Customer service answered all my questions before ordering. I got the camera late probably because of global supply chain issues which is understandable. I have used Lumina only for a day and I am very satisfied with it so far. Will update my review if I encounter any issues.

Good quality unit with easy setup and blends in nicely with my Macbook. Shipment took a while to arrive that caused some disappointment but after checking the product quality I must say it was well worth the wait. Will definitely order another Lumina.

Purchased 2 Lumina HD cams. It took them so long to get here that I had almost forgotten about them. Supply chain issues, global component shortages, I was told. Nonetheless, the product is good quality. Can't say yet if it was worth the wait. Will keep posting updates.

Well-made product with impressive picture quality. However, I was irritated by bugs in the software initially. The good thing is Getlumina are patching them fast by releasing fixes almost every day. My overall shopping experience with getlumina.com has been excellent.

Our experience with these guys has been good. Getlumina helped us a lot to complete our installation and on a live call adjusted the settings to best suit our specific needs. The camera is great, software not so great though but hopefully the upcoming update will rectify everything.

Easy to install. Some software related issues though but a new and ambitious product so totally understandable and I can live with it. Getting software updates almost every day so yeah we are getting there. Other than that everything is good.

I backed this product and I am really impressed with the quality and service I received. The 4k picture is very clear, colors are true and saturation is ideal. Background blur function is also very helpful. There are other features I am still exploring. Overall, a great experience.

FINALLY! Someone created a camera that has some controls with software. Don't know why it took so long, but it is nice to finally have it. I can control the lighting since I have windows behind my head. I can control the zoom. This is exactly what I was trying to find.

BUT, every time I change the zoom, I can't change it back without rebooting my computer. I tried "rebooting the camera", but it never happens (just gets stuck in a loop). Also, once I change the exposure and/ or white balance, I can't change anything again without rebooting.

Also zoom is a little random. As we speak, the camera has zoomed in very tight around my face. I can't change it without rebooting.

Also, even though Getlumina promote "AI", those features have been turned off on this software. I look forward to seeing how that will work (and yes, I have updated to the latest versions).

In summary, I have given a generous 3 stars because I love the concept and it works beautifully after I reboot my laptop. It manages the backlight very well, the picture is nice and clear, and the idea of having adjustments is very cool. Very hard to use right now with the buggy software.

Beautiful camera, easy to set-up and packed with great features. Very helpful support team. Getlumina set up a call to specifically address the issues I complained about. Turns out I wasn't using the setting correctly. Glad I didn't rush to write a negative review in frustration and instead reached out to team Lumina. Got a great product and saved money as well!

Product arrived a month late, did not work as advertised and was told future updates should correct the problems. Would not work with latest Mac update (Monterey). Was told I could return for refund. I returned. No refund. Now I have to fight with my credit card company to get my money back. NO customer service response on request for refund. Stay away from this product. I suspect the other five star reviews are fake.

I really like the concept of an AI backed 4k camera and that is the reason I am backing Lumina. Haven't received my camera yet but I am in touch with the customer support and I am really impressed with their promptness and customer friendly attitude. Looking forward to getting my camera soon.

Easy to place an order and the cameras are premium quality. Wait time was a bit longer but looking at the other reviews it seems component shortage issues are resolved and Getlumina are clearing the backlog. I trust these guys because even though I had to wait a bit longer, they kept me updated and above all the product quality is seriously the next level. Highly recommend getlumina.com.

Due to an issue with my Internet connection I couldn't set up the camera correctly and assumed it was a bad product. Glad I contacted the tech support; Getlumina ran troubleshooting, identified the issue and rectified it. Since then my camera has been working flawlessly.

Considering other options on the market Lumina isn't a bad choice at all. Good quality hardware and excellent AI features. I had a few issues with the product initially and was quite frustrated when the company CTO himself spoke to me and resolved them. You don't get that kind of support elsewhere. I think I am gonna stick with Lumina and give them whatever time Getlumina need. Thanks.

I have purchased two cameras so far and luckily I haven't experienced any of the issues as some of the reviewers on here or probably I am not a pro level user. My questions were also answered promptly by the customer service, both before and after the purchase. My rating is 5 stars!

Excellent customer service. Cameras took a while to arrive but I was informed before ordering. I have ordered from Lumina before so I have two cameras in total. Both are working fine. Sometimes I get frustrated with the software but Getlumina are addressing the issues through updates so it is getting better and better.

My questions were answered promptly via live chat before I placed my order. My order was delivered in the second week of October as promised. The cameras arrived in excellent condition in a well protected packaging. The product quality exceeds expectations. Very happy with my purchase.

The 4k system I bought from Lumina has been amazing. Package arrived undamaged and without defects. Shipping was super delayed because of global supply chain issues. Software needs improvements and last time I spoke with the support staff Getlumina were very optimistic on redressal of all the issues in future updates. My overall experience with this company has been great.

Excellent startup with a superb product and great customer service. I kept getting updates through their website while I waited for the delivery. Needless to mention how amazing the 4k resolution is and the unique AI features are a definite bonus.
