I was so nervous when I first sent my MacBook Air in, but they kept me updated every step of the way. I got an email as soon as they received it & also when they were having slow upload times they let me know. And I received my payment via Zelle so fast! I’d absolutely use them again.

Go Roostr was easy to work with and my return was received quickly.
My sons MacBook had a cracked screen, we would have had to pay $900 to fix it so it was garbage. Happy to at least get $100 out of it.
