I have used this place 2 times now and it won't happen again,,
My last order was a Ovonic 2S Lipo Battery 7.4V 50C 8000mAh Hard Case from Emate Store Gearbest. That will be shipped from germany and my order was 1 battery so I could look at it and test it and if it was worth the money then i was going to make a new order to get the last 5 batteries. But a few days later Gearbest tell me its not on stuck and i need to cancel the order to get my money back. But i cant do that because the system say its shipped out but its not so i cant cancel the order and get my money back and if you use the live chat then they will tell you to talk to the seller and the seller will tell you to talk to the live chat or call them. And the only thing the live chat can tell you is this crap

If you do not want this package, please contact us to claim warranty once you receive it. Kindly wait patiently for your order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

So i ask what service are you talking about but no respond And 70 days later still no battery or money.
And now i got blacklistet because i sid i want my money back
You won't get what you pay for and you won't get your money back
So dont waste any money on ScammerGearbest.com

This is a ripp off. If I went to the police, Gearbest wouldn't do anything, because the loss is not big enough to start an investigation. So this company is a cheat. That cost me 25 dollars to learn it. Zsolt Szabó, Hungary
I then asked for a refund, and Gearbest said I'd get one only for nothing to happen.
I've been contacting them endlessly as I need that money but everyone just keeps lying to me and/or telling me different things, referring me to other people, I even had someone say that a manager will email me in 24h and nothing happened.
I referred my partner to Gearbest and this was my attempt to get his money back as guilt was eating me from the inside. Still trying my best. Definitely the worst experience.
After 17 days with no updates, I reached out to their automated customer service system. The automated system gave me a genic message regarding a delay from their "Warehouse", so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting another 11 days with no updates, I decide to contact a live customer service representative, who informed me the product was out of stock (not the issue) and will be delayed until Mid Jun (not the issue).
My real issue is that there was no status update provided to me at point in time by any automated system, GearBest, their "Warehouse"/Seller or anything. So I have "apply(ed) for a refund" from the seller (not GearBest). Which by the way means tells the seller can to "deny" my refund.
So this review is to serve as a warning for anybody. Before placing an order at this site understand that their website does not automatically inform you of inventory status as you place the order. Gearbest nor their Sellers will provide active feedback regarding the REAL status of your order. And finally to get a refund you have to "apply" meaning GearBest wipes their hands clean of the order once placed and paid and punts the responsibility it to their "trusted" Seller.
At this point I'm leaving my rating at 1 Start until either I receive the refund from their seller. If I do not receive updates or details regarding my refund.
