Web site is well organized and easy to use. Pictures are clear and easy to understand.
The flooring is well made and definitely seems durable. I had to unsnap and snap back several pieces, due to alignment issues with the border. I had no issues with any of the pieces breaking or not wanting to fit back together. It looks really good and should do the job!

I particularly like your flooring design tools. I'm making this 4 stars rather then 5 because I didn't find any materials to help me understand edging. I was able to figure out what I needed, but only by doing considerable searching elsewhere. You need a few simple graphics that show how male and female tiles work with male and female edging and male and female corners to add up to a complete layout. Remember: most of us are doing this for the first and probably the only time! We need explanations of things that are blatantely obvious to you!

Smooth. I would have preferred the 18' length like I ordered last month but the mat is no longer on sale so I went with the longer mat (which I do not really need).
