I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I actually purchased something! Don't buy anything from this site. This is a message I sent to them. Total scam!

To whom it concerns:

I sent a request for information regarding my order last week and have yet to a get response back. I submitted, and paid for, an order on May 17th for standard delivery and have NEVER received so much as ONE update for my order since the day it was placed. I have checked the order status weekly via your website and there remains no updates.

My items were supposed to ship between 7-25 business days from my order per the "standard delivery" of your company. My items at the LATEST should have shipped yesterday, June 21. However, still, no updates to my order whatsoever, and clearly Glamzelle have not been shipped.

I am putting this correspondence on Yelp, and any other review platform, as a negative review and as evidence of your sales and shipping under false pretenses and horrible customer service (evidenced by the only means of communicating with your company being via email.)

I would appreciate your doing your part as a "business" to advise me, your customer, as to what the status of my order is, and when it will be shipped and arriving into my possession.

I bought the black and nude bodycon maxi dress for 73 dollars for a function in Jamaica. I live in England. I ordered the dress since the 8th of march and I am yet to get it. I really dont have anymore money to buy another dress and so I need to get this dress AND IN THE QUALITY POSTED ONLINE. I have emailed on several occasions with no response.

Don't bother with this site, its crap from China bought at street markets. Obviously no customer service. Don't even bother.

I bought a shirt from GLAMZELLE. It arrived DAMAGED in several places and SMELLED HORRIBLE. I have tried repeatedly to return it and Glamzelle REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK. Do not buy from this company. Its a scam.

If anyone is reading this, DO NOT ORDER from this company. Glamzelle are fake, they take your money, and your order never comes in. I would suggest everyone go to http://www.ripoffreport.com/FileReport.aspx, and PLEASE FILE A REPORT!

The quality is cheap and it took forever to come in. The dress was supposed to be white but the collar was a yellowish tinge. The "crochet" fabric felt like a real doily with no stretch in the material. The under layer was so see through it was pointless to even be in there. It was 5 times more expensive than ten exact dress sold on ebay for $14.

If there is a choice of giving this website a 0 out of 5 I will. I am not a online shopping novice, I have purchased stuff online before but this is the first time I have been scammed! You just feel so cheated!

As an online shop owner myself, I feel it is these people who give internet shops a bad name. I ordered 2 sets of swimsuit from them 1 and a half month ago and I never received the items. I have emailed them 4 times, facebeook messaged them and left a comment - NO RESPONSE! Not only did I have no response the cheeky buggers deleted my comment from the facebook straight away! So obviously there is someone running this FAKE ONLINE SHOP, but is deliberately scamming people's hard earned cash.

I really want to sue this company so that other people don't fall for the same trap. This company have NO MORALS and NO BUSINESS ETHICS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I think someone should actually shut this site down.

This has been the worst experience. After ordering my items my credit card was immediately charged - Glamzelle didn't even wait until the order was processed and shipped. I couldn't track my package at all, and sent them unanswered emails requesting to know the delivery and status of my order. I needed the items by July 29th for a weekend away and nothing. I disputed the charges with my bank and thankfully RBC was able to take care of me. The charges were suspended pending an investigation with their bank. I SUGGEST EVERYONE CALL THEIR BANK TO GET THEIR TRANSACTION SUSPENDED! Surprise, surprise after the dispute and after my trip I returned home to an email saying my items had shipped. I received them today August 5th - which yes isn't long after the expected date of delivery; however I spent more money to make sure i received it in the correct amount of time so I would have them for my trip. Some of the items in my package do not reflect the correct order. 2 of the swim suits were different then the image displayed, 1 came in the wrong color and 1 didn't even show up. A dress that was purchased was so short its not even wearable. The skirt I ordered wasn't the same as the picture, nor did it even work as a skirt - it was supposed to be asymmetrical and it was ripped and didn't sit on my body the same way it did on the photo. I've looked into returning the products however their phone number is out of service and they provided no info in the package on how to return the items. I called my bank and they assured me that since the package was not sent on time, they did not fullfill the obligation and thus have to take the package back. Thankfully I'm not wasting my money on this useless company. If only I could get my time back. WARNING TO ANYONE DO NOT SHOP HERE! Save your money, time and frustrations! My only guess is that any positive comments and reviews below are FAKE and written by the company - the photos from everyone who had a positive experience seem to resemble each other or look fake. I also could guess that since I disputed the charges they had to find these products from another store and ship them to me asap so that they could get away with this fraud. F*CK these $#*!s.

Ordered a swimsuit 2 months ago, still no arrival. Tracking link is fake, more money has been taken from my account that claimed, and NO ONE is responding to my emails.

This is illegal.

I ordered a "maxi dress" from these bogus online retailers and it took over a MONTH to get the dress,,,, FROM CHINA! I open the package and the dress was big enough to put on a FREAKIN' DOLL! After trying to civilly handle getting a refund from these idiots, Glamzelle REFUSED to even respond. So I'm on a personal campaign to warn EVERYBODY I KNOW OR DON'T KNOW... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GLAMZELLE THEY ARE ONLINE HIGHWAY ROBBERY CROOKS! Join me by exposing them by posting and warning everyone you know if you are on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, whatever... PUT THESE CROOKS OUT OF BUSINESS!
