I ordered a platform bed from this company and it took about a month to arrive which was fine before i was saving it for a christmas gift. So it arrives around Nov 22nd - Christmas is on the 25th and on the 27th or 28th the bed crashes to the ground. I contact the company on the 29th. It is now Feb 11th and I still have no bed. The problem with the bed is a bolt inside of the headboard where the legs screw into has dislodged. I had my maintenance person look at the headboard and it would have to be taken a part to repair so then I would have to reupholster the headboard. Also when the bed came down it damaged the actually frame of the bed and the metal frame and literally broken and not fixable. I have made several attempts to contact the company and FurnitureDazzle will not answer the phone (which they should just get rid of since they don't answer or return the voicemails). The only way to talk to them is by email which is very vague with we are still looking into it. By email, I have asked them multiple times to call me and till this day have not given me the courtesy of a call. Finally they offered a $50 credit to fix the bed however the bed is not repairable. I am stuck paying $570 for a bed that is not repairable. I shopped online for a month trying to find the best bed for the best price and am so disappointed that i will end up spending double the money now. I have learned that if you are purchasing online you really need to spend the extra amount and use a reputable company. I know if this way wayfair or something like that I would never have this issue.

The selection here is great, super helpful employees whenever I drop by, well-made furniture at reasonable prices, and speedy delivery. I'm a big fan.

I have ordered a table a week ago and noticed that my order was not moving. I started calling the number on the website and kept leaving messages however noone picks up the phone and noone calls back. FurnitureDazzle also took the money out of my account when I placed the order which is a warning sign of scam because they are not suppose to charge until the order is being shipped. Stay away from this website!

Fantastic! 5 Star Customer Service.
This is the 1st time I have ordered from FurnitureDazzle.com. Unfortunately my delivery arrived damaged. That day I called FurnitureDazzle.com who dealt with my issue immediately and sent out a replacement for my damaged goods. The Customer Service was 5 star, and my goods I have purchased are FAB! Roll on pay day to purchase more from this website
