, it is not on their hand. I asked for money-back because there was no product delivered to me. They did not even care. All the mails that they sent was like automatic response.
In every kind of online web site there is a section where you can cancel order and get your money back. In theirs there is no!
They don't care about customer satisfaction at all!
I think they are fraud!
PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I have been a customer with FragranceX.com for 3 years now. This is now the second time where FragranceX claim through tracking my order, that my item was delivered. It was to be shipped to my place of business (as always), and I am here everyday, Mon-Fri. And someone is in the store Sat. And Sundays as well. When I emailed my complaint, they said they are looking into it. I then had to go through my credit card company to investigate my claim further. After 3 1/2 weeks, Fragrancex.com said that they apologize for their error, and will refund me in full. They did, BUT by the following credit card statement, they re-negd on the FULL amount as promised, and credited me for $20.00 less. This is not considered proper business practice, when a company promises you in writing one thing and does another. After 3 years of being a loyal customer to them, this type of service reflects no regard or appreciation for customer loyalty.

I looks like there's no reason to complain if FragranceX are not going to help. But going to say it anyway I love there fragrance Besty Johnson I order the gift box it, but the bottle won't spray the perfume out. I have tried taking the top off and can't. I have called to see if they can send me anough one. They claim they can't find me in the system. And I order from them all the time. But they keep sending me emails to order. As much as I love they products. I don't think I will order again. That bad business. Deborah at *******@ssa.gov

FragranceX advertise free worldwide shipping,... but when you try and process your order they want to charge your 350 dollars, if you silly enough to try and challenge them, all you receive is automated responses, every one is different. I received emails giving me different codes to apply, one telling me that 5 countries are no longer free, mine not being one of the, one asking me exactly how would I like them to actually assist me. In total I have 11 different responses, not one actually being an answer.

I live in Abu Dhabi and I ordered perfume online which cost me around 205 aed in conversion it's around 54$ and after the transaction next day I got message of two small transactions from the website so I called my bank and aks them without my knowledge this transactions have made so FragranceX said not only two they made 5 more small small transactions from my credit card without acknowledgement and without my approval and I dint even receive any message for thoese transactions.
They fraud me of more additional 20aed.
This website is totally fraud.
Immediate after it came into my notice from the bank I have blocked my card. And cancel the order. Now I am waiting for my money to be get refunded..

This company is not reputable. Nina Ricci L'air du temps - NOT. On their site it looks a good deal, then FragranceX add a ridiculous amount for shipping; then convert from US dollars into AU dollars and when it arrived I knew immediately it was fake. The bottle is fake and the perfume smells like petrol. Please learn from my mistake - STAY WELL, WELL AWAY from this mob, or you will more than likely burst into flames if anyone likes a match near you.

No gimmicks! Great price and super fast delivery of a product I've enjoyed for many years. I appreciated FragranceX "delivered" what they advertised--unlike other online sellers of Dana products, when FragranceX says no shipping fees for a set price, they mean it--whether you live outside the contiguous 48 states or not! Product came in sturdy box, so no jostling and most importantly, no damage to the product. THANK YOU!

Yes boxes and bottles looks identical to original but after you open them and try the perfume you discover that you have been totally robbed

I bought online 6 products worthy of 400 USD shipped to me in KSA, as my first and last purchase being hypnotized by the reviews and prices

From the 1st puff they smelled nothing like the originals I am used to, and some smelled cheap awful cologne

Even for the only 2 that smelled like replicas they were very weak and lasted only less than 20 minutes
They were totally gone in 30 minutes although I almost showered myself with them and they were EDP.

You can't get any refund
Their refund policy stated you have to ship them the unopened products only and this means they won't refund you after discovering they have robbed you
Even for unopened products they will deduct shipping charges and you have to ship it on your own with the extra charges

They have no customer support to make a complaint So you will not be able to get any refund or compensation

It's a loose loose situation for you

I just gave you 5 Stars and then when the order completed your Computer prompting changed my BILLING ADDRESS and now a Gift I just ordered for my daughter-in-law and paid for the boxing and the fact no billing would be included with the package CHANGED MY BILLING ADDRESS so the BILL is going to her. This is so FRUSTRATING! I am the one paying the bill and I really appreciate NO BILL GOING TO HER! I just wanted the item Shipped to her home in SC. I still live in Orlando. Since your office is closed how are you going to straighten out this mess.

I was using this parfume years ago when I use to live in Germany.To be more specific back than my boyfriend now my husband bought that for me for my birthday.So, besides that this fragrance smells so heavenly, we have history together.And know after so many years I have it again. I was super excited to wear my special parfume again. With that been said it's perfect choice, don't wait order now and enjoy this wonderful fragrance.

I'm a frequent online shopper, never have I had a worse experience with an online store. It's been over 8 months & I haven't received my order and obviously I'm not going to in the future. FragranceX kept sending my the same robotic e-mail when I told them the order is late, they kept saying it is on the way and if the order has been sent back to them they will refund me. Once day maybe 6 months later the tracking number just stopped working, I told them I want a refund, they never replied! I sent from another e-mail they still completely ignored my e-mail! Even though they replied to all my other ones, but once it's obviously time to refund and they cannot stall me any more they just ignored. I'm DISGUSTED with this company, and very upset at how they can just steal my money! Do NOT place an order with them, they are cheats. STAY AWAY!

Products are ok BUT!
You charged me sales tax and you do not have a brick store presence in Maryland. I do NOT agree with this act and will not shop with your company again because of this. I know you will say that this is a Maryland law but it is not and its a ripooff. There are many companies that don not charge sales tax outside of MARYLAND. Nless I get a refund for the tax will not shop again with our company

I ordered a gift item earlier this month and shipped to Palatka, FL 32177. The cologne was not the one my friend was expecting and she called customer service to return the item and was not treated like a valued customer. She opened the JC Noir and it made her allergies act up. She never opened the JC 3.4 oz I sent and the gift was in a box but not fancy and not wrapped and no ribbons. I will not have gifts wrapped in the future. The price was high and did not receive just nice wrapping, received no wrapping.

Placed an order 4 days ago, money charged, yet processing for 3 days.
Sent an email asking to clarify, no response.
Just called now and given some sad story how FragranceX are verifying my credit card details.
When questioned why i have not been informed or email un answered, get another silly story of excuses and funny enough a response to an email.

I guess here is the reason for cheap prices, they just charge but do not ship or respond, until customer kicks up some storm

There are some fragrances I would like to try but the prices are in 200.00 and up range I thought that the prices would be slashed a bit more bcuz I wanted to try creed for my hubby never smelled it and I never go to dept stores or malls so I guess I will wait to the price goes down. Also I'm a committed patron and I just find it disheartening that with purchases adding a few samples so I could buy more. If I could find away to create something where we could smell featured scents. Hey I got it I the Avon magazine and Vogue magazines FragranceX have scratch and sniff for featured perfume you could offer something like that a book with various scents tailored to what your customers are looking for I think that would be an added value for your company. I have make an order six months ago. But until now I don't get anything. I have send a lot of emails and I call them, asking them to refund my money. But its always the same answering: Be patient because your order its on the way. I never see something like this because all the online shops have a deadline for delivery the orders. Otherwise FragranceX reimburse the money.
I never see such arrogant people how mock with other peoples money.

I have a tendency to shop for everything on Amazon just because most site that sell products are full of bugs, not user friendly and charge an arm and a leg for shipping.

Your site does not have a problem with any of those things. I thank you for that!

Also, thank you for the attention to detail you have displayed by including informational specifics for each item. I've found many online perfumers to be highly unhelpful in said department.

I made an order of one of my favorite perfumes (perfume & eau de toilette). I received my package very quickly but only to discover that it contained fake perfumes - horrible smell!
On top of that any attempt to speak to the company was in vain. FragranceX don't respond to emails and their customer service (over the phone) is not able to help, neither will let you speak to any of the managers.
Have you noticed that nowhere on their sites does it state who manages this company? Neither will their customer service answer this question.
At this stage, I paid for the products, paid for shipping them back, but was not refunded for any of those.
