Easy to use site which made finding my part easy from just using the model # of my gate opener. I called Customer Service regarding availability and was answered quickly by a friendly professional that answered all my questions.

I emailed for help to find the right remote and I got an answer the next day...that helped a lot for I had no idea which would work with what I had...all works good now!

The videos were helpful and the search made me confident in my ability to fix my operator. I really appreciated the the search for finding the parts I needed. I was a little disappointed that it took nearly a week to ship my parts after I ordered them. GateHouseSupplies were a perfect fit, the instructions were great, and I didn't have to look for a new opener.

Thank you for the YouTube video explainingn what i needed as far as the part # and how to replace it. As a single woman I wouldn't have known what to do with the beeping sound so these videos are extremely educational for me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because i thought the shipping was free at first.

It was difficult to find the circuit board for Lift Master Model 1265. The drop down on the parts search page had only the number 1200. It sent me to a different circuit board without a light socket. I happened to see the correct one for model 1265 at the bottom of the page where there were other choices.

Tried to look up by old sears part number 139.53755 appliance control and this item did not come up. Had to do a general search for garage door low voltage appliance control to find this. Can also use this to ring doorbell or other signal related uses.

Your website is not as appealing as others. I almost spent more money cause I was not sure if this was a reputable business. The description of the opener was repeated in the description area. This made me question the degree of detail. I hope I have not made a mistake.

I found my parts that I needed. However at times it was a little confusing on which parts actually belonged to my garage door opener. I think I ordered the right part ( it was labeled for a liftmaster), however there was no way to tell. I guess we shall see when the parts arrive.

The links for payment and shipping options are not centered on the text, so the finger is above leading to confusion for end user. Also, there is no change when you select type of shipping or form of payment option, leading end user to not know what to do next or if the choice has been selected. Recommend highlighting the selection and then scrolling screen down to the next step to indicate to end user that the choice has been made and it is time to proceed to the next step.

Found what I was looking cheaper than from LiftMaster. After I received the camera, it only took about five minutes to set it up and figure out where to mount it. Once that was done it has worked out great. Now I know when a garage door opens and closes and any time there is movement in my garage.

The web site is confusing, I would like to know "what comes in the box"
Better pictures of how the "parts that you sell " relate to the project of installing a garage door. We know what we have to work with, but can not fully understand how the all get together. You look at selling, we look at how to complete the project. There is a difference! We are visual... Fix it

My first time shopping with Gatehouse. I purchased a Zwave device here since their price was significantly less than everyone else, including Amazon. The item arrived in a reasonable time and I received tracking information via email. Highly recommend Gatehouse.

Ordered the part suggested by the manufacturer. It had the wrong end clip, talked with a rep and found the right part but to send the wrong one back would cast me more money. Rep offered no help in resolving issue

Ordered an item, paid for faster delivery and still waiting for item 2 weeks later. Website says Pending Shipment. But part still says in stock. No one picks up if you call customer support, So can't even cancel the order. Stuck badly!
Buyer beware. Read other posts on bad shipment.
Don't believe me, try to call and place an order over the phone. No one will pick up.

So far my experience has been pleasant. I appreciate that I am able to find the exact part that I need, but i don't appreciate paying $17.68 to deliver a circuit board. I know its size and weight and feel I am getting billed a little excessive on this.

I use GateHouse a lot. Other than shipping delays due to Liftmaster being slow I have had an A+ experience every time I deal with GateHouse. When I have to call in the ladies on the phone are extremely helpful and very friendly.

When checking on my order 3 weeks after it was placed the person that helped me seemed overwhelmed and said GateHouseSupplies had so many orders that they were trying their best but could not give specifics
