Training with Global knowledge is thorough and seamless. Even though the training hours were long, it did not feel like it was. i enjoyed the hours spent in training. Trainer Dean was knowledgeable and made the team feel very comfortable.

Awesome course! Was able to expand my knowledge of info security in prep for the exam and to gain more experience from working in this new discipline!

I took the Power BI Fundamentals for End Users Course and overall it was a great fun learning experience. The instructor paced it in a way where students can follow and stopped at each section for questions and answers while also allowing questions being asked during the course. There was enough time to work on the exercises and for the instructor to help who was having a challenge or additional questions about the exercises or concepts relating to it. Would recommend this course for anyone who interested in data analysis.

I attended the training conducted by Global Knowledge - Instructor Salma Saif for Project Management fundamentals, It was a great experience, every module was followed by an exercise, that clarify the practical concepts of PM and its use case and furthered the Instructor's remarkable review of the exercise provide a certain advantage.

Fabulous learning platform with a wide range of courses.

Before I started this class, I was an IT professional with backgrounds in Telephony, Computer Support, and Network Infrastructure. However, this week I “played” a Security Planner, Risk Analysist, Business Administrator, Accountant, Lawyer, Civil Engineer, Cryptologist, and a Cyber Security Specialist during my CISSP course. Throughout my career I’ve always pursued individually related certifications. I never realized the CISSP certification encompassed everything I’ve ever done and so much more. I took this course to help enhance the Information Assurance and Compliance portions of my current job and it has. But it has also given me much more than I expected. I feal as if my entire career has led to this point. As a professional I must achieve this certification. This course is the hardest I’ve ever taken. After each day of class I found my self totally and utterly exhausted and had to immediately sleep for several hours. The next morning, I found myself up early before the start of class reviewing and preparing my notes and eager to learn more. Leo simply put is the best instructor I’ve ever had in my 35+ years of training. He is the most knowledge person I’ve ever met but can still relate everything in the most simple of terms. This is a true mark of someone that knows their art. He was more than just an instructor; he was a true mentor. His mentorship throughout the course has made me want to be a better professional and I feal very honored to have been taught by him.

Highly recommended. The instructor kept me engaged in a virtual setting. His curriculum was strictly to the test plus he gave examples to help under the concepts of ITIL. I was able to pass the exam with no issues.
