Scam company
I paid 166 dollars for a gift for my daughter that was supposed to arrive on September 4,2020 it is now September 6,2020 and it still not here when I call FruitBouquets.com give me this poor excuse saying they cannot reach the location that's supposed to deliver the items bad business my daughter was so excited about her surprise gift that to this day have not arrived also when I called to get a refund they stated that the site is down for maintenance so they couldn't process it

Free shipping SCAM
First of all, beware that this IS NOT "Edible Arrangements" - although FruitBouquets.com do their best to impersonate them. Secondly when they offer free shipping, they neglect to tell you they charge a $15 processing fee. I did not know that (because it was not on my receipt) until AFTER I hit the submit payment button. I immediately called to cancel... and I mean immediately - but was told I was too late. When I asked CSR to escalate the call I was told supervisor was not available but would call me back within the hour. That call never came. I was scammed.

Ruin my Valentine's Day surprise
I ordered a fruit basket for my wife and had it delivered to her job to surprise her for Valentine's Day I paid $150.00 for the large fruit basket and a teddy bear and requested that everything be deliver by 2/13/2021 so I paid a additional 9$ for shipping the package arrived it's was only the teddy bear that's not worth the 19.99$ very ugly and cheap looking and a side of old sour strawberries the chocolate was broken off and the strawberries wasn't any good I never received the fruit basket I called the help line a customer representative answer that did not speak good English I barely could understand anything he was saying not only that as I was trying to explain the problem and my frustration he kept interrupting me by saying sorry that's the only thing he could say good in English I assume that FruitBouquets.com receive a high volume of anger callers so he being practicing I am sorry a lot so I asked him to put some one on the phone that can help me he transfer me to a voicemail so I never received the 100$ fruit basket nor able to talk to anyone that can help me with the problem So now it's Valentine's Day I am out of 150$ because I didn't receive what I purchased it was so embarrassing for me and my wife the way they shipped the old fruit and ugly bear without any fruit basket to her job I will never in my life order anything from this company again I wished that I can rate them at a -20 because they don't deserve any business do to the unprofessional customer service and company please don't waste your time nor money with this company.

Awesome Delivery person!
I placed an order yesterday from your on- line portal and wasn't sure how the final bouquet would look like and if it would be delivered correctly -you just really never know when ordering on line. The Bouqet was for my daughters Birthday who works in Houston's huge Medical Complex. At 2:15 I receive a call from the delivery lady informing me that the office where my daughter works was Closed. Unbeknownst to anyone, the office was closed at 2:00 due to the impending Hurricane Laura. Oh No! Well the Very Nice lady informed me that she would be Happy to Deliver the Bouquet to my daughters home, so I texted her the address. Oh my goodness she was so very sweet and told me to not worry, she would make sure my daughter would receive her Special Birthday gift from me. She was Very caring and sure enough, my daughter received her Bouquet, at her house, and said it was Beautiful and the delivery lady was very Nice! She went above and Beyond to deliver my Gift and my Daughter was so touched, I will always use this same Company whenever I have future gift Needs. Excellent Gift Bouquet and Delivery Service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
Seriously, don't ever order from here. What FruitBouquets.com don't tell you is that what you order is NOT what is pictured. They also don't actually make the fruit arrangements. They outsource the "florists". So this means that literally any random person could be making your order and it doesn't have to be a real business, it could be ANY BODY. I placed an order last week to be delivered today before 5pm. After looking at some pretty terrible outcomes of arrangements they have provided, I asked if the arrangement would look like the picture and who would be making it. They would not release the company or name of the person making it. I then asked for them to please contact the person and have them send me a picture of the arrangement so I wouldn't be humiliated by gifting someone a terrible fruit bouquet. They could not get ahold of the company. I ended up changing the address of delivery to myself (same zip code and about two minutes away from the original address). They changed the address, but I never received any confirmation of this. I called several times asking where the order was and they couldn't get ahold of the person making the basket. It was guaranteed delivery before 5pm, it still never showed up even after 6pm. I ended up pressuring them to refund my order. During this pandemic, you don't want some random person making an edible basket for anyone. I looked further into this company and YES THEY CAN SUBCONTRACT THE WORK TO A RANDOM PERSON IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE SOMEONE WHO MEETS ANY STANDARD PRACTICES. This company is pretty much the same price as Edible Arrangements so just order from there instead. At least they have facilities that are legit and have safe practices.

I would give no star if I could
I recieved an email stating that my order was recieved when FruitBouquets.com never even told me that it was even in transit no the order was not recieved till 3 hrs later after the email.The This is a third party company based out of the Philippines they have no idea who the heck is suppose to be making the deliveries or anything. I ordered for Valentine's Day a dozen strawberries which by the way I got charged for and never recieved. A bouquet of xl flowers that cost me extra to add more flowers and it seems like they put less flowers in it I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If u want to give away your money go rite ahead and give it away to these ppl they will gladly take it and not give u what u pay for. What they doing to the costumers is called legal robbery

Only one of two arrangements was delivered
Ordered January 16th for Valentine's Day and only one of my two orders came. It said on the sight one was delivered and the other was only confirmed never went to the "in transit" part. The order that did come does not look good and the words "thank you" on the order are all chipped. Not to mention the box on my doorstep was right side up when it should've been flat and the delivery person never rang my doorbell. Faults on both FedEx for careless delivery and Fruit Bouquet for careless watch over their orders.

Horrible delivery plan, product spoiled
Ordered choc covered strawberries to deliver oct 2, my husbands bday. Fed ex delivery used. Got an email from fruit bouquet night before stating "Arrives oct 2" but when I click fed ex tracking, says will be delivered by end of day oct 5! Ummm. No... so I call fruit bouquet at 10:00 at night when I saw the email. FruitBouquets.com cannot give me explanation as to why it won't arrive on time. They do everything to "make it right". I am unhappy with all alternatives (send my husband flowers?! No thanks). End up saying they can get berries delivered next day by going through local company that does own deliveries, issued me a partial refund, twice as many berries, and a coupon for $20 off future purchase to Sherries Berries. The berries were beautifully delicious. However. Had I not gotten/seen email in time to take action, the original fed ex order arrived Oct 6 in the condition seen in the photo with MOLD included, as they were in transit since Oct 1st! From a town 5 hours away! NEVER AGAIN FRUIT BOQUETS.COM.

GREAT FRUIT BASKET... HORRIBLE DELIVERY... THEY MADE THE PIZZA DELIVERY GUY LOOK GREAT!
The delivery service was terrible. The driver did not follow any COVID 19 precautions no mask, no gloves. He put his cell phone on top of the box of strawberries. When we open the box the strawberries were not sealed, which led us to suspect he may have been careless with exposing the strawberries in an unsafe manner. Just left a bad feeling about an otherwise joyful occasion. If can't encourage the drivers that FruitBouquets.com are an essential part of the customer experience, then give customer the option to personally pickup their items. This may save some future customer dissatisfaction... COVID 19 period or not.

Delivery of Flowers
The flowers and the chocolate covered strawberries arrived on the morning of 5-5-2020, when FruitBouquets.com were supposed to be here. I found one of the roses from the bouquet in the street in front of my house, no leaves and the stem was kinked and broken. Some of the flowers in the vase were already drooping. I did not order this type of quality of product and I now have to go out and buy my wife another bouquet for mother's day. I was very disappointed with this service and product. I also don't know why the photo I attached was flipped around when I saved it to this review.

$20 Purchase charged $288 Robbed me
I joined Groupon. Paid $20 for FruitBouquets. I noticed Sherries Berries was on the same page. I was having trouble entering my Groupon. So I called Sherries Berries if I can use a Groupon on Sherrie Berries if I bought it under FruitBouquets. Leann who worked for Sherrie Berries said can I take your order over the phone. I said will there be a extra charge. She said no! So I proceeded with my order. It was a stressful call and taking so much time. To get my order right I understood. She told me my total was $20. She called me back sId there was a clitch FruitBouquets.com charged my card $288. The agent who called me was like I'm sorry for the inconvenience! I was seeing RED! I live pay check to paycheck. It's Easter weekend And I need to live off my check for the next two weeks. I was told I couldn't get my money back for 7-10 days. I was like NO! I want my Money today. I got hung up. Nobody called me back. Disgrace! I woke up in a good mood. Wanted to send my sister and her family something nice for Easter. I'm on break and my Dau off was wasted on the phone! Being over charged. My order they never offered to send for free. Due to the nightmare! I cancelled my order. Never got an e-mail confirming it was! I posted my nightmare on Facebook. I hope I save one person from ordering from Sherries Berries or FruitBouquets. Same company! It's Good Friday. I should be in church. But! Dealing with this mess! I do request Groupon. But! Not this company

Absolutely NO customer service!
While it was great to have same day delivery, I showed that edible arrangements dropped off my order to 1800 flowers for delivery at approx. 10:30am. It was not delivered until after 6pm. I have no idea what it looked like upon delivery and hope that the fruit was refrigerated and held out to show the sunny faces of the pineapples which was meant to brighten a child's face. I tried to call 1800flowers at about 5pm and held for 27 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call the Edible Arrangements store in Hayward at approx 6pm and got no answer yet the machine that picked up said FruitBouquets.com were open until 7pm. I was not able to leave a message. I've had to deal with many businesses customer service over the last couple of months as we've been home-bound due to the virus and ALL, with exception here, have been reachable. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service which means EVERYTHING in a sale to me! I would not recommend this product which is a shame as it is unique in its market.

Worst site EVER
Fruitbouquets.com is the absolute biggest scam with the absolute WORST customer service and delivery service i have EVER dealt with. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered
Strawberries to be delivered to my mother in law for mother's day. Not only did it take multiple attempts and phone calls just to get the order in, but FruitBouquets.com never delivered! They sent me an email confirming the delivery was complete, and it was a blatant lie. We checked our security footage and no delivery van even passed her house. After i informed them, they said they would redeliver and give me a 20% coupon for my next order. (As if id ever put myself through this again!) But the kicker... they AGAIN confirmed the 2nd delivery was complete, and it was another LIE! After 2 attempts to get my mother in law her gift, i gave up and asked for a full refund. They said they would refund 50% of the purchase. How in the world they think i should be responsible for wasting 50% of the purchase price is beyond me.

Unhappy with service and quality
I order an arrangement with an extra balloon, spent a pretty penny (over $100) and what came next was unbelievable!

This was delivered via a personal car, with beads of sweat on inside of the packaging, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I ordered an additional balloon and when I questioned the delivery person, he said " no speak English," I pointed to the balloon and said "dos!" He then shrugged and said "manana?" Then, the ballon showed in the picture was NOT what was delivered. I got a pink balloon that said "princess" on it. Again, not what i thought I was ordering or paying for!

I am VERY unhappy with what I paid and the level of service received. Not to mention, your web site showed my arrangement delivered hours ago. I called customer service and FruitBouquets.com said that is was being processes and that I would receive an email when out for delivery. This also NEVER occurred.

I will NEVER use this company again OR recommend to family and friends!

Looks Very Bad
It was my sister's birthday. It came and it looked horrible, nothing but lettuce and some fruit barely covering it. The shapes were misformed and pineapples were brown. This was not my gift to her, a friend of hers sent it but it was so bad looking, I felt like I needed to let other people know since usually when sending a gift like this, you dont get to see the actual product. If her friend knew it was going to look like this, she would be embarrassed.

Will never order here again
Order chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day was supposed to be delivered to my job never came called and FruitBouquets.com was like oh we can deliver it the next day which my job would be closed and it was for a party. Then the shop calls and say sorry my driver had a flat tire can we deliver to your home address for me to give them the home address and for her to say oh we don't deliver out that way have a good day very un professional and I have to wait a whole week for a refund. Will stick with Edible arrangements next time

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I placed an order on 2/20/20 and was told that it would be delivered the same day by 8pm. I never received anything! When I called customer service FruitBouquets.com lied and said that they attempted to deliver that morning which was a complete lie because I have house cameras and NO ONE CAME! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN! I was also told that they would "redeliver today between the hours of 2-3pm. Guess what? Yep, NO DELIVERY STILL! All that money spent and no product? No way, then I was told that i would get 50% refund. No thank you! I want it all because you didnt charge me half for the arrangement I ordered. A complete mess! Don't waste your time nor money.

FruitBouquets.com do not stand behind their 100% smile guarantee.I purchased Celebrate the Day Fruit Arrangement for a Birthday in September with the addition of a mylar balloon. It was delivered and when I asked how it was the recipient said she was surprised it was something I sent because the item delivered was not of quality I usually gift. I was embarrassed. It did not come with the balloon purchased and paid for nor did it come in the melamine container depicted. It was in a cardboard container with kale.I tried to resolve the issue with 1800 Flowers and after numerous emails back and forth they have not stood by their 100% smile guarantee. I am going back to Edible Arrangements. They are tried and true and haven't let me down in the 5+ years I've used them.

Fruit was already turning brown
I ordered the MERMAID arrangement for my granddaughters graduation. The price was a bit steep, $76.05, but I knew she would love it. It arrived after her party was over, it was warm to the touch and the fruit was soft and turning brown. My daughter in law accepted it and didn't realize all of this until she unwrapped it. Also, it looked like it was made by a third grader. Compare my picture to the Mermaid one in their website. Very very disappointed and would never buy from them again! First pic it what we received, second pic is what I ordered.

No variety
For the price around $100 my Wisconsin delivery was met with 6 chocolate coveted pretzel sticks and the emoticon & chocolate covered strawberries that were literally 2 bites each. There were mo other fruit choices. For that price I could have gotten fresh fruit from here in AZ and dipped them in chocolate and designed them just like the advertising pic on website and shopped them off myself cheaper. Even using express mail. Loved the first order about a year ago but this one I was very disappointed. Well beyond disappointed.
