Horrible in every single way ! Don’t waste your money in this store
the sofa was delivered with a ripe in the bottom and i was told thats normal for crumbs to fall out!!After sales is rubbish. i bought a sofa and just a few months later the cushions are flat and it looks old. i logged a call and rang but 4 months later still nothing in fact i have had to order a new sofa from else where as this isn't comfy at all and with not help cant wait to get rid of the sofa to the tip and steer clear of Furniture Village.
Paid over 2k for Holly Sofa, terrible quality. sinks to an inch so uncomfortable. Furniture Village will not compensate Please see attached photo,
We bought 2 sofas in aug 2021. They were delivered in dec and within 2 weeks we discovered the side had come away from the bottom of the seating. They send home serve to inspect it after I sent pictures to them. Home serve said the damage was at the manufacturers and a replacement was ordered. Since then we have had no contact from them in 5 months. Many phone calls and emails later I sent an email quoting ‘the consumer credit act 1974’ and they sent an immediate response. They have promised a refund and to collect the sofas we now no longer want. I will let you know if that actually happens! Please don’t buy from them!!!
If I could I would leave no stars! My experience has been awful. We ordered a bed and mattress only to discover the mattress was full of mould. Despite numerous calls and emails to furniture village and going to the Watford store I have had no success in being heard and having the appropriate after care. It is really disappointing that this company does not look after its customers. I would not recommend this store.
I brought table and chair bench set, the bench was damaged leg broke. It's been a nightmare to contact them they have eventually picked it up last week but still not been contacted about having my money refunded, I would not recommend any one to buy from them.
Damaged my property during delivery and won’t return my emails or calls and they keep passing me around and everyone seems to say they have emailed the managers responsible and they should be in touch with you within 72 hours but no one gets back to you…
